"Terrible experience. We contracted with Prime Custom (Kamil) to do a full bathroom and kitchen remodel in 2021 and we have had tons of issues. Their license # 2705166476 that they were operating under has been REVOKED as of May 2024. You can check this for yourself by going to the Virginia state website [*** Link removed ***] and entering the License # 2705166476. Yes, the name on the VA state website is different but they were operating externally as Prime Custom. As proof, I have attached a picture of the contract which shows the above License # , and Prime Custom's name. They are now operating under a different license # 2705173804 which I find highly unethical. I have already filed a complaint with the Virginia Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation and they will investigate if any laws were broken. Before considering doing business with Prime Custom, or any other contractor, please ensure that you look up their license number on the above Virginia State website. Summary of my experience: - Bathroom: The shower has developed a major leak which is going through the bathroom floor into the lower level. See pictures. I am contracting with another company to fix, which is going to cost thousands of dollars. Kitchen - It failed gas and safety inspections multiple times. To this day, I am concerned about the structural integrity of the load bearing wall in the kitchen and am contracting with another company to fix. Hopefully, this review can save others from the extremely frustrating experience that I have gone through."

"We hired Kitchen Savers to help remodel our kitchen. After a few delays due to COVID-19, work got under way June 1st. Hasan the installer was awesome. He spent 5 days in a row with us doing demolition, resurfacing the cabinets, installing the new oven/microwave, crown molding, etc. Kitchen Savers was very professional and nicely orchestrated their subcontractors (Rock Tops for the countertops, electrician for the under cabinet lighting, plumber to install the sink and garbage disposal, etc.). We are very pleased with the workmanship and the final outcome. Even when we had an issue with one of the cabinet doors a few weeks later, Kitchen Savers sent out a workman to rehang the door with a double hinge and solved the issue free of charge. The only negative comment is that while Kitchen Savers works with subcontractors for certain things (i.e. countertops, etc.), that is where things end. So you have new cabinets and new countertops, but no backsplash. That's kind of crazy. If you want a backsplash or wall tile between the countertops and cabinets, you are on your own to fine another contractor. Likewise for flooring. This caused some issues as our floor contractor wanted to demo the floor before the cabinet work was done and we had to do a bit of juggling. It would have been nice to have one main contractor who organized and scheduled all the subs."

They first blamed Delta, saying it faulty. I called delta customer rep in front of him and delta pointed out the problem with installation. Cutting the new bathroom tile was expensive, so Sosa did something from the back of bathroom by cutting a drywall, and both rain/ hand shower started working. We had the feeling that something is not correct because there was not enough water pressure and water was not warm enough. And here it happened exactly after 2 months, the shower system stopped working. When I called Sosa to check what’s going on and he responded “it was working when I left” . So I had to call another agency, they cut the drywall and showed me the poor quality plumbing done by Sosa. They re-did the plumbing and shower system started working."
