Jordan Cook came for a service call today to install a water alarm unit. He was very professional, showed on time and contacted me prior to his arrival to let me know when to expect him. I give him 5-Stars !!! Keith Hobbs/Lime Hill Baptist Church

I looked at a few companies before hiring JES to encapsulate my crawl space. The sales guy who can to the house was extremely slick - seemed knowledgeable, presented a thorough power point complete with videos and I felt educated. He told me why their product and service was better than the competition. Additionally he convinced me to an add on cost of securing a joist in the crawl space which he said would solve my sticking pantry door in the kitchen and some cracks that had appeared around several door frames. That day in February I gave him a check for $2,000 - even though I was told the work could not be done until April. April arrived and generally JES was good about being here when they said they would. The crew that arrived was professional and I thought they did an excellent job. Overall I was happy and the process went just a the sales guy suggested it would. Four months after the job was complete - my kitchen started to smell musty - and my floor in my kitchen started to buckle. So I decided to venture into the crawl space. To my shock - the very expensive dehumidifier that they installed had its chord bundled up and it had never been plugged in. I was stunned. For four months - nothing was working. I called JES immediately - it was a Saturday - however I thought I would hear back from them on Monday but did not. I called again on Tuesday and finally on Wednesday I got a call back. They sent a crew that Friday to take a look at the crawl space. The crew that arrived confirmed that indeed the dehumidifier was not plugged in and they said someone else would be in touch I have called repeatedly to speak to someone and have yet to receive a call back from anyone in management. The problem was pushed down the ladder to a superintendent who has done the best he can to mitigate the situation but it has been made clear that I will not hear from management. The superintendent will now ensure a new outlet is installed which was apparently my responsility all along though this was never communicated and I have been told that I shouldn't expect to hear from management. The lack of attention from management goes against everything the slick sales guy said set them apart from other companies. To leave the superintendent to deal with this and for the company to assume no responsibility for the kitchen and the buckling floors is shocking. My only option at this point is to proceed to small claims court where perhaps I'll finally get the attention of someone further up the the chain. The company makes it impossible to reach anyone there - you have to go through the 888 number. I'd do some serious homework before you even consider hiring this company.

The guys Devonte. Rasheed, and Rod did a masterful job installing my basement drainage system. Not only were they professional, they were knowledgeable, informative, polite, and friendly. I am very pleased that JES has such dedicated workers.

There were 3 crews in total , 2 project . The crew of Orlando b, Jordan r, zack ball,Harold , and Terrell f, and super visor Jonathan g, The crews that showed up were very knowledgeable and accommodating with assistance the special circumstances at my sight , they worked quickly and cleanly and got the job done.

I was very satisfied with the work performed today by Zach Battiste And I appreciated him being on time.

The following individuals deserve a 5 star rating. I had to get slab piers installed in my home and I must say I was impressed. From consultation all the way through the installation process these individuals provided a positive customer service. They were patient, available when needed, performed quality work and took the time to explain what was happening thoroughout the process. Dealing with JES, and especially Dylan Caruso was a pleasure. They were responsive, professional, and delivered more than we expected. I am an engineer and had dozens of questions. If Dylan couldn't answer them, he put me in contact with someone who could. On top of that, their price was the best. I highly recommend them.

JES came out to repair our severely cracked front steps. brian, Lee and the supervisor were very friendly and professional - and very hard workers! Would definitely recommend.

Otto and his team were awesome. They took great pains in making sure I was kept informed every step of the way. They were neat and cleaned up after each day they worked. I was very nervous about the cost but from start to finish with Eric and Otto I am very pleased with the job that was done for me and my home. This was my grandmothers home and it was really important for me to take care of it as it will be my grandchildrenâ s one day. Thank you again

We had a pipe break in the crawl space and Brian Reiber came out at no charge to inspect the liner and dehumidifier in the crawl space to make sure everything was working. properly. JES goes above and beyond.

I had an encapsulation with a dehumidifier put in May 2016. I thought the guys did a great job. A year later at inspection I found out the dehumidifier was not even on - I asked the guy about cleaning the filter and he said it did not need to be done (I was told that it should be done yearly). The fact that my dehumidifier was not on for the last year - with much back and forth with the office manager, I did not have to pay for that inspection. Later when I was having some electrical work done inside the house, I asked the electrician to check the dehumidifier and he said it was not on, he checked the panel box and found that the JES (contracted electricians) had overloaded my box, he reworked it and the dehumidifier has been working since. Just recently I had my 2nd inspection, Brian Reiber did the inspection, he showed me pictures, cleaned the filter (which was filthy), and unkinked the condensate line (that was put in May 2016) that was backing up with water and apologized for all that had happened in the past. I give Brian Reiber 5 stars! I give the company less. I question whether I would recommend them to others due to all the issues I have had.

Samuel, Thomas and Joseph did excellent work on our project. they were friendly and professional and answered all our questions.

Corey Elmore, Warren Harvey and Jorge Gutierrez were very professional and quick at their work. They also cleaned up very well.

During my annual inspection Zach B call to confirm the appointment. Zach was on time, very neat and very professional during the visit. During both home inspections he met with me and was very detailed explaining to me what was the purpose of the annual inspection.

Brian Reiber did a great job! He identified the cause of the flooding issue in my crawl space and had it repaired in minutes. He was friendly and courteous. Brian's professionalism underscores why I'm glad I chose JES to encapsulate my crawl space over 10 years ago.

Worker was on time and polite. He completed the job another gentleman began in June.
