My Wife and I met Howard Glancy in May 0f 2024. We had inquired about JES doing Foundation Repair work on our home. He spent 4 hours talking and showing us the work which would need to be done. He was so thorough with his presentation and proposal that we knew JES Foundation Repair was the RIGHT organization for us. The foundation repair work commenced on October 21, 2024. The Foreman (Jaime still and his Team (Angel Molina and Erick Morales) were very efficient and professional. “The Best” is not strong enough to describe them. The completed the work October 22, 2024. They were SUPERB! I highly recommend their services to any homeowner in need of foundation repair!

JES serviced my walkway with filling the voids underneath it with a form. It looked great at first but then about a week later, I noticed that there was a big gaping hole in the area that was supposed to be filled with the form. I tried getting JES back out to take a look at it but it was hard to get anything scheduled, but when I did, they didn't show up and a guy called me at a later time/day, stating that their equipment broke down and they will have to call me back to reschedule. It's been around 3 weeks as of 29 Oct and I have yet to hear back from JES. I have on several occasions reached out to the guy that did the inspection and an area supervisor or whatever his title is but these guys are not very responsive since getting my business. When they wanted my business, they were blowing up my text/phone. It appears that once they got your business, they don't care about you after that. That's not good business practice nor how you do folks if you want them to come back to you for more business.

The entire JES team needs to be commended -- Rafael Garcia, Jose Lovato, and Wilton Mendoza -- the very fine crew -- arrived on time and ready to do the work; they worked efficiently, effectively, and knowledgeably as a well-oiled team and "machine." They informed us of each step along the way and explained everything thoroughly and completely. They used pictures from their phones to help explain the process and what they were doing. After they finished their work, they cleaned up the work area, gave us all the written information we needed, explained everything -- they were so informative, helpful, knowledgeable, kind, WARM and FRIENDLY! It's so nice to work with friendly, happy, smiling people! What an amazing staff -- Ally at the office -- thank you for answering our questions, being so efficient, providing assistance, and being so warm and friendly, too. The JES crew gave us the invaluable peace of mind that our basement will stay dry. No more worries about rain or mold or mildew or critters getting in! We give you 100 stars! All As, 100%! I just had my crawl space encapsulated by JES. The process took 4 days. The work was completed today by James Smith, Kevin Roberts and Jayden Hayes. They were all polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I do NOT recommend JES for ANY work! This company is awful, dishonest and unprofessional. If you are reading this, call anyone other than this company. The communication from the beginning was awful. I paid almost $20,000 for work that they did not do correctly and they refuse to take any steps to make it right. If you are even considering hiring JES, read on. The salesman convinced me that I needed an Encapsulation in my entire crawl space. This included things like mold mitigation, installing a pump and drain and a full encapsulation. After weeks of poor communication and frustration with many different crews coming and going, they â  finished the jobâ  . At 5AM, the next day, a super loud alarm was blaring from my crawlspace. I emailed and called JES all day with no response. It was so loud, I had to leave my house. Finally, at 4PM, someone called me. Apparently, something wasnâ  t hooked up correctly and they had to come back. Then, came the inspections. The first one failed because of an exposed pipe and an electrical issue. JES â  fixedâ  the exposed pipe by literally throwing some dirt on the pipe! That dirt washed off after the first rain. JES refused to do anything else about it. Finally, JES â  gave meâ  a 3 year service plan for all the issues I experienced with them. I felt like that was still wrong since they refused to fix the exposed pipe issue but I was so frustrated with the company, I let it go. That was a mistake! When I called to schedule it, JES said they had no record of that and I would have to pay almost $300 for a yearly service call. Luckily, I had it in writing so they sent someone out to do the service call. The final straw was a week ago. The service Manager that came to do Maintenace check told me that I needed to have â  encapsulationâ  done! He said everything down there should be lined in plastic. I told him that I paid JES almost $20,000 to do exactly that! I showed him the Job Invoice that listed â  ENCAPSULATIONâ  ! He said â  Thatâ  s not what they did.â  He went back to the company to find some answers. They pulled up a different invoice with line items that said Biocide spray, remove insulation and reinstall insulation and said thatâ  s what the encapsulation was!!! The VERY WORD encapsulation means â  enclosing somethingâ  so how would installing insulation translate as encapsulating it?! I am furious! If I hadnâ  t already spent almost $20,000 on this, I would use it to hire a lawyer! I chose this company because of all the good reviews. I now believe that they must take down any negative review because I cannot be the only person who has had such a horrible experience with them! So, stay away, tell others to stay away, hire a company with some integrity-that is NOT JES!

Abdul, Ahmed, and Wilton did a fantastic job fixing a crack in my foundation today. They were timely and extremely knowledgeable, offering me solutions not previously discussed. Rusty the manager was fantastic in dealing with last minute changes and requests and very patient with my questions. I will continue to use JES for all my foundation issues!

Our entire experience with JES was outstanding. They were prompt in responding to our inquiry and worked through a solid solution for our home. Our work was completed within their anticipated schedule - all JES employees were great to work with. The Crew Supervisor, Joe Donahue was excellent as was Scott Boyer, a Service Technician, who completed follow-up work. I highly recommend JES for this type of basement project.

The team was more than courteous,, always checked in on progress and what would happen that day. The foreman listened to my concerns and acted accordingly. Everything that was off-kilter was professionally fixed and the floors I had the greatest concerns about were fixed with no damages. They explained all the risks but the care taken eliminated them. I now have stable floors that reach the baseboards and it looks great. I believe the team took extra time and care to ensure more than satisfaction. I am ecstatic with the results, and now with the JES guarantee, I will not have to worry. The team cleaned up the site and the yard does not look like they dug up for the extension of the downspouts. Great job, fantastic service and polite service. All on a home that was over 75 years old.

Initial inspection was great. The inspector thoroughly looked at our problem, walked us through the process of repair, and explained the price. After the permit approval process, JES sent a team out in December 2023 to apply the necessary fixes. The county inspector came out the next week and failed the work done because the wrong type of screws were used and the sister joist were not properly sitting on the ledge. Another team was sent out January of this year to fix the mistakes. When the workers arrived, they were not properly told about what needs to be done. They were only briefed about the screws and not the sidter joist. I had to tell them why the inspection failed and what the inspector said needed to be done. After calling there supervisor to confirm, they had to go out and buy the wood for the job. The inspector came out a couple days after and again failed the work done. The workers did not replace all the screws and one of the sister joist was cut down the middle making it useless. After a couple of weeks of calling to find out when JES will fix the mistake again, i was told they have to resubmit plans for approval. I was also told another team would come out to fix the mistakes but on the day of the appointment, noone showed. What seemed like a fairly easy job has turned out into a fiasco. For the amount of money paid, I expected to the work to be done the first time.
