Tom did a great job. He was very responsive and was dedicated to getting the job done right. His work was not always perfect, but he would always bring any issues immediately to my attention, and come up with a way to fix it, which I greatly appreciated. He also worked very well with our other contractors (electrical and paint). He stands by his work, and has come out to fix a door rubbing against a frame months after it was installed at no additional cost. We will definitely look to him again for future projects.

It went very well. I was kept up to date on the repairs so there were no price surprises. The work was expertly done & on time. Once the area was opened up the and the extent of the water damage was determined everything went exactly as promised including the price.

Job was not performed due to not receiving a call after he said he would. Went with someone else who charged three times less than Thomas did.

Tom was great to work with. He was diligent, respectful and efficient from start to finish. His workmanship on the countertops was great - they look fabulous! Would definitely work with Tom again and plan to ask him back as we make more improvements on our home.

Mr. Pollard was very polite, fair, and he did exactly what he said he would do. He was patient with the planning and with me trying to figure out how I wanted it organized as he built it! He is very good natured and I was comfortable with him coming and going in the house.

Tom is always professional; comes on time to give estimates that are always fair. We have used him before and recommend his services highly. All work was accomplished expeditiously and we were very pleased with the results.

Mr. Pollard was wonderful to work with! After getting multiple estimates, we found that his pricing was very reasonable and he was able to fit our project into his schedule in a timely manner. Our door had some rot and driving rain had been seeping in, so we had to have the door replaced and the floor repaired. Mr. Pollard was very upfront with us, letting us know that he didn't have a lot of tile experience but that he was trying to gain more and felt very comfortable tackling this small space. His honesty and confidence convinced me, and he did a FANTASTIC job! He did a thorough job in the repairs and I would never have guessed that he had limited experience in tiling- it was perfect. He was spot-on in his estimate of the time frame needed for the repairs and was always punctual. He gave me a range of how much he anticipated the work to cost, and the final cost ended up being on the low end of that range. He was very friendly and personable, but also stayed focused on completing the job at hand. It's obvious that he really does value quality work- he says he's a perfectionist and I can see that for sure. I would recommend his services to anyone and will call him again in a heartbeat when I need a job done around the house. I highly recommend considering him!

While I have given Tom's pricing a 'B' rather than the 'A' as I gave in all the other categories, I think his pricing, while on the high side, is completely justified. It's the only way that he can guarantee the high quality of his work, and if you care about your house it is well worth it. In addition, because of the breadth of his skills and experience he can do excellent work in a variety of trades, saving you a lot of hassle trying to find multiple competent individuals. The breadth and depth of Tom's experience also make him an excellent resource for advice if your house or your project may be a little out of the ordinary. Tom was on time, completed his work, cleaned up the area and even hauled away the packing the cabinets came in. Perfect job, very trustworthy and fair prices for great work!

Mr Pollard responded quickly to our situation which needed quick attention. He made a very timely appointment to give us an estimate and came on time. His estimate was very reasonable and he scheduled another timely date to do the repair. On the scheduled date both the replacement siding job and the cabinet repair were done expeditiously and professionally. We are very please with the results and plan to use Mr Pollard on future jobs.

There was no charge for the service. He said it was so easy, and he didn't want to charge me. it only took him 15 minutes. It was wonderful. I called him this morning, and he came out this afternoon. I would recommend this company to friends and family members.

Tom and his helper, Mike, were prompt, pleasant and efficient. He always called before coming over to make sure it was convenient and someone would be home to let him in. He cleaned up everything, every day, before going home. He always discussed any changes/additions to the various projects fully and clearly. We plan to use them again.

We had to move back our starting date several times due to delays in our construction and other issues- Tom was so flexible and never complained or said a word! He did a great job- the drywall looks great and was ready immediately for painting when he left. I would definitely recommend him!

Tom did a fantastic job. He built and installed a bookcase/shelf in a cubby in our family room. He designed the unit and suggested trim and color. He built it on-site. His suggestions were great and the unit looks fantastic. He is very detailed oriented. His assistant painted the two bedrooms. The bedrooms already had furniture. I was worried about getting paint on the furniture or rug but there is not a speck of paint anywhere but on the walls! It is a great job. Tom knows exactly what to do and he knows what he is doing. He is very competent. We are very, very pleased with his work.

We own a beautiful home in Forest Lakes. It's been loved and lived in and needed some care. We found Tom on Angie's List and as soon as we spoke on the phone, knew we had found our man. We found Tom to be responsive, professional, and honest. The type of handyman of days gone by - amazing. We got lucky. Tom's work is gorgeous! The house looks great! The stove has been given a facelift. The paint job is fabulous!! - and was a HUGE job! We are thrilled. Attention to detail, neat, never a mess, responsible and trustworthy. Shocked me at the price of the job and with how much he indicated would need to be done

Because he had not worked on cedar roofing before, he did not want to perform work he was not experienced doing. That being said, I look forward to working with him as he was very pleasant to talk with. He was also very courteous and professional. I will be contacting him regarding other projects that come up as I and I feel Mr. Pollard will be of great assistance in the future.

He was very good, took pride in his work. He explained everything that he was going to do in detail. I was very pleased with his work and will be calling him again for other projects. He was very neat and cleaned up after. I highly recommend. This is the third time I have used his services and it will not be the last.

He was great! I actually went to sleep for the 1st 2 hours he was there. He was very quiet and he went about his work without me watching over him. He was halfway done when I woke up. When I went to check his work it was excellent. The deck boards were in place and nailed down and the back gate was hung and worked better than it did when I moved in which was a little over a year ago. He did a great job sanding the stairs after I woke up. There were some ingrained black spots that he was able to remove. He even went to Lowes to purchase the exhaust vent for the dryer. It seems like he did more than just replace the vent. I don't know if he cleaned it out some before he put it up but it looks great. I know some birds were in there because I heard them but I am sure they are no longer there. Also please know that replacing the vent and fixing the refrigerator were not initially agreed upon. I added those on the day of the repair. He fixed it all with a great attitude. I feel blessed to have found him. He was fair with his pricing. I believe I got a great deal. A fter waking up, I was relieved to see that he had his earbuds because I snore! Hopefully it wasn't too bad. He's an awesome handyman! I was very please with the service!

it was a great job, couldn't ask for better. came when he said and didn't leave until the work was done and site was cleaner than when he arrived. got a quote and it had no hidden cost. so we weren't surprised when we got the bill. we needed 3 doors repaired and one door replaced on our sheds. the finish work matched our sheds of 20 years. excellent will be calling in future for some other repairs around the house.

He showed up on time explained everything he would do, very knowledgeable . He did an excellent job, very neat cleaned up. He showed me everything he was going to do and did a wonderful job of explaining the work. He made sure I approved of work before he left. He is coming back to replace my window. I highly recommend his work. I am very happy with everything he did.

He was very good. He was a little pricey but I thought his work was good. He did warn us that his carpentry work was a little higher, but my wife thinks he was too high. We are happy with him.
