I just wanted an estimate for a drywall finishing job in a downstairs remodeled bathroom. Tom took plenty of time making sure every detail with the job was covered. At this point we have not agreed to have him do the work but there is no doubt if it is done, he will do it.

Tom is VERY professional and curtious. When he first came to our home to give us a quote he explained everything in detail and performed the job exactly as explained. He was very neat and cleaned up everything afterwards. He is a very Hard and meticulous worker. His prices are at the higher end but WELL WORTH every penny! We already have a quote for him to install another ceiling and he will be coming out in the next few weeks to do so. He guarantees all his work for 1 year and when my the fan he installed upstairs was making a very low ticking noise he came out immediately and remedied the problem. It is hard to find such a quality hard worker nowadays and I would not hesitate to recommend Tom!

He was able to match our cabinets to the floor trim and he did a great job! We felt the price was very reasonable. I could tell he had very high standards and he was trustworthy. He was able to fit us in well and was able to come by the next day. It took about 1 working day to complete the work.

Tom and his co-worker worked very quickly. Tom started on the drywall while the other person started working in the basement. After removing the damaged drywall, the cracked ceiling joist was discovered and Tom repaired it without a change in the original estimate. They left our house cleaner than it was to begin with. Tom was very responsive to calls. When I had to leave messages for him he always returned my call within a short time. After they were done, Tom contacted us and asked if he could come back to do some additional work. Upon reflection, he was not 100% pleased with the basement repair and wanted to add another support. He did this at no additional charge. Dealing with Tom was an excellent experience.

Tom and Eric were punctual and did and outstanding job getting everything done in 2 days. They identified everything that was going to be done and explained how they were going to do it. Asked for my input and identified other areas that might be a problem. Cleaned up everything very well with no mess left behind. They were friendly and very easy to work with. I would definitely recommend them to others and use them in the future.

We didn't realize there were pieces missing to the ridge cap and glad he was able to point it out and fix it before it became another roof issue.

Very nice guy. He came out for a bid but he is a one man operation. He will not the pour concrete because he is not comfortable doing it as a one man job. I would go with in the future for a smaller job.

Removed one(1) kitchen wall cabinet and associated trim. Removed 18" by 18" piece of water-damaged ceiling drywall. Installed new drywall, taped and mudded as necessary to blend in new drywall with kitchen ceiling. Re-installed cabinet and associated trim. Prompt arrival at appointed time. Took care to protect surrounding area from damage, dust, etc. Nice clean-up at end of each work period. Easy to work and communicate with throughout project.

Company provided estimate in a timely manner. Pricing was in line with other estimates, however, I chose to go with a General Contractor who could perform all services required.

Mr. Pollard, was very responsive to my phone calls, very professional, courteous, his price was reasonable, he completed the task on time and within the estimate. The work was excellent.

I found them on Angie's List and they were experts at what they were doing. It could have been cheaper.

Tom was very cordial, punctual & professional, but he & his partner smoked way too much and the job took a lot longer than he quoted me. I was hoping to spend $ 600 tops, but he charged me $ 950.00.

Another company met my budget. They were prompt with me. They stayed in touch. It was a beautiful proposal with a lot of preparation into it. It was very detailed. Overall experience was excellent. They were fast. It was the highest quote which I got from them. The company I went with, I felt they were more experienced. I was very impressed with them. I would use them in the future.
