The technician, Denny, was great and very professional and thorough- he gave me numerous tips and ideas about what to do also to discourage the rodents and make it better for the next visit/ will definitely be seeing Denny again to help me with this problem!

Since I had a pest control issue, the company was very quick to respond by scheduling an initial treatment. The initial visit went well. The technician Brandon was very professional, thorough and answered all my questions really well.

We have had Environmental Pest Control for a couple of years for our regular pest control every two months, plus tick & mosquito throughout this summer every 21 days, and our termite warranty policy. We are very pleased with their entire services & would like to commend the last technician, Brandon Lee, who did our pest control on June 20th. He was very courteous, introduced himself, was prepared to come inside with hi shoes covered, and finished everything we asked of him. We have recommended Environmental Pest Control to our neighbors and will continue to do so.

These guys are friendly and knowledgeable. Patrick noticed carpenter ants on the initial assessment that I didn’t even know about. Brandon came out for the first treatment and sealed a gap at the basement door. Professional, courteous, and knowledgeable...Brandon made sure to keep my dog safe from any mice traps that were set, definitely happy and will recommend them.

Serviceman called prior to his arrival so I could get all pets indoors and make sure my windows were closed. He arrived at the stated time and went promptly to work .He finished spraying and left. That was yesterday. I was outside all day today and encountered no mosquitos or gnats!

Great! Denny was on time, so nice and professional. Explained everything that was going on and why it was happening. Event gave me tips to help prevent them from coming in again.

The technician was great!! He gave me a complete rundown on what he was doing and what it would do. That was two weeks ago, and I do not see any signs of new tunnels and the old tunnels are disappearing. I will have several more treatments and am very happy with the service and results. The first treatment was $200 and each one after that will be $100.

We have worked with Environmental Pest for a couple of years now. They successfully helped us overcome a "mouse invasion" (well, it felt like it) and provide exterior servicing for the foundation of our home. We are very pleased with the service and our technician, Denny, is knowledgeable, polite and timely. We recommend them!

I called Environmental Pest Control to go out to a property I'm selling to do a termite inspection and to get rid of a carpenter bee issue I was having on the deck. There were lots of them and they chased everyone off the deck. Environmental Pest Control was quick to respond and took care of everything perfectly. The service was excellent and I will certainly use them in the future. Highly recommend.

The team arrived during the promised window. They were friendly and professional, explained the work they were going to do, and then completed the job efficiently and without damaging our property. Afterwards, they showed me photos of what they had done. The vent covers appear to have been installed cleanly and consistently. Overall, a good experience. My only gripe would be that $750 seems high just to remove a nest and install some vent covers. That said, I wasn't going to get on a 40-foot ladder myself, so still worth every penny.

Tech was over 1 hour late. He was unprepared.

It went great. I found them on Home Advisers, called after hours and left a message and got a call back the next day before 10am. They scheduled an inspection at their earliest convenience, explained what needed to be done and scheduled an actual appointment to get the work done in a very timely fashion. They told me they would be here between 2-4pm on the day we scheduled the appointment and their employee showed up at 2:02pm.

We have been using Environmental Pest Control for a few years now and I have always been happy with the service. The technicians are knowledgeable, helpful, professional and willing to go the extra mile. The automated system they use to schedule appointments is very user friendly and appreciated. Last time our technician was David Denny. He was awesome! Oh--and we have not had a problem with bugs (including termites and ticks) or mice since they have been providing service!

Flawless; one week later and remains flawless. Denny is an exceptional technician.

Really well, again. Environmental services sprays the whole neighborhood and in this particularly wet year - we would be eaten alive with mosquitos but we're 3 sprays in and we seem to be good so far and we've had a number of outdoor meetings. As a side benefit, the baby ants are less, the carpenter bee attacks on houses are less and the gnats don't swarm as much. we never did have many honey bees so I can't assess the impact there.

Choosing Environmental Pest Control for trapping and removing a groundhog from my property was the worst mistake I've made in a long time. The initial contact came to my home and I showed him 5 places I've seen a groundhog come and go (Both ends of 2 sheds and a wood pile). On my first "Trapping Day" 1 trap was set. I asked why only 1 trap was set when there were 4 or 5 known active entrances/exits. I was told there is only space on the truck for 1 trap. The trapping was to take place over a 3 day period, with someone coming each day to check the trap and re-bait if necessary. After the initial day (Monday) when the trap was setup, no one came until the end of the week (Saturday). The main reason the person came on Saturday was to close the trap for the weekend because no one was working on Sunday. The next day (Monday) another person came to the house to re-open the trap and to put some bait in it. While there, he sprayed something called CB 80 Insecticide Aerosol into each of the 4 entrances/exits under the sheds. I asked what that was for and I was told; groundhogs don't like the smell of it, so it should make them come out. My first thought was if it makes them come out, it will also make them avoid the area, thus avoiding the trap. On Tuesday the person came checked the trap, and saw no need to "refresh" the bait in the trap, so the old bait from the day before was left there. In the end my 3 days of service came and went, and to no surprise of mine, the trapping was unsuccessful. This, in my opinion, was a total waste of $300.00. If I had not known the company was in the business of "Trapping" I would have never guessed. I will never use this company again. I will never refer this company to anyone. I will always discourage everyone from using this company. During the first week, (the week that no one showed up until the end of the week to close the trap), I knew I had just wasted $300.00 and the trapping project would end in failure. The project was destined to fail. There was failure on many levels, I'm more mad at myself for giving this company $300.00 and my trust they would do a good job, than I am at the company for the projects complete failure. I wrote and asked what I'm supposed to do next, since the trapping was unsuccessful. The response I received was "Unfortunately there’s nothing we can do in a situation like this unless we were to attempt to trap for an extended period of time. Our trap was on the property for more than 3 days to try and catch the groundhog, but unfortunately we can’t control wildlife and trapping isn’t always successful." In my opinion, had there been 4 or 5 traps set, not 1 (for the 4 or 5 active entrances/exits) and had someone come every day to put fresh bait in the trap(s), and had someone not sprayed CB 80 Insecticide Aerosol into all 4 of the active entrances/exits the trapping project may have had a better chance at success. Unfortunately, none of these things happened during the duration of my project, and the project ended in failure.

Very well. Randy was very professional, personable, and took care of entry points where squirrels were gaining access to attic area.

Denny was very helpful. He explained thoroughly how the poison works and also gave some good tips of maintaining the woods that are behind my home. He was very knowledgeable with regard to building codes and home structures. I really appreciate Denny stopping by and helping us out with the issue we had and also recommending additional services that can help with ticks and mosquitoes!
