Environmental Pest Control

I hired EPC for a mouse problem. I did sign a contract agreeing to you for additional treatments at $105 each. Unbeknownst to me at the signing of the contract my dishwasher is bolted to my kitchen counter and cannot be moved so the exterminator cannot seal the hole. I sent environmental Pest Control an email stating that was the reason why I wanted to discontinue my service and if they felt necessary to turn me over to collections. Instead they decided to go behind my back and deduct two treatments for total of $210 to my account. No one even had the courtesy to send me an emai. The owner has ghosted me I have turned it into my bank and it's fully expect a refund. I would never hire this group of incompetent help again.

It went fantastic! Environmental Pest Control had to come out 9 additional times over a 3 month course, after the initial set-up, because the bats continued entering in different locations of our attic. The technicians were always friendly, knowledgeable, and on time! It's been over a year now and the bats have NOT returned. We highly recommend Environmental Pest Control - some of the best money we ever spent!

Environmental Pest Control did a wonderful job removing squirrels that were living in our attic, in a safe, environmentally-friendly way. The team was professional and respectful of our home. They gave us an estimate, got to work quickly, and answered all our questions. The squirrels have moved elsewhere, thank goodness!

I've been using their services for the past year. My neighbors are dirty and living in a townhouse, their problem had become my problem. Their pest services has saved my sanity. I highly recommend.

The service was excellent. The technicians came when they said they would and finished the job in two visits like they said they would. They wore masks, covered their shoes when inside, answered our questions, and showed us pictures of the work, They were also extremely courteous. I would use them again without hesitating.

Tech is always knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Previous infestation has been reduced to a rare incursion by the strategic placement of outside and inside bait stations.

Techs are always personable and will come out and respray/lay traps between services. Great company and employees!

Pat from EPC came right out and diagnosed the problem immediately, set up an appointment for a crew to come out and seal off the house and then provide follow-up treatment. I have not had the mouse problem since! GREAT company, GREAT work and GREAT price.

So far so good. Estimator took a few days for appointment. Crew came and put the one way cone for the bats to get out and not come back in. One week later, the same crew came back and sealed holes, cleaned up and sprayed for bugs and disinfecting. Price was 50% less than other quotes. Only time will tell if the bats are gone. Work guaranteed for one year.

Initial contact was prompt, polite and explained things. Inspection seemed professional. Scheduling was quick, tech was prompt, polite and seemed knowledgeable. Work preformed. Results may take up to 30 days. Follow email review from company.

Technician arrived and knew exactly how the mice were getting into our house. Explained the chemicals that they use as we have a pet and were concerned. Took care of all the holes. We never saw mice again! Very friendly and responsive.

We were clients of King's Pest Control and really liked their services. However, when Kings was acquired by Enviromental Pest Control, the level of service went rapidly downhill. The way the service is performed is subpar - we went from not having rodents to having many of them in the house and the garages. But one event really stands out: EPC's 'technician' informed us that he found a termite nest close to the house. They said would treat it but after the merger, termite treatment was no longer part of our plan. Several phone calls and emails later we paid a fee to reestablish our termite coverage. However, on the day of the treatment EPC informed us that there were no termites to be found! So, basically they sold us a service which they knew we didn't need! We didn't receive a refund or an apology. EPC acquired a well-respected company run by people who cared and turned it into an outfit with shady practices and substandard performance - just enough to convince unsuspecting clients to continue the subscription - until they realize that something is amiss.

I was so impressed by the attention to detail my service people provided. They answered all of my questions and have taken care of the issues immediately. I would recommend them to anyone looking.

The response was immediate. I received a call from Environmental Pest Control minutes after I registered on the web site. Their representatives were professional, efficient, trustworthy and dedicated. I named the two technicians that came to do the work, the “Dynamic Duo”. Kenneth and Chris were amazing. We thought the problem was one thing but it turned out to be something else. Those two eased into it as if they had originally came out to do that job. They talked us through the entire procedure before starting. They told us not to worry because they would get the job done and that they did. I was so pleased with their work that I am writing a commendation on the Better Business Bureau web site. If you need pest control, call on the “Dynamic Duo”, Kenneth and Chris from Environmental Pest Control. They’re the best!

It went well. Some other reviews have commented that they needed to come out twice - but that was okay. The first time they nailed in place solid metal plate mitigation (not wedged in wire mesh, which I've had done in the past) in all but one location. In the final location they put a one-way cage. They returned two weeks later (at our request, we were on vacation for one of the weeks) and removed the one-way cage and placed more metal plate in place around the opening. We paid for the extra service to go in the attic and perform additional mitigation and sanitization. We did probably pay a little more, but did get a quality product. I am happy with the job done.

Estimator Patrick was very thorough. He found termite trails in the basement that other company's estimator had missed. The service was very quick. It's impossible to judge effectiveness at this point as the service was injecting Termidor into the ground around house. One area to work on would be to call ahead when coming, and to be there during time window. For our main service and a quick followup those things did not happen.

Kenneth was excellent! Friendly, professional, and he seems to really enjoy his work!

Always happy with their work. Their customer service for scheduling and techs that take care of our yard are top notch. We would highly recommend this company to anyone having inside or outside issues with insects.
