Contract was bought out from Kings who was great. Environmental is terrible. They have managed to change our contract to the point where it doesn’t cover any of the pests we contracted for in the first for and costs more than it did to begin with. They have never resolved any of our pest control issues and continue to treat us with disdain and hostility.

Quickly scheduled, very professional, excellent communications as to arrival time. Would certainly contract for future work based upon latest engagement.

We've worked with Environmental for several years and always appreciate their responsiveness, and willingness to provide recommendations and service for one-time and unique situations. Denny, the tech that visited this time, was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and very quick in completing the unique service we required for a hole in our roofline where bats were entering.

Initially communication was good, Megan was very good to call and schedule the technician to come out and set the trap. But after my wife called early (0830) the next day to report a possum had been captured, the person taking the call was very dismissive and told my wife " Well we are scheduled to come out there sometime today, so we'll pick up the trap then" Originally we were told to call if anything was in the trap and they would come and remove it as soon as possible. When the technician finally arrived after 2:00pm, he had no idea that the trap was occupied. So, if said Gound Hog was around then there was no trap available for almost 6 hours. Then the trap with the possum was dragged across my driveway leaving a nice scratch from the metal cage when it would have been very easy to drag the cage across the grass right up to the truck. Just think a little more communication and professionalism could be provided and my wife should not feel that she is being dismissed when spoken to when all we are trying to do is cooperate. It's not like we are asking for "VIP" status but just would like to feel important enough that they appreciate the business. Since word of mouth referrals are what brings in more business. Updated 8/26/2019: All original discrepencies were addressed and Chris came out to investigate previous concerns. Everything was addressed and taken care of and my wife is very happy to have our GroundHog re-located. Thank you.

Drew was able to tackle my serious spider problem. He showed up on time and explained the procedure to me. I asked many questions and he answered them all with patience. When I didn’t understand, instead of repeating himself he found another way to explain it to me. I live in the woods with uneven terrain and my house is not easy to move around. He treated every inch of my house in detail making sure he got everything. These door-to-door salesmen have great offers sometimes but I have no intention of leaving EPC because of the quality service that Drew provided.

Great first impression. Recently moved and set up initial treatment. General pest control as well as treatment for snakes. Denny was professional and very informative. Highly recommend the personal attention and detail that a smaller company like this offers.

Drew with Enviornmental Pest Control did an amazing job. He has a great personality, very attentive to what he is doing, the service he is giving and most importantly the care for our dog!! Would highly recommend and will be using them in the future.

Chris arrived and immediately recognized that the mice were actually rabbits. He asked if I wanted to leave them there or have them removed and killed? I couldn't decide because I didn't want to kill them but did want them gone. Chris could see I was having a hard time deciding on their fate so he offered an alternative solution. He said he could box them and deliver them to his relative who would nurse them until they were able to fend for themselves. I immediately chose this option. Chris is a great employee. Our technician was Denny, and he provided outstanding service! Punctual, professional, knowledgeable and polite. Denny has wonderful customer service skills, he's very passionate about his work, wants to do a good job and wants the customer to be happy and satisfied, and I am. Also, encouraging to know that Denny is complimentary of his employer and believes in the company he works for. My mother has used Environmental Pest Control for over a year now and she has been very pleased which led me to sign a contract with them as well. I also just started using them for mosquito control. Very pleased with that service as well. I have pets and was concerned about using any chemicals, but Denny was very considerate and helpful about ensuring their safety and educating me on the product he was using. Highly recommend! Nice to know there are still some companies that know how to create a positive customer experience. Thank you.

Went beautifully. Justin was right on time, very personable, obviously knew and explained precisely what he was doing and answered all questions. He did the job carefully, completely and in relatively short order. I'd hire the company again anytime.

We were surprised to find out we had bats in our attic. A month ago we had one in the house and thought it came in from outside, however, I decided to contact Environmental Pest Control to determine if any were in the house. Unfortunately, they were in our attic. We signed up for treatment and today the technicians came and flushed out 7 bats, closed up where they were entering and disinfected the attic. I cannot say enough about Denny and Brice's professionalism and punctuality. They were GREAT!
