Description of Work: Overall, this was a great experience. There was a little confusion around scheduling but after that point there were very responsive. We have not seen a mouse since!

Description of Work: Helped eliminate ground hogs from my yard. But the biggest praise comes when I live trapped a skunk. They came by, I wasn't home, and freed the skunk from the trap without releasing and scent! Very helpful and I would highly recommend their services for whatever kind of pest control you need.

Description of Work: Mark and Scott were great to deal with. I had been suffering for more then 6 months from what I thought were hives. It turned out that my master bedroom was infested with bed bugs! Who knew..... my husband and I were mortified. Mark and Scott came out as promised and did an estimate for us which we found to be very reasonable. They explained that bed bugs are not a result of anything that we did and that most likely picked them up from a hotel room last August. They gave us the information on how to prepare for the spraying and what we should expect during and post the process. When they came in the following week they realized that our bed was too far gone and even brought the mattress and box spring out of the house and put it on my husband's truck for us to dispose of. I would, without hesitation, recommend this company to anyone. They are trustworthy and honest and deliver a great service.

Description of Work: Mark King is wonderful!! He was so nice and very professional. I have been going crazy with ants on my kitchen counter. Another competitor wanted $3oo extra to treat for the problem. Mark has solved it in one visit for only $99. I will stick with him.

I called Environmental Termite & Pest on Saturday, 6/9, at about 7:30 a.m. The receptionist answered, recorded my details, and promised that dispatch would call me to set up an appointment. She did not promise that I should expect a service visit that day, but she did advise that dispatch would promptly call me. Nobody called. I called Environmental Termite & Pest again the following morning. The receptionist again answered, recorded my details, and apologized that I did not receive a call on Saturday. She advised me that she would include, with my details, a note to indicate that I previously called. She said that dispatch would promptly call me. Nobody called. I don't expect squirrel eradication at a moment's notice. However, I do expect that when a service-oriented business promises that I can expect a call, I will receive a call. Calls should not be routed to dispatch, then left unresolved. The squirrels are still in my attic.
