We were in the process of installing a new brick patio and realized the construction was going to disrupt the termite barrier we had in place. The other companies could not come out to treat for at least several days and I needed someone there ASAP. I called Environmental and John called me back immediately. He was able to squeeze me in that afternoon since he had a job nearby. He was able to treat the patio area right away and came back two days later to finish treating the rest of the perimeter. He was polite, pleasant and very knowledgeable having a dozen years in the industry. I will definitely call this company again if we need pest treatment services. The big pest control companies may be better known, but Environmental uses Bayer products which are well tested and respected. This company gets high marks in all areas!

+ 0 moreJohn was very careful to work clean - and clean-up afterward. Only time will tell if all expectations are met; but I'm confident the problem is under control. I will sign a long-term pest control contract with them.
Description of Work: I had four snakes in three days - three in my garage and ONE UPSTAIRS OUTSIDE THE BEDROOMS. John S. from Environmental came within a few hours of being called. He was very knowledgeable about the problem; checked all the areas where pests could enter and formulated a plan of action. He then set to work immediately setting traps for rodents and snakes. I was greatly comforted knowing he was resolving my problem. I couldn't have asked for a better "white knight"! Although it will take some weeks to totally resolve, we're on our way thanks to John's expertise!
