Environmental Pest Control

They are always friendly and professional, and are very responsive on in-between visits as needed. They have been great about doing extra treatments for stink bugs, and recently identified the source of a major fly infestation (a bird had crawled into my dryer vent and died), and I will be using them to remove the nest/carcass and cover the vents. Always great service, very reasonable price.

My only suggestion is to make sure that the answering service they use give them their messages accurately and in a timely manner. It doesn't look good when a customer expects them to return their call and they don't because they never got the message. Otherwise we were very happy with their services, which they guarantee, and will certainly use them again.

Bobby, from Environmental Pest, arrived on time, answered all my (many) questions, performed the service and left -- as did all my ants! Great experience overall.

Environmental arrived a bit early; offered an apology for being early; and asked if it would be OK to start early or would we want him to wait for the scheduled time -- Wow! we definitely had a very very favorable first impression. The Rep's professionalism and knowlege were very impressive. The Rep talked to us about our problem and recommended a treatment method that was best for our needs. At the Rep's suggestion, there was no treatment done inside the house. This determination was made based upon the fact that we hadn't had ants in the house for nearly a week and the Rep said there was a chance that the bait would attract the ants back into the house. After listening to the Rep's rationale we made the decision to forego treatment inside the house....it proved to be an excellent decision. The Rep was also conscious of the fact we have animals and, at his suggetion, we kept the cats inside the house for several hours. The Rep let us know that if, after exterior treatment, we had ants in the house to call the company back and they would return to treat the interior of the house at no extra charge. We've not had ants since the exterior treatment was done. No ant colonies building nests inside the mailbox or inside the exterior wall outlets nor on our front porch and NO ANTS inside our kitchen cabinets!! It is such a relief. THANKS ENVIRONMENTAL FOR A JOB WELL DONE!!!!

They come out four times a year which is once in every three months or whenever I see something and need something extra to be done. They are very efficient. They contain their class. I like them because they are environmentally friendly and offer personalized service. They charge $75 per visit.

I called the company in the evening and left a message. My call was returned the next day and was given an appointment for that afternoon. The service person showed up at the scheduled time, provided an estimate, and performed the service that day. He explained his process and provided the option of one time treatment or a service agreement. I was so pleased with the service that I decided on the service agreement which was the same cost but provided more protection for the future.

John was extremely responsive, knew what he was doing, and proposed a plan similar in pricing and services offered to ones I had in the past. They do billing and contracts electronically - he emailed the contract from the laptop in his truck - and made things quick and easy.

We work out on a maintenance plan with them. People in this area are having a hard time dealing with the stink bug. Environmental Termite & Pest Control aren't really able to help too much with that but on the on the other things, they are very good.

Squirrels got trapped inside of the screen, so I called for a return visit. However, the squirrels found a way out themselves. Problem solved!

This is our second time using their extermination services and they are prompt, courteous, and very professional. I would not hesitate in recommending them.

Went well overall but did not catch 1 item that was pointed out (holes in ground were rat holes and exterminator did not catch that) that needed to be addressed.

I'm not sure why they call themselves Environmental. When I asked the exterminator what was in the products used and is it safe for a pregnant mom and future baby he could not tell me anything other than they are regulated by the federal government. That doesn't give me much peace of mind. The bugs were back within a few weeks after spraying so I called back - I don't like the answering service used. You always have to leave a message with a grumpy person and sometimes you get a call back same day, but usually it takes a day or two. They were speed in coming back to re-treat and the bugs have been better since, however I am going to keep searching for a service that uses safe products and will give me details about them. If one exists!

They did a good job, but they had to come out a second time because it didn't take care of the problem. They were very willing to come back again. They went around with some other products. They also opened up some wall pockets and put stuff in there. I felt it was thorough. We were pleased with them. It isn't necessarily environmentally safe, but it is better than having your house eaten by carpenter ants. They were courteous. I would recommend them.

They came out on time, did a great job and were very courteous. Plus they explained everything they were doing and were very sensitive to the fact that we have pets and are also very concerned about the wildlife around our property.

Overall went well. I am happy with the service.

We were also meeting with the house inspector that day, so we were busy with him and didn't notice that Jon was running late. He had gotten stuck in bad traffic but still arrived in plenty of time to do the inspection while we were still at the house. He and his associate performed the work while my husband and I were going over other items with the inspector and our realtor, so I really can't speak to the quality of the inspection, but I did see them going all around the property, both inside and out. I liked Jon's professionalism and the fact that he persevered to get to us that day, despite being delayed for almost an hour in traffic.

I called several exterminators who had received excellent ratings on the List and eventually chose Environmental. Bobby Anderson was able to come out almost immediately. When he arrived, he was able to give me information that satisfied my concerns about toxic chemicals. He was helpful and professional. His treatment ended our ant problems; the warranty is for 90 days. I'll report back if the ants reappear within that time.

I could not be happier. Bobby was great. He answered my questions, educated me, and encouraged me to call him directly if I had any problems. I would use them again.

This was a very good experience. Bobby was prompt to respond to our problems. He thoroughly covered what needed to be done and took care of the needed treatments that very day. He was professional, courteous, and prompt. I look forward to our contract with Environmental Pest Control.

We are happy with their service. We haven't used many pest companies, so their price is probably pretty good. The quality and responsiveness was excellent as well as punctual. I'm not home when they do a treatment, but they seem to have good concept since my ants are gone. We will use them again in the future.

He is a good guy. They seem to be on the up and up. I even signed up for quarterly treatments for pest control around the house. He calls before he comes and shows up when he says.

He worked very long and hard to find where the ant nest was outside the kitchen. He had a 90 day guarantee, but we didn't have to use it because the problem was fixed the first time. He was very quick in his response. The day I called him he was finishing a job in my neighborhood, and so he was over to my house in half an hour. Everything about the experience was wonderful.
