I called Environmental pest control due the noise in my bedroom ceiling. A technician was dispatched and placed a one-way door at the end of the soffit. The problem was that I kept hearing the critter in the roof. I call for the tech to check for additional opening and they said the found an additional hole and sealed it. It’s just that it took them so long to come back out and repair the additional opening additional opening. I also asked for pictures before and after the repair but only got pictures prior to repair and nothing else. Ultimately, they did get rid of the squirrels, although they saw no fecal signs. I did use a camera probe to investigate the area in the attic and saw what could have been mouse droppings. So it my not have been squirrels at all at a cost of $675. I definitely believe that I was over charged for what was done.

The technician was on time and did all the external and internal spraying and cleaning. He was professional and courteous and had taken all the precautions to deal with Covid-19 restrictions such as face mask and gloves

Responded quickly and came within days to do the assessment. Service provided within a couple of days. Very communicative when they are coming and explained the treatment they were doing to my house and yard.

I have been using EPC for more than a year. Techs are always professional, knowledgeable, and on time. Owners are environmentally savvy and helped me with interior pest control while addressing environmental concerns.

I received an email letting me know which day he would be here. He rang the doorbell and stood back a respectable distance when I answered. No interior service was requested so he sprayed/checked the outside and was on his way.

The technician discussed a plan of action to address the issue. We are currently on the second inspection to determine what is going on with step 1. So far so good. Very knowledgeable.

Installed a one way gate to allow raccoon to leave; closed up roof and replaced soffit pieces; removed raccoon droppings from attic. Two visits took care of the problem.

Not sure. The service did not strike me as thorough or attentive to details. The guy was not connected well with customer nor looking experienced.

Great company! I posted locally on Facebook page and Mark Aubel replied. Several people recommended them. He came out and identified my issues. He explained how mice work. He even identified their points of entry from the exterior. Super nice. He answered all my questions and told me what to expect. I had a trap that had a live mouse and he even removed it for me! The one year contract was the best fit for our needs being in the country. Reasonable pricing. Denny the technician came out the very next day. He was awesome. I shared my concerns. He was patient and listened. He gave spaces I was concerned about extra attention. Denny filled the exterior holes too. Very nice company to work with. I feel I cAn relax now that these gentlemen took care of our Mickey Mouse problem. Highly recommended.

They have responded everytime we call even on weekends, very courteous and polite people. Also not bothered by our Corgi.

I have only had the initial service of having traps placed & disinfectant for snakes, mice & spiders. The technician was on time, explained everything that he was doing & did it in a timely manner. He did an excellent job.

From the first day; they did more than other companies do. They don't just spray and lay traps; they seal holes and look for ways that rodents or insects might get into your home and take care of it! Seal them up and look again! It's really a game changer! And, even if something gross shows up in your house; they'll come out for free to remove it and ensure that it doesn't get in that way again! They're different and offer far more service than your father's exterminators! I highly recommend them!
