He is professional and thorough. He answered all of my questions and I wouldn't hire anyone else to provide pest control. Totally trustworthy and reliable.

Next day service, Ryan very helpful, on time, took about 40 minutes, after outside, sprayed around inside of all windows and skylights Within a hour...they advised 24 hours, stink bugs dropping like flies, inside and out. No longer a swarm of hundreds and hundreds on my deck side of house, all around sliding door, I can actually take dogs out for potty , wife is delighted, I'm delighted, best $150 I ever spent, will use these guys again, which I had for carpenter bees. This company is A okay.

I like Mark King because he is a young guy who is starting his business. He previously worked for a company where the owner retired and closed down. Mark got certified in all the areas and started his own business. You could tell that he was trying had to do a good job. He explained everything he was doing, what we would see, and completed the job very well. He is a real professional, nice guy and the price is good. He has even come back for follow up treatments. He also guarantees his work as well. It has been a few months now and we are very satisfied with the work. I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again and recommend him to others.

We think Mark is the best! He is always prompt and pleasant and has sure made a difference in the number of bugs marching through our house. He sprays inside and out and puts sticky traps in the basement. He only uses non-toxic (once dry) products and is very knowledgeable about his business. His prices are reasonable and there is no pressure whatsoever to pay more money. He's very clean with what he does, never tracks stuff in the house, and he even brings the dog a treat. We're delighted we've found him!

I use Environmental Termite & Pest Control regularly for my general pest control and mosquito spraying. Out of 4 similar vendors I interviewed and compared they were second "cheapest" but seemed to reasonable, so I tried them out and I'm happy I did! They are prompt in responding to my calls when a visit is required for a specific issue. They call a week ahead to schedule any routine visits (mosquitoes), and always show up when supposed to. Their employees are professional and courteous and knowledgeable! You always work with the same person, which is added value. They are paper- free, and use e-mail for invoicing and any other communications, which I prefer. After almost 3 months of using their services, I am very pleased and would gladly recommend them!

We have been dealing with small ant issues for many years. Usually get them in the early spring with the rain. Mostly in kitchen along sink, and along window sills. This year with the extensive spring/summer rain we just could not keep up with the problem so we decided to go with a professional service. We used Angies List to find this company. Picked them based on rating and description of services. Scheduling was very easy. They fit us in right away. The first treatment began working right away. Immediately saw LOTs of ants (dead and alive) and their eggs in our window sills as a result. They had warned us we could see this for up to two weeks. Because we were still seeing a few live ants after two weeks in the window sills we asked for a follow treatment (which was free of charge). Environmental came back immediately, and performed the second treatment. For the first three mos follow up treatments are free as long it is for the same issue. Things have been going great. Continue to see only dead ants in the window sill as a result of the treatments. No ants along the foundation as seen previously. We are considering a quarterly contract with them. Very happy with service.

Serviceman was very professional and explained everything in detail. Searched for evidence of termites. Searched for all carpenter bee homes (porch was becoming riddled.) Sprayed all bee holes. Have had no more problems with carpenter bees (treatment over a month ago.) Very reasonably priced.

Great outfit. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, responsive, fast, great price. Definitely recommend. Have already scheduled them for some follow-up work.

We used these folks about a year ago but did not have three vents screened at that time. We thought that the activity near the patio would keep birds away and it did not. The estimates are reasonable and the installer was fully knowledgeable and professional. Many pest companies will not do this type of service. Bird nests inside one's house can encourage mites to enter the house, as happened to our niece in St Louis last year.

Heard mice in the attic and called the next day. I tried several different pest control companies and Environmental was one of the few that was willing to go into the attic and crawl through the rafters to check it out. The were very professional and informative. They were punctual and answered all of my questions. I had a second visit for a follow up and had a different person. Again very professional and helpful. Impressive group of people working here.

Outstanding service. Rapidly responded to request for service. Did not try to urge a contract for future service which was a wonderful change from other major companies. As it turned out, I was so happy that I am going to have them back every 90 days for a while. Would never waste my money again on other better known companies. This one performed every thing needed and came back at no charge to respray an area outside. The inside single spray resolved a considerable problem. Cudos to Environment Termite!

I was given an appt quickly, he showed up on time and his price was decent. I went with another provider because he was slightly lower in cost and a neighbor recommended him.

I never had ants again. They were quick and were able to fix my problem promptly. I spoke with Bobby Anderson. I compared their prices to other companies, and they had the best prices.

Tech showed up as scheduled. Initial treatment/assesment went well. Have had 2 follow-up service calls (at no additional cost) since we still heard the pitter patter of little feet at night.Appears as of now they ALL have moved on. "A" for being available for follow up within initial price!!!

The summer before we used mosquito authority we could hardly go outside because of the mosquitos. Since they have started spraying we virtually live outside. They provide great service at a great value, very flexible always very professional.

We've been using this company since February, and have been pretty pleased. They come out each quarter to treat for pests, and thier pricing seems pretty well in line with the many other pest control companies out there. Staff is professional, and they e-mail us receipts when they perform the work, as well as notifying us both before and after the treatments are performed. They will do the interior of the house if you ask.

We had a mice problem in a rental home and we called Environmental and they sent out Bill just a couple of days later. Bill was punctual, courteous and professional and installed all the necessary mouse traps on the interior and exterior. Our tenants have not reported seeing any mice since the service.

They come out 4 times per season. We were still having a bit of a problem with mosquitos and they came right back out and retreated for us no problem and no extra charge.

On Wednesday, 7/11/12, service was requested on an urgent basis for removal of a yellow jacket nest in our front garden wall. The trash removal guy was stung while trying to remove our trash can, and my husband was stung at least 6 times. Due to the fact that we have a large population of little children that use the sidewalk adjacent to the nest area, we felt that immediate response was necessary. We were assured that someone would come out first thing Friday morning. No one showed up until after noon, and he didn't bring the necessary equipment with him (bee suit) (????). He said someone would come first thing Saturday morning. It is now 2 pm Saturday afternoon. When we listened to our voice mail, the person who called said he was just too "tied up" to make it, at which point we told him to forget it, that he wasn't reliable enough for us to trust they would ever show up. So..."F" all around for this company.

I called the company and scheduled a visit. Brian, the representative, showed up on time and was very courteous. He explained everything to me as it was happening. I felt no pressure to perform the service. I liked the company and agreed to have them treat my field mice problem. I plan to continue to use them on a quarterly basis.

The Mosquito Authority comes every 3 weeks and we have not had one mosquito of summer. They were the most courteous people I had ever dealt within a long long time. They were excellent. They were right on time.
