He suited up and looked at the nest which he identified as paper wasps. He froze the nest. He continued around the house and identified a weak facia board where boring bees had made holes in the past. He did not spray for these bees as they were not included in the service I purchased. He is also very careful about the status of honey bees(which these are NOT) and would encourage moving their nest only if they are threatening. Very professional work.

Great I've used them for quarterly pest control for several years

The technician, Mark, really knows his stuff. I called and made an appointment for Thursday and it was raining, so we rescheduled. He explained that providing service in the rain wouldn't be effective so we set up an appointment for Friday. He gave me a range of times he would be here, called when he was on the way and got here when he said he was going to arrive. Very professional, nice & neat uniform, very polite. He explained all the different products he was using, gave me a detailed invoice stating what the products were, and made some suggestions for future pest control appointments. Kings pest control is definitely a company I'll call again.

Mark explains all services in detail. Had large grass spiders and centipedes but haven't seen any of these since Mark started pest control services in March 2014. Hardly ever see any bugs now and if I do see any they're already dead. Mark is very conscientious and is committed to keeping his customers happy. Great results at very affordable price. I would highly recommend him to anyone!!!

We had tenants that brought in beg bugs to the unit. We were devastated because we have heard how awful they can be to get rid of and how expensive treatment is. We also feared other units would get them, and it would be a major outbreak. We talked to Mark and he is so knowledgeable on the behavior, breeding patterns.. everything there is to know about bed bugs. It was amazing to me the passion he has for what he does. His knowledge on insects and bugs is unbelievable. He also explained why some treatments work and others do not. He provided the treatment and also provided free follow-up inspections to ensure the bed bugs were gone. It was one treatment and that was it. We actually had him do a second treatment after the tenants moved out just for our own peace of mind but we never saw anymore bugs or had any other issues. Now we have him inspect our units before and after any tenant moves in or out. He took a very stressful situation for us and completely eliminated the issue. it was one of those times we thought this is too easy, or too good to be true. But it has been over two years and we have not had a single issue. We are so thankful for Mark and the work he did for us. If you ever have a pest issue, especially bed bugs, Kings Pest Control is your best option. The other thing I liked about him was he wasn't trying to sell us stuff we didn't need. Other companies said we need to do furniture treatments and take stuff out and put it in special units to sterilize it. I asked Mark about that and he said none of that is necessary. Other companies said it would take several treatments and follow ups. Mark said we caught the problem early and it was not necessary. He was the only company I felt wasn't trying to take advantage of us in our time of stress and need. He wanted to save us money wherever he could. He knew our situation with the tenants and really showed compassion for what we were going through. He listened when we vented and gave such a personal touch. He was truly a blessing to us. I highly recommend this company. One of my best experiences with a home service company.

Mark King came on time, he & his assistant sprayed for bugs both inside and outside in a timely manner.

Mark and Scott were delayed in arriving but called to let me know. Not a problem. Asked if I had seen any pests (no) and performed the spraying quickly. Being careful to avoid pet food. I have had to re-schedule in the past. They are very accommodating.

Mark was great. We own a farm and I had some rodents living under my chicken coop (gross, right??) Anyways, Mark came over two different times to make sure they were gone. He's friendly, professional and answers all your questions. I will always call him in the future. He certainly knows and understands the pest industry and you can tell by the answers he gave to the questions I asked that he is very knowledgeable.

From the first contact with Mark concerning the estate issues that needed to be addressed per the contract in order to go to closing on time, he was willing to help. We discussed what the requirements were and he explained what he could do giving me an estimate. He was very willing to match to my schedule of going to the estate home to complete the requirements. They arrived on time and read over what was required then started. They had two different items to address and they took care of it in a very short time. Meanwhile I was meeting with other contractors and they worked and spoke nicely together. Mark even wrote out the paper work as required by the buyer's bank to keep the closing process flowing smoothly. Personally we have been working with pest control companies for over 25 years as homeowners. We have King's treat both our home and a rental home for maintenance in keeping pest and rodents away. They are always on time, professional and friendly. I have three large indoor dogs and they make sure to use safe products as not to make them sick. We have not seen any pest or rodents since using them. Very please and have recommended them to family and friends. Family member signed a contract with them also, after I recommended them. You won't find a more professional & friendly pest control company. They are small, family run and offer personal service. A+++++

Mark was extremely pleasant and professional. He explained everything, took the time to answer our questions and was easy to work with. We will definitely be using him again!

They were horrible and very lousy. They were late getting here the first time because he got hung up somewhere else. He was half an hour late the first time. We called them because we had specifically issues with ants in our kitchen. He put some stuff on the walls that made it worst, for a month or two we still had some ants. He said that it was because the ants were being attracted to the stuff and they will take it back to their hive and kill everything. But we continue to have ants. The second time they were here had been five months after and they did some stuff outside but we still have not noticed any difference. They were not very responsive and the stuff they put around did not work at all. Whatever they did, it did not help.

Excellent customer service, the technician listened to our concerns and made helpful suggestions as to the best course of action The appointment was scheduled within hours of me contacting them via their web site At no time were we pressurized into buying services or products Am looking forward to a long relationship with them by taking advantage of their annual maintenance contracts

The scheduling was painless and professional - and the price offered was a real deal! I wanted the high gutters cleaned even though there are no trees/leaves next to the house. I intend to put a gutter cover system of some sort and wanted everything right before it would be installed. We had an earlier problem with a dead bird clogging a gutter and causing leaks/water pooling in the yard Their available time was when we would be away from home. Upon return we found a completely clean yard and flower beds, all undisturbed. I used this company a few years ago to install bird-proof cages in all vents. Again, this company is professional and exudes confidence and credibility. I cannot rate them highly enough.

Mark was Very quick to reply and schedule on site visit. Very thorough walk through and explanation of proposed service. Explanation in lay terms very appreciated, definitely took time to ensure consumer understood all parts of process

Everything went like it was supposed to. They are courteous, responsible, and competent.

I called, Mark answered the call personally and was here within 30 minutes, despite a torrential downpour (which fortunately let up). He evaluated the situation, presented several options for control and then sprayed for ants inside and out, having located both the way they were getting in and their paths around the house. His option for initial spraying and every-other-month re-spraying, by the way, is a better deal than the "deal" offered through Angie's List, with inbetween-visit call-backs at no charge if the problem(s) persist. Highly recommend!

Called early Tuesday morning and spoke to an answering service. No return phone call to schedule appointment. They offer same day service, but never called back.

Called main office on Wednesday to schedule an appointment for stink bug estimate/removal for this Friday between 3p-5p. Made appointment with Kelly at main number and she scheduled one of her Winchester reps to do the work. Wasted afternoon waiting. No show for appointment. No call. No email.

He did what we wanted in a timely fashion and didn't try to sell me anything extra though explained options and their purpose

Environmental Pest & Termite was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable about the issue. Their pricing was fair and reasonable. I would recommend them to others and will definitely use them again, if needed.

We have used environmental pest for 5 years now and have been very happy. We have quarterly service and mosquito services during the summer months. They can a week in advance to schedule quarterly and are paper free. Invoices are emailed after the service. Ryan, John , and the staff have always been available to answer any questions and have responded quickly. We did have a problem with scheduling the mosquito service last year but it was resolved with one phone call. Would highly recommend.

Mark is what you would call an "extermination guru". Extremely knowledgeable, very professional, thorough and personable. Mark sprays inside and outside, eliminating the pests before they even get in the house. The ones that do make it inside are promptly terminated. We signed up for his contractual service, Mark calls and comes on a preset maintenance schedule that keeps everything simple and cost effective. We are very satisfied with and highly recommend King's Pest Control.
