Mark King is extremely responsive, detailed and professional. He is knowledgable and is happy and eager to share what he knows with his clients.

They were always there when they said they would be. I could sit out in my yard without being bothered by mosquitoes. One of the technicians even hung around to wait until it was convenient to spray (we were having a tent put up in the backyard for a party), rather then rescheduling. Love this company. Am switching from my other pest control company so Environmental can take care of all my pest needs - inside and out.

Perfectly. However, note this. I have been with this company for a long time. This company has been bought by another. I thought the prices had gone up considerably. When I finally managed to speak with a person familiar with both past and current owners, I realized that the price is lower if one has regular treatment. One thing I like very much about this company is that no contract was required. The person to whom I spoke explained that the price is the usual lower amount to which I had been accustomed if the treatment is recurring. I am having them come multiple times until I am assured/convinced that the problem has been resolved. However, it is still not necessary to sign any form of contract with them although of course they like a sustained relationship. Good thing she was able to explain because the other person to whom I spoke did not make this clear and they would have lost me as a customrer.

Professional, personal service that educated us so we could be patient and and have reasonable expectations. Truly excellent service!

Very well, very professional. Easy to work with and flexible according to our schedule. Highly recommend them! We had a contract that cost us $65.00 every other month, so 32:50/month. Don't recall the date of the last service.

They did a great job. They were professional, prompt and provided their services at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend them.

The were okay. They got rid of the mice, but they did not find out how they were coming into the house. I think if you call an extermination service, they should figure out how they are getting into the house and try to remedy that entry point. They put a box down in front of my house with poison in it and the mice would eat it and go off somewhere looking for water and not come in the house, so it did work. My last exterminator found out where they were coming in and sealed that entry.

King's Pest Control prides themselves on being a family-run business. Scott and his younger brother were both very professional. I called them at 6:00 PM on a Wednesday and they came out that Friday afternoon to do an estimate (which came in considerably less than my first quote) and were able to schedule the treatment around my schedule so I wouldn't have to take time off. They were very careful when doing the work to not damage anything. They worked quickly, even in the late afternoon sun, finishing the job in just over an hour.

I have been using them since 2013 when I moved into the house. They normal quarterly service is like $80 and a monthly mosquito check is $70.

The spraying was fine. No problems since. The guy I spoke to actually called me back to tell me I really didn't need to spray my entire property, that just doing the areas we actually use would be fine and save us some money. And he was right. We've recommended them to the neighbors who were also pleased.

Came twice and coming to fill up hole end of this week. We haven't seen or heard any rodents since his first visit. He was punctual, professional and very informative. We would definitely use his service again

We live in an unusual property in that a creek runs through our house and immediately beside two others on the property. Protecting the creek is a high priority. So is managing carpenter bees, wasps, stink bugs, boxelder bugs, bats, mice, snakes, and termites in 200 year-old-buildings. Kings Pest control has performed all these services for us (!) to our complete satisfaction. We retain them on a monthly basis, and I'm happy to report that we've had excellent results. In our first meeting, approximately a year ago, the King brothers carefully explained their method of treatment, the chemicals they would use, and the risks associated with each chemical. They reminded us of these things each month for the first six months. The service--always provided by the owners themselves--is prompt, reliable, very courteous, and effective. We are always invited to contact them between visits if we have a problem, and they respond promptly. I recommend Kings Pest Control without reservation.

I cant say exactly what transpired since I was not on site, but I believe that all the traps were set as for the following few days, no mice appeared. However, then 2 days later we had the ENORMOUS snow storm with 3 feet overnight so I have still no idea how that would affect what they did. No mention of mice since then is a good sign. they are very professional and I would use them again for sure. UPDATE: Great follow up and fantastically helpful. I am going to book Billy for a full year service!

The provider was on time, explained what he was doing, and seemed very knowledgeable. He will come back in a month at no added cost to check on the stations. This will let him know if there is a problem.

Overall I was very pleased. I was a little concerned, however, as to whether the check for other possible entry points was sufficiently thorough given what had been suggested by an alternative vendor, but maybe the latter was trying to justify a more than six times multiple of the quoted cost. I had considered filling the entry holes with foam insulation. I was, however, advised by the provider that this would have been worse than useless as the rodents would simply gnaw their way through it. Examination of brass mesh and plumbers putty seal about two months after the work was done showed it to be intact with no signs of rodent activity.

I have used this company many times in the past. They are extremely responsive, always stand behind their work and re-treat if necessary, and don't require a contract. I wouldn't use anyone else.

He arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. He explained things very clearly and guided us in the right direction for a major issue that we were unaware of and was not even the reason for our initial call. He not only advised us on how to handle the situation, but he also did a full house treatment and killed the hornets and sprayed for the ants outside. I got more than I expected, along with clear explanations and solutions. Its so refreshing to know there are still honest people out there that will be there to help, and not just try to take your money! I will definitely call Environmental again for services.

Mark was terrific to work with, he knows his job inside and out and is very good about explaining in detail the work that will be performed and answers all questions, even follow up questions after he has left...and doesn't mind when there are many, many questions lol . The response time was incredible and the work was done exactly as it was explained. They do not try to sell you anything you don't need, just what it will take to get the job done and done well. They want to make sure you are happy with the service you receive and go above and beyond to ensure good service. The rate because I was an Angie's list member was unbeatable. I would highly recommend King's for any pest control needs.

The person was quite nice and responsive, but he was hardly there for 10 minutes, he left some traps i guess, not sure if I could have gotten them from Home Depot my self and left. $125 for 10 minutes of work looks quite steep, would say

We had some bats in our attic. Mark came over immediately and assessed the situation. We came up with a plan to prevent them from entering the attic thru the roof vent. Over time, a hole had been worn in the screen and the bats made themselves comfortable in our attic. Mark came over at night when the bats had flown out, replaced the screen and then came over the following Monday to remove the bat poop. He wore the safety gear and a respirator. He's very professional and you can tell just by talking to him that he really cares about his work. If you need pest control, he's the guy to call.
