Environmental Pest Control

Was a bit skeptical about getting the yard treated for the mosquitos, but with the excess rains and several outdoor events scheduled we decided to give it a try. Had a series of treatments due to the timing of our events and have to say we were pleasanty pleased with the results. There was an ease to scheduling as we decided to add additional treatments to help combat the potential for more issues with all of the rains. A card was left on each treatment day with information on the timing of the treatment. Considering the full season treatment plan for next year.

This company falsely claimed I had termites when I did not. I had a outside shed door that looked like it might have termite damage and had several companies look at it. Mr. Seace said there was definitely termite damage and it needed to be treated immediately; he also recommended a treatment for the rest of the house for $500+. I had two other companies inspect and both of the them said there was NO evidence of termites. Additionally, they both quoted me $350 for a preventative termite treatment.

Rep showed up within 24 hrs, identified the type of problem (Paver Ants) and provided a detailed service options. Upon agreement, technician was scheduled within a few days. Was very prompt and courteous as well as thorough with baiting/spraying and other applications. We've only needed one follow up in a new area so far, which was covered under the service option. Again, the technician showed up within 24 hrs and re-treated the new area. After years of trying to control the ants on the property with big box store treatments, I'm sticking with Environmental Pest Control.

Prompt service, no major complaints

I signed up for a one time treatment to get rid of a mouse infestation. They came out and placed indoor and outdoor traps. They sealed some potential entry points and applied a chemical treatment to the exterior of the house. They came by one month later to check the traps. One mouse has been caught so far. Everything seems to have gone well.

Randy showed up right when they said he would. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained things as he went along. He sealed up a few spots outside/inside the house where they were getting in/moving around as well as pointed out preventative things we should do to keep bugs away (pointing out spots where there could be standing water after rainfall). While at the house he also treated the outside for ants/spiders that you start to get as the weather turns cold. A great experience and now 3 weeks later we are mouse free!

I was able to schedule service within a few days of calling and it took us that long to get the house ready. They were very clear that the preparation we did would be very important to how well we got rid of the bedbugs. They arrived early for the appointment time and were in the house for about 45 minutes, although we had to stay out for about 4 hours. The treatment they used left a fine dust on everything that needed to be left in place for 3 days, no sweeping or vacuuming. There was no unpleasant smell after the 4 hours were up. It has been two weeks and so far I haven't seen a single bug. We are continuing with their monthly treatment to ensure that they don't come back. They are the only company I have found that will guarantee the bed bugs will be gone for as long as you pay for the monthly maintenance treatment. In addition, their flat fee of $250 per bedroom also paid for them to treat the rest of the house, including couches and furniture. They answered all our questions and were very responsive. Couldn't be happier with the service, I would recommend them to anyone!

Awesome. I've used them for years,on a regular basis and they are super thorough and I feel like they treat my place like they would their own. And best of all, their pest control works. We live in the country and used to have huge wolf spiders all over the foundation and inside, too. Not any more. And they've taken care of the ant problem we had. Very happy with them on all fronts.

We had a bad ant problem… And it was resolved within one visit! The technician was kind, friendly, and very professional

King's pest control came and treated the problem by spraying underground all around the house and garage. They also guaranteed that we wouldn't see any more termites for at least a year. Also turned out that there was a rather large ant colony behind the garage so that was dealt with too.

King came out and sprayed for the wasps and we have not seen any sign of them since. Then they sprayed outside and inside the house, advising us that the spray was a water-based material and would be safe for all of us humans and our cat. A number of centipedes were visible in the days after the first spraying, so we called King to come out again, which they did. At that time they sprayed again but told us it is common to see bugs escaping from the sprayed chemical by coming out of their hiding places. Since the second spray we haven't seen additional bugs. We are subscribing to King's every-60-day schedule, which they say will build up residual effects against insects. Both guys (father and son) were very friendly and we were happy they could come out so quickly after we called both times.

We were very impressed with the company and signed a contract with them. They were genuine, professional and incredibly nice.

Can't believe the level of service provided by Kings Pest Control. Professional, courteous, cost was most reasonable. Also, answered all my questions, very knowledgeable. Overall, I was very impressed. If I have any type of pest problem in future, I will definitely call them.
