They checked the primary area and then the whole house inside & out. They identified the most likely points of entry. Answered all our questions about other possible things like termites. They were very knowledgeable. Treated the primary interior areas and set up a schedule for a seasonal plan.

This is a great company. We have been their customer for a few years now. Whenever we have issues they are responsive and take care to resolve our pest problems quickly and thoroughly. their pricing is in the midlevel range however they are local to my area and most of their employees live in the area. We were charged $175 for the extra service of spraying for the bees.

Denny from Environmental Pest Control has done a great job. He removed a big snake from our basement and helped seal the foundation. We appreciate his professionalism and effectiveness. Would definitely have him back if we have another incident.

The tech took the time to listen while I freaked out, explained everything he was doing and why, and assured me he would be back if this didn't work entirely the first time. There was a small issue with assigned tech ( no one's fault) and the office went above and beyond to redirect another tech. I am very impressed with their customer service.

They actually showed up early and were finished in less than 2 hours. Professional, knowledgeable and overall fantastic. I'll be honest, I wasn't expecting the service to cost that much; but given the quickness and completeness of the service, I'm a happy man....without squirrels in my attic - and that is great peace of mind.

Have used this service about 4 years. They always contact us by phone a few days before a quarterly visit and schedule a window. If we need inside treatment we have to be home but usually they do the outside without us. On the very rare occasions ( less than once a year) when we called for inside problems they sent some out at no additional charge. All the techs seemed knowledgeable and well-equipped for the treatments and inspections. Very concerned about safety.

I had to contact them at the last minute to push my scheduled time back and they responded immediately and contacted their person to rework his schedule to accommodate me. Everything was done successfully.

Brett (sales) called on the scheduled day to ask if he could come early; sure, no problem. He walked to far parts of the attic and where we had set mouse traps and confirmed that mice had been throughout. He recommended setting bait traps (mice eat the bait, get thirsty, go outside to find water, and die outside the house) as well as a quarterly check for progress or re-occurrence of the problem. He also offered to seal the house to help pests not re-enter. He said it wasn’t an immediate fix, but could take a few weeks, which helped us set expectations. The quoted prices were significantly lower than we received from a non-Angie’s List company. We signed up for the seal, baits and quarterly check. The service tech arrived on time on the scheduled day. He set bait traps in the attic, basement, and outdoors. He sealed everywhere mice could get in. I have great confidence that we will be rid of them within a week or two. The treatment and quarterly check also covers other pests, like ants, centi/millipedes, silverfish, rats, roaches, spiders and crickets.
