I have been using him for the last 4 years and I pay them by the year for a package deal. I was satisfied with their service.

There is no contract with Scott's they will call you and ask if you want something done and if you don't you don't have to use them. My yard looks great since using them! If I'm not here they leave a little note on my doorknob letting me that they were here and what they did. I have had them for about 2 or 3 years now doing my yard and I have never had a problem with them! They also do pest control for bushes and your yard that I have used as well, they spray my azalea flowers. The guy that does my yard actually calls me if there is something he thinks needs to be done.

I have been very pleased with their service and am paying less with their services than before with their competitor.

They are average. They come twice a year. Their services are expensive. They are responsive if I call about a particular problem.

I am pretty satisfied with their service. I will continue using them in the future.

Scott's is a major company. For what I pay, I get various services like fertilizer, weed treatment, aeration, seed fertilizing and that kind of stuff.

They did a good job. The lawn is already looking a lot greener and healthier.

They are very good. They are reliable. Now, we have a lot better lawn than that we used to have before. They call us the day before to let us know that they are on the way. If we have questions, they are more than willing to answer them. They have a good attitude. Different people come out each time, but all the guys are friendly. I would use this company again in the future.

Overpriced. the breaking point was when they did an aeration and over seeding in mid-August when it has always been done in September in the past. Naturally they did it when I was in the middle of a 2 week vacation.

They're unobtrusive. They're come and gone in 15 minutes. They leave in about 15 minutes. They're equipment looks good; they have the right equipment for the job. Sometimes they were slow to address a problem

I've used them for 3 years now and my lawn looks really good. I still get a couple problem spots in my yard but it's usually during the summer months from heat stress and not from the Scotts Service. They guarantee the treatments and I have taken them up on it when I see increased number of weeds or the start of brown patch. They come out quickly and spray again at no charge. Customer service is friendly, knowledgable and willing to provide advice if you have a problem with the lawn.

I called in mid may asking them to set up a time for them to come look at my lawn. I wanted them to fix all the bare spots, fertilize the lawn and pull weeds. They showed up 9 days later; check it out and gave me a quote. I signed up because I thought the prices were reasonable. I received to response or service in two weeks. I called back to ask about it and they said I was on the list. I informed the lady that I needed to know the date and time when they would come because I have dogs. She told me that she had no clue when they would come. They showed up a mid June; they did not call; they did not knock on my door; and they opened my locked fence gate. All three of my dogs were back there and the guy did his thing then left leaving the gate opened. All my dogs were let out. I called and complained, but the guy who did it said he didn't see the dogs and locked the gate after he was done. Unfortunately, I was the one who let them out in the morning and the gate was shut and locked and his time and and name were on there. I couldn't believe how long it took them to respond to my requests and how uncaring they were of me and my dogs. I cancelled this service and would not recommend these people to anyone.

They came out and did the treatment. I did notice a few minor problems that I am currently working out with the company. I have used them before.

They were worse. They used to come, take a couple of rounds, but used to finish in 5 minutes and I have at least 5000 square feet. I called them for seeding and aeration in the fall, but they never showed up. Then they called me to tell me that they wanted to schedule for aeration as well as seeding, but I told them that I had already scheduled one. Then when the day came, nobody showed up. I called them, but they were clueless. They were totally unprofessional and clueless people. They apologized and told me that they would schedule about two weeks from then and I said I was okay with that. I didn?t want the time to pass by because there is a certain amount of time to aerate and seed in the fall. However, they again never showed up during the second time. So, I lost the time that year for aeration and seeding. When I called them, they apologized. I told them that their apology wasn?t good. I told them that they wanted to sell the product, but they weren?t servicing. Their price was $45 a month. I told them that I didn?t want them anymore. They called me two weeks back. I told them that their sales were great, but not their service. I told them that if they could give me my lost year for aeration and seeding, then I would sign up with them.

I had a horrible experience. I paid $300 upfront to kill the grass and was then quoted $150 to irrigate and seed the lawn. They mapped everything on a piece of paper and quoted me an unrealistic price, but, later corrected the same. The killed the grass and advised me to call back after 3 weeks and let them know if it was all done. Unfortunately, there were patched of grass not killed yet and they came over again to redo the same. They then advised me to rake the place and call them once done. I did the same and was advised that, I am put on a waiting list and they will be able to come down only in December. I found it ridiculous and told them that was not what was told and paid for. I paid for nothing at all. I will never use their services in future.

Disappointing. Weeds were not consistently treated and spread throughout the summer. Very "thin" aeration. Inadequate seeding. Requested reseeding due to sparse growth. Scott's met me at my house and confirmed that the back yard had not even been seeded in places. When Scott's reseeded, they skipped the back yard all together and contended they did not understand when I called to question this. The reseeding in the front was inadequate with very spotty growth (see attached pictures of front and back yard four months after seeding). When I canceled the service, they told me I would not be charged for the final treatment, yet Chris ended up making me pay for it. Although seeding was very obviously inadequate (see attached pictures), Scott's has refused me a refund.

With each passing month the yard contained more weeds. After several applications the shrubs continued to have issues. The manager viewed the situation but provided no relief.

They are accommodating if you want to skip services or to modify the program. You may want to ask them to not call for solicitation, otherwise they'll call and try to get you to sign up for more services. I don't have to be home for them to come out and do the work. They'll leave notification on my door indicating that they have come out. The approximate cost listed is per each treatment, for each service ($50 for grass, $50 for trees, for example). I will continue to use them for future service.

I have been very pleased with Scott's. They are very professional and do an excellent job. My only complaint is that one of the sales people was not knowledgeable about my plants and could not answer my questions. However, he was very professional otherwise.

At first, Scott's was quite professional and workmanlike in its efforts. They were responsive and offered free return calls to treat special problems. However, as noted above, I was not satisfied with them overall.

We really enjoy using Scotts Lawn Service to take care of the fertilization of our lawn. The grass is very green and thick all of the time and the people who work at Scotts Lawn Service are very nice. The guy who comes to our home really cares that the yards he takes care of looks nice.

They have done a fair job on my lawn but I wouldn t say it was spectacular or anything like that. They have been coming out about every six weeks and I can t say were much better off from having used them. I mean they havent been terrible or negligent but I just don t think I will be sticking with them.

They had their own schedule and they were reliable and dependable. We were satisfied with their service and found them to be honest, and they also knew their work. We have used them for years and our lawn looked wonderful. It was great to know that it will stay that way.

Scott's Lawn Service did a great job. I always look at the grass now compared to what it was before we started using them. They have always shown up when they were scheduled to be here. The price was well worth the money, try it yourself.

Scotts Lawn Service were punctual and were very respectful around my home. They explained the chemicals they used around the home. We had asked to make sure that the chemicals were kid and pet friendly, and they assured us that they were.
