The termite inspector (Patrick) noted a leak in my crawl-space during his inspection. The pest control treatment agent (also named Patrick) subsequently discovered a 2nd leak in my crawl-space when he was performing my exterior pest control treatment. Both were kind enough to put buckets underneath the leaks to mark the position and to collect the leaking water. I then scheduled a plumbing inspection and repair ASAP. It was determined that the leaks were a result of improper installation/soldering of my under-home copper piping (in fact, one of the connected pipes was never soldered at all). I was also notified by the plumber that a major plumbing failure/massive water leak was likely imminent. If not for the attention-to-detail and professionalism of my Loyal workers I would have had a major issue and repair bill in the near future. This is yet another example of why I have now used Loyal for the last several years and why I strongly recommend them to others!

Two techs sprayed the area of the nest, waitd a few minutes and then removed the nest. Since the work was performed late in the morning, some of the wasps were away from the nest and returned later in the day and for a few days thereafter looking for their nest. I would therefore recommend that such work be done very early morning or in the evening, when virtually all the wasps would be at the nest.

Haven't see any pests around the house.

The inspector came and looked at our property. He told us about our risk for termites and not only inspected the house, but the outside as well to assure us that he could find no evidence of termites. We needed this for our home loan, but do feel reassured that everything looks great. He told us he would write the report and get it to the mortgage company right away, which happened. In fact it was so quick, that the inspection report made it to the mortgage company the same day.

They are responsive, and willing to work with you when issues arise.

They are very good. We are pleased with them. We have a contract with them. They come out every three months. They are due to come out again next month. It?s $75 a visit. They always call me before they come. We use them constantly.

They come every quarter. The man who comes, you don't even know he is coming, until you see a man out there. Never once has he looked in the house. He has never bother to look into the house. He is good that way. Its a contract you pay, $320 a year. Not a cheap thing for pest control. If you have a crawl space, you have to have it that way. Have no problems with them, they are very good. Very professional. I guess its ok. My husband who use to work for, they used them, and they liked them. I haven't compared, and other people say its average. They don't need to call us for that. My husband has gone out and talked to him. Very nice, very professional. We don't even call, they come. Very good. We have used for years. The man never looks in, never turns his head to look in. If I see the truck pull up, I know. If not, it does startle me, but I know he is there.

The estimator was on time and very professional. The treatment itself went great. Andrew arrived on time, got the work done, and was out of here. The entire office staff that I worked with was professional and very helpful.

On November 19, 2016, I scheduled and confirmed my appointment for today (December 15 2016) from 8-10 a.m. I called this morning about 8:15 a.m. to again reconfirm my appointment. The office staff confirmed my appointment as first call and the technician just left the office and should there within 30 minutes. I called back at 8:55 a.m. to find that the technician should be there by 9:30 a.m. At 9:45 a.m. the technician called and stated he was on his way and should be there within 20-30 minutes. I asked about the delay? He explained that I was not the first call and he was on his way. Presently, I'm in a yearly contract and plan to complete the term of the contract, but NEVER will I do business with this company again. All I ask is for open honest communication. The timing of this issue is great as my HOA yearly meeting of 175 homes will take place on Saturday and I plan to share this experience.

They are just punctual and they do a good job.

I haven't had a problem it's been preventive maintenance.

I paid for two treatments based on my specific issues. My initial contact (do not remember the gentleman's name) caused me to choose Loyal over another company that gave me a lower price. He was quite knowledgeable. You get what you pay for! Patrick came out both times and was amazing! He understood my issues, advised me of potential "holes" in my house to consider and he treated my house thoroughly. He cared about my situation as did each member of this company with whom I spoke. Michelle was my regular point of contact and she was a pleasure to talk with and did everything in her power to make things happen on my timetable. What a pleasure to hire a company that not only does what they say they will do, but will do over and above what was expected. I think those ladybugs are gone for good! Thank you!!

It went great! They were very responsive and we were able to set up an appointment quickly, even though what I wanted was not exactly the norm and only certain people could do it. I wish I could remember the name of the man who came out- he was very nice, very thorough. He identified a NUMBER of locations where mice could be/definitely were getting in that I was not able to find on my own. I sealed up the most likely of these and I have not had any mouse issues since (about a month has passed since this so a month mouse-free)! SO great! Loyal was recommended to me by a friend who has a monthly contract and loves them. I also called them because originally I thought I had a squirrel in the wall (amazing how loud mice can be in walls!) and they got back to me right away and recommended a fantastic wildlife removal guy (Virginia Wildlife Management and Control, in case you need someone- very responsive and SUPER nice). Highly recommend. If I were less stingy and more skittish about critters, I would hire them for regular monthly appointments, and if I ever need help, these are the guys I will call.

The first visit for pest control went very well.

I can't say too much about them cause they've only been up here once but I know other people that know them very well and have used them and recommended them very highly that's why I changed. They're very loyal, hey are local and I find them to be very nice.

The monthly schedule was wonderful. The tech came out on time and treated my house and I couldn't be happier with the results. I will continue to use Loyal Pest Control for issues that arise.

I've used Loyal Pest Control for annual treatments for 5 years, usually in August. There was never a need for quarterly treatments, as the annual treatments worked fine. I always knew when the year was up because numerous spider webs would start showing up outside the house and spiders and ants inside. Past treatments have been excellent. After last year's treatment I noticed spider webs were still showing up but thought maybe it would take a while for the treatment to take effect. About two weeks later I called Loyal to report I was still having problems. I was told they did not guarantee annual treatments, only quarterly treatments, and that they could come back out for an additional $65 charge. I was never told their annual treatments were not quaranteed. I was always told in the past that if I had any problems to give them a call. I have continued to see spider webs and with the warm days I am now starting to see ants.

They were so helpful! They ent out of their way to make sure everything was done and done on time. I would recommend them to anyone! (I believe the cost was around $70. I have not received the final bill yet.)

They have done a good job. My experience with them was good. I have no complaints. This was the first time I used them.
