Loyal Termite & Pest Control Inc

Inspection and treatment was done in March, 2019. In march, 2020, I paid the $125 annual renewal fee for inspection, treatment, and protection. Never heard a word from Loyal the rest of the year. In March, 2021, I received and invoice for another annual renewal and called to find out exactly what I was paying for. I was told it was for inspection and treatment and protection, and as soon as my payment was received they would call me to set up an appointment for the service rep. I paid another $125 fee and as of this writing cannot even get Loyal to respond to my numerous attempts to contact them. I have called via phone, attempted to email, posted on their FB page, and written and mailed a letter via USPS to no avail. Loyal has been and remains totally unresponsive to any attempt to get this resolved. My next step is to file a claim against them in small claims court. DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER USING THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR PEST CONTROL NEEDS.

The service consisted of spraying for insects, putting down baits and items to check for termites. Josh arrived on time and was vey thorough, friendly and professional. Unfortunately, I left two voice mails for the office staff over a couple of days to make payment arrangements and have yet to get a call back; that’s why I rated responsiveness as a “D”.

Patrick the termite inspector arrived a few minutes before the scheduled time which was very helpful. He was very cheery and set about the inspection. In 10-15 minutes he had completed the inspection. There was no evidence of termites which was good news. Additionally he pointed out that a wire on our gas meter seemed not to be connected to anything. I appreciated the information and am looking into this situation. Thank you.

Tech arrived on time, spent an appropriate amount of time under the house, did not leave any mess, and was professional in all manners.

I've been getting quarterly service @$100 per visit for several years, same service technician always comes. Uses eco-friendly bio-degradable diatomaceous earth at my request, to keep outside ants from coming in. Also treats some windows with traditional sprays to keep away spiders. Leaves boxes to treat rodents with bio-degradable poison. Office does scheduling and is very responsive.

Was dog sitting so only did garage and laundry room. Clint did a great job and here on time Discovered red ants and got rid of them He’s a favorite in the Manor.

They were fantastic and explained everything.

AS usual, very uneventful which is what you want, but today the Bugman mentioned I had a lot of cobwebs and I remarked that it was hard to keep up with the daily respinning! The next thing knew he had a brush/mop on a long pole and was going over each corner of both patios, around kitchen window (I'd asked for special attention since I'd spotted some little "visitors" in the kitchen. I was thankful for the extra effort. Typical of Loyal's customer oriented service. Thank you loyal. Highly recommend them. Have had contract for about 5 years+. No ants in my house now!

Loyal Termite & Pest Control inspected my property for termites. They were prompt on their scheduled appointment and very professional. I would not hesitate to use this company in the future.

Have only had initial visit but service was the same day as my phone call. The office staff and the guys who came to the house were very professional, polite, and accommodating.

Both the office and field workers are professional, efficient and nice. We have been with them for four years and have been happy with their responsiveness and results.

I requested an inspection/quote as I found some carpet beetles in my home. Josh came out and after a thorough inspection concluded I did not need their services so there was no charge for the visit. He also checked for termites and other pests while at it, and found nothing. He even made a recommendation on sealing up a vent in my crawl to keep water out for future issues. I appreciate Josh's professionalism and transparency. I will definitely use Loyal Termite & Pest Control for future needs.

I called on Monday when we got home from a trip where we had been gone for 10 days or so. They had someone out the next day. He was professional and honest. Said we had Indian meal moths(?). We had already thrown out anything that might be causing the problem which he said was exactly what we should have done. He said there was not anything else that needed to be done and left. No charge! I don't know of many companies that would not charge something for sending an employee out but they didn't. I would call them again, in a heartbeat. It's hard sometimes to find an honest company but this is one of them!

Outstanding, as always! I have been using Loyal for several years now and Patrick has been "my guy" throughout. The fact that I am a very pleased long-term customer says it all!!! GO LOYAL!!!

Very well they applied a treatment inside, outside and under house on crawlspace. Very knowledgeable and polite, curtious, punctual and kept there word to come back out without any additional fee to treat again of we saw something else before next scheduled treatment.

Setting up the initial appointment was easy, service was excellent, on time, and fairly priced.

The service is horrible! Last month I called Loyal to get an exterminator to come to the house to treat for ants in the pantry and mosquitoes in the yard. I also wanted information on their service plans. I spoke to someone in the call center, gave them my info and was told a provider would contact me for an appointment. I never received a return call. Two weeks later, I called again and this time a provider returned my call a few days later. He said he had been back from vacation for a few days, did not see the message to call me and in 15+ years he had never missed a message. I told him I was unable to have a lengthy conversation at that time but told him my needs and that I would call him back. I called him at his direct number the next day and left a message. I’ve never heard back from him. Early last week, I chatted with a rep through Loyal’s website explaining that I had not heard back again from the provider. The rep apologized and said they would leave a message asking the guy to call me. I still have not heard from him. This is beyond incredibly poor customer service! I don’t understand how Loyal Pest Control has such great reviews.

Mortgage underwriters were satisfied with the report.
