Description of Work: Had a mixed experience. Designer came to our house and offered several options for window treatments. She was friendly and knowledgable. Unfortunately, the one of the window treatments she suggested (and we bought) limited the range of opening of our back door. When brought to her attention, she offered an alternate design free of charge, which was nice. When the installer came to install the new treatment, he was missing a piece. Finally after a couple more weeks he came back to fix it. It took nearly 6 months from the time I ordered my blinds until the time everything was installed properly. I had to make several follow up phone calls. I would not do business with them again. The quality of the blinds is fantastic.
