Workers were prompt, efficient, polite and very thorough. They got started immediately and did great work. When finished, they cleaned up after themselves and left my place better than when they found it. I'd definitely recommend their services!

I purchased the deal from OMG Tile and Grout Restorations on Angie's List after speaking with Fredi to explain the help I needed and the time frame in which it had to be done. When he arrived at my home, Fredi inspected the area where I needed the work done, explained what they needed to do and why, and made certain that I didn't have any questions or reservations about the work. He corrected something that the contractor who put the tub and tile in my bathroom should never have done. The work was done quickly, done well, and my bathroom was clean after the work was complete. They even went above and beyond what they were there for, and freshened the caulk around my bathroom vanity because they thought it needed to be taken care of. I will definitely be calling Fredi again, because he has proven that there are still trustworthy good guys out there who won't take advantage of a homeowner.

Fredi and assistant arrived within 15 minutes of the beginning of the block of time we had scheduled and called from prior appointment to let me know he was on the way. Shower needed significant repair of grout along the base and some tiles were cracked. At first they didn't know if they would be able to complete the job in the amount of time covered by the deal and we agreed to a additional charge up front if the time went longer. It was a pleasant surprise when they completed the job in the pre-paid time and there was no extra charge. The work looks great - grout was replaced and they also found a couple of loose and cracked tiles that they repaired and sealed (per my request - they also offered to replace them with some tiles they had but it would not have been a perfect match.) Work was done on-time, professionally, looks good and I think I got a good deal using the Angies List special offer - I would definitely use them again.

Purchased Angie's list deal and they scheduled the next day. They arrived promptly on time, and two of them did the grouting and caulking that a few years of wear and tear tend to do to a home. They were very professional, showed us everything they did, and the jobs they did were perfect. They cleaned up and left on time. I would use these guys again anytime I have a tile or grout requirement in the house.

Job well done! Fredi contacted me right away when I purchased his coupon offer. I needed the work done very soon as I was putting my townhouse on the market very soon. We scheduled a date an time. He arrived on time, did an excellent job of repairing and/or replacing the grout in my master bathroom, and cleaned up after himself. I will definitely use his services in the future (weather on not a discount coupon is offered).

I contacted OMG around Fecruary 9th, 2015. They told me they could come on Feb 23, 2015 which I agreed. They caulked the tub and seams and told me they would be back the next week to clean the tile and fix it where I have different types of grout. They told me the caulk had to dry first. They charged me $125 to remove and replace the caulk which I could have done myself, but because they had such raving reviews I decided to let them come in and clean up the whole bathtub tile. The owner told me his wife would send an email invoice and let me know how much the re-grouting would cost. I haven't heard from them and it's been almost a month now. I don't go chasing contractors to do work for me, there are too many out there that want my business. I don't know who is writing the glorious reviews for OMG, but they have not impressed me at all. I will not recommend or ever use them again.

They were fairly, quiet, efficient and clean about what they did. It took exactly the amount of time when they said they would. The lesson I've learned about this was most of these guys regardless of who it is; don't communicate very well via e-mail you have to call them.

They did a great job on the original request but even offered suggestions and improvements. He suggested we take the tile all the way to the ceiling and I am glad we did because it looked really great. We hadn't thought about a soap dish so he brought it to our attention and had one already so he installed it. we are very happy with the shower now and would definitely use him in the future. He is responsive, does a good job, timely (stayed later in the day to get it finished) gave us the details of the charges ahead of time and offers suggestions based on his experience.

Freddy has done all of my bathrooms (2), a foyer, and now my kitchen. Spare bath and foyer were done in 2010. Master bath was done in 2011. Kitchen floor was done in 2013; countertops in 2014. Freddy has installed engineered granite (which is so beautiful and so easy to clean) in all four areas on the floors. Both bathrooms had a full upgrade of the shower and tub areas. The kitchen had engineered granite for the counter tops and backsplash with the backsplash having a custom accent glass mosaic insert. A new Blanco stone sink was installed. In one of the bathrooms, the shower had to have a custom shower door in order to enlarge the shower. Freddy have done wonderful work for me over several years. He always comes back to help me with any understanding of how things work or to fix any issues that I might have until I'm completely satisfied and happy with the "look" and functionality (I'm picky). Freddy has worked on my schedule which meant many weekends and evenings. He always goes above and beyond to help me with the projects and the issues that arise when updating an older home. Freddy is the only one I trust to work on my house.

Fredi and his crew exceeded my expectations wth their professialism, craftsmanship, attention to detail, and patience (dealing with my twin 4 year olds who wanted to watch them remodel their bathroom). Fredi promised that all the work would be completed in 9 working days, and was able to wrap it up by 8th day (including one or two later nights applying the grout). Every morning, the crew would prep the house by applying tarps throughout (730am sharp every morning), and would clean/vacumn every evening before leaving leaving no trace of the work completed (normally 5-6pm). Fredi was also very patient with both my wife and I as we made a number of design/scope changes to the job. Overall, Fredi, Ramon, and Oscar had outstanding performance, and I will be certainly using them in the future for new projects.

Freddie went above and beyond . He even did the work on a holiday. He showed up with a team of two and they worked for about 2 hours removing an old top replacing it with a new granite slab. We later added vessel sinks. We get so many compliments from friend and family on how nice the Bathroom looks. I gave OMG all A's . Freddie and his team are hard-workers and we will use their services again.

Freddy with OMG Tile and Grout Restorations did an exceptional job cleaning and sealing the grout in several of my bathrooms. The floors look brand new and I am very pleased with the end result. I also received an estimate on re-grouting the tile in my master shower and will be using Freddy's services for this in the near future.

I contacted O M G TILE AND GROUT RESTORATIONS, and Freddy came over, because we had some broken tiles in our master bath. After he looked at our bathroom he suggested we had or bathroom re-grouted there was a lot of grout already missing from the walls. am glad we did it the bathroom look brand new, he does beautiful work.

We have a very large double shower with 2 benches that had not been regrouted in 20 years and he made it look like it was just installed. He was very friendly, professional, and was on time. He did the job exactly as he said for exactly the price that he quoted. He cleaned up and left us a new bathroom. We were very pleased and would recommend him to anyone looking for regrouting work. We will definitely use him again and have told others about him already.
