Freddy forgot our first appointment. When I called to find out why he hadn't come yet, he admitted that he forgot to write the appointment down and rescheduled for 2 days later. He showed up for the rescheduled appointment and took measurements. But now 2 weeks have gone by and he hasn't provided a quote nor has he responded to a call or text following up on the estimate status. We let at least a week go by before reaching out for an update. What a waste of time!

I had to request 2 times for a quote and then asked 2 times to schedule to do the work and didn't hear back.

The contractor did a great job in keeping down costs and giving me a quality bathroom. They never pushed me to dotoo much. But the end results were fantastic.

Freddy and David worked very hard in a difficult circumstance (poorly installed shower floor) and had to return multiple times to get the job done. They kept working until the job was completed and stuck to the estimate even though I know it took much more time than anticipated. Freddy repeatedly said he wanted to make sure the job was "done the right way." We are very pleased with the finished shower floor. Price reflects both the shower floor work and caulking two other bathtubs.

Project was completed before projected timeline. Even with a few illnesses of staff Fredi worked even on weekends to ensure the project proceeded on time. During the project we discussed changes and costs and all were transparent and agreed upon. Possibly one of the best project experiences we've had...and there have been MANY with this house. OMG did an amazing job on all three jobs. Fredi and David were more than patient with us when explaining our design ideas whilst we even changed them during the job (I know, we are terrible!). I received four quotes for the jobs prior to hiring OMG. They were not the lowest or the highest but by far conveyed interest in our job, competency and displayed this throughout the over month long project. I liked their mix of professionalism, good communication and personality. They are nice people which these days mean a lot to me and my husband. We've had crabby contractors before and those are not pleasant experiences.

When the team showed up, they were very courteous and did an excellent job. Another time, we had a service scheduled and the team didn't show up nor did they respond to requests finding out if the date needed rescheduling. The main POC overpromised on a number of items and either doesn't deliver on scheduled work or doesn't respond. If you can get them to show up, they do quality work. Otherwise, you may want to look at other providers and pay a little more for them showing up and obtaining an accurate quote.

Scheduled an appointment for an estimate which went fine. Scheduled the work for the following Saturday at 8:00. No one showed up. I called and left messages because no one answered the phone. Also sent an email. Waited all day. Called again,the following Monday and Tuesday and left messages with no response. Bottom line was we wasted a full day on a very short timeline. Very unprofessional and unresponsive. Luckily, we had not paid them any money. Strongly recommend that you find someone else. I have no idea where the high ratings come from.

Freddie was extremely professional and responsive to our needs. He came to our home on a Sunday to inspect the area and what needed to be done. We scheduled a day for the work to be done and he and his assistant arrived on time and had the work completed within 2 hours. Excellent work We would definitely use OMG Grout again.

It was great. We had them come back to do more. I asked them to do more work so we paid additional. It was a good price. They were very clean, thorough and even though they were in a different complication, they stayed through it and ended up working until the job was done.

First job went great and then when I tried to hire them back after about 6 months I just could not get a response. Very disappointed

They stole my money. Accepted payment but never showed up to do the work.

OMG Tile came out and regrouted my home. It was a lot of work as the last time it was grouted it was done improperly. OMG Tile thought that the grout they were using would blend better than it did and without hesitation, came back and fixed it without additional charge.

I called on a Monday and we arranged for them to come out on a Tuesday afternoon. Freddi explained that we couldn't use the bathroom for a day prior, day of and day after, so it's better to stagger the grout/caulking work. He said they'd be in my area on Tuesday afternoon, and one of his technicians showed up promptly at 2:30 as agreed, and he worked for approximately 90 minutes on the grout and caulking. The bathtub looks like new, so I was thrilled they were coming back on Friday to do the master shower. Freddi asked if 7 am was an ok time to arrive, and I said sure. He texted me shortly before 7 to let me know they were running a little late and that they would arrive closer to 7:30. I said not a problem. Freddi and his brother showed up at 7:30 with all the supplies required and they got right to work. Now my master shower looks terrific too! I'm very pleased with how both bathrooms look now. My only angst comes from seeing that there is a coupon on Angie's List for $125 for 3 hours of work, and I paid $350 for 3 hours of work! It would have been great if he had mentioned the coupon since I did tell him I read the reviews on Angie's List. Ah well, my bad for not noticing it the first time I read the reviews. The only other minor complaint I have is that I wasn't able to leave a voicemail on Freddi's phone, got a message saying the VM was full. But as I said, he is very responsive to texts, so we worked that way. Guess I am old school and just prefer talking! In the end everything worked out great and I am happy with the end results.

Great job! Really impressed. Had a challenge since we only have one shower and four adults and couldn't leave it dry before or after for as long as they would have liked but we worked it out and it looks great.

The crew showed up on time with the required tools and supplies. They asked for details about what work I wanted accomplished and then went right to work. They were very professional, polite, and highly skilled. Their caulking work made my tub & shower look like new! I am very pleased with the results and give OMG Tile and Grout Restorations LLC my 100 percent recommendation and will hire them in the future for any caulking needs.

They worked very quickly, didn't quibble about the number of projects I asked them to do. They did a fantastic job in the kitchen, and a good job in the bathroom where they tore everything out and replaced it. They didn't even use the whole 1.5 hours. I would use them again.

OMG team called when they were on the way to my home. They arrive happy and ready to go to work. They finished the job in the allotted time. I would highly recommend them to friends and family in the area. The $125 was a great deal for the service provided. A tip was in order to show my appreciation of a job well DONE !

I wasn't sure how long it would take to regrout and caulk in the master bathroom,and I purchased a deal for 3 hours at $125. Since two people came, we got 90 minutes, which matched the deal. The lead gentleman told my husband that it would not take 90 minutes to do the work in the master bath, so he looked at our other bathroom and our kitchen, and offered to regrout and caulk the kitchen backsplash, so that we would not lose out on the deal. They did a great job, were timely and professional. I would use them again.

Overall, I had a positive experience with Fredi and his team. It didn't start out too great but ended much better. First, the scheduler and I agreed on a time and date about 3 weeks out, but no one showed up at the time we agreed upon. I called, and Fredi was able to reschedule me in for the same day, just later on. I also Fredi to give me a call when his crew was going to be on the way, so I would know. I didn't receive a call and got a knock on the door that woke up my baby. I was a bit disappointed in the way things went up to this point. Then, I was told that they would not be cleaning any grout, and the grout restoration only included filling in spots or cracks. This wasn't exactly what I expected, but it makes sense given the time allotted. Suggestion: make it clear in your Big Deal description what services you are providing instead of using broad or general terms. I agreed to let them start on the work. They did a good job and worked hard throughout the hour and a half. Fredi even came by and worked on a second bathroom for me, which showed me that he cares about his business and his reputation. In the end, I appreciated the effort and willingness to make up for mistakes, so I would be happy to recommend this provider to others. In terms of things to improve as a business, I would say this provider needs to improve their communication (scheduler to client and manager to employees). Also, they could more clearly lay out what is provided in the Big Deal. See the pictures for before and after. 2nd bathroom is not pictured. Grout cleaning was not provided in this deal. Grout cleaning and grout restoration are two different things.

Went well. They finished it on time. They were straightforward and gave their estimate upfront.

Arrived at 8:20 (was scheduled 8-11) Two man job took about 1 1/2 hours. Nicely done! I'm a DIY person but I KNOW I could not have done as nice a job. Had a lot of mold around base of shower near door which I could not scrub off as hard as I tried. They managed to clean it up! Replaced grout around floor, corners, door frame and seating area. Matched color.(beige) Very pleased with work.

Those servicemen did a good job carefully caulking the internal shower and the partial floor baseboard.

I could not have been more pleased with OMG. The gentlemen who performed the work were prompt, courteous and made exceptionally good use of the time allotted. Best of all they did great work! Freddi, at OMG, quickly returned my phone call made to schedule the work and he called to check after completion to be sure I was satisfied. He was very helpful and informative. I will use OMG again and would highly recommend them to others!

They only caulked the tub during that time so I was disappointed they did not get further along. They gave a quote to regrout which I guess was the point of the Angie's list deal. The caulk job is perfect so no complaints!
