Description of Work: The Maryland branch crew did a fantastic job! They came early, pressure washed the vinyl sidings, and returned everything the way they found it, except for the dirt on the exterior of the house, of course. I will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Company would not pressure wash a 3-story home. This was discovered when I called to schedule the work. A subsequent call to a community service rep at Angie's List determined this restriction was not included in the "fine print" of the Big Deal.

Description of Work: Quick & convenient appointment booking; Showed up on time and helped us finish clearing our porch. Did a great job! Our house shines now...ready for the holidays!

Description of Work: First my patio was powered cleaned - since the patio was larger than the offer, it cost my alittle bit more, but that was no problem. I then asked about an estimate for staining the patio. The work was VERY GOOD, but again, the cost estimate was alittle bit more than I expected. But I was very please with the end results.

Description of Work: They said they couldn't find my house. They only called one of the 2 numbers I provided to try and locate. Went with another company.

Description of Work: Arrived 2 1/2 hours past the three hour window. Finished after dark therefore could not verify quality at time of service. Looks like they missed 20 feet of trim and all of the gutters ( although I am not sure if gutters (exterior) was included in the quote). We bought this in conjunction with another 'deal' that we subsequently cancelled. Because the total package did not meet our satisfaction, we now take a cautioned approach to the 'deals of the day'.

Description of Work: The service needed water from my home. But the company agent said no water was needed when I called (before the service) . Clearly, their answer did give us some trouble.
