“Scheduling process was a little slow because of the time difference ”

It was very good. Our decks were green before the service and they are nice and actual wood color now. There’s a little bit of splintering on a couple of the balusters. I understand that it’s pretty normal. They were very courteous and professional. The job was well done. I think I might have paid a little more for some extra stairs. I would recommend them. The price was fine. Our decks looked really good afterwards. They were very professional. They showed up at that time.

That was very good and that was few years ago. I like their promptness, cleanliness, and the explanation of what was to be done or what was done. The end product was very good. I consider using them. Quality workmanship was good.

Everything went well. The technician arrived on time, did the work without causing any damage, and was friendly and professional.

They were not punctual. They did charge extra for the deck. It looked nice after they were finished. They had to come back to do the second part of it.

I was very very pleased with the result. There was additional charges for the standing. They worked very hard. They do a good job. The quality was very good. I had a person who did it before did a very poor job and they did a very good job. The punctuality was not good. The guy came in was ready to do the job and he came down with severe back spasm and I had to call an ambulance in and I made sure that I had the keys to his truck because it was in my parking on my driveway so then I called his company to make sure that they knew what was going on and so forth, but I had to call the hospital in, but apparently his back was so bad that we had to call an ambulance in. He came back and finished the job, but that was tad of a scare. I would recommend him.

They did a great job and I will continue to use them in the future.

My wife was there, I wasn't there personally but she told me that they were very polite and thorough. They did a very good job. They were very responsive. They were right there on time.

It was fine. They did a good job power washing the deck. They were able to schedule right away and the price was reasonable. They were responsive to our scheduling as well.

I purchased the big deal coupon for this service and it was good. They did a nice job. They showed up when they said they would and I think they had some flexibly on that. The guy did a good job.

We were very satisfied with the work. It went well. They were prompt and reliably returned our phone calls. There were some weather issues on the first day they were suppose to come but they were prompt in rescheduling.

I bought a coupon for the pressure washing of my house in the fall of 2012. The company is located in California - and they would not schedule me until the spring of 2013 (I was very disappointed to have to wait). The scheduling aspect was the most difficult. And when the worker arrived he found he did not have enough supplies to do my house and had to reschedule. Once he did arrive with the correct supplies he worked extremely hard to power wash the house and then clean all the windows (about 30) inside and out. He also removed and hosed all the screens. The house and windows looked fantastic. Note: you are expected to have an outside water source (which wasn't discussed when I scheduled the appointment).

They came. Took the pressure washer out of their truck. Hooked it up, and did the deck completely and thoroughly. Totally satisfied and recommend them.

The individual showed up late and did not have the right equipment to pressure wash my row house. I was promised that the right equipment would be available later. No follow-up from America's Best. This is the second Deal for which I have spent money and not received services because the individual showed up inadequately prepared.

They really worked extra hard to take care of the deck. They spent a lot of time were thorough. competent, professional, and cleaned up well.

We thought we would have to replace our deck due to the wear and tear before America's Best came out to powerwash the deck, however it has been restored to the look of the original wood. We wil have them come out again and stain it to protect the wood. Overall, we are extremely happy with the results!

The workers were very nice and did a quality job. One thing to note and be aware of. When making the appointment, I was clear that I wanted them to do the patio and steps and only the back of the house, and I estimated the square footage to be within the Big Deal parameters. The person I was communicating with said they'd check it out when they got there and let us know if there would be an additional charge. When they arrived, they said anything other than pressure washing the actual house would be additional, regardless of how big an area it was. I think the person I was making the appointment with should have known that and been up front with me at the time. I ended up paying the extra to get the work done, and am pleased with the work, but I was not pleased with their lack of transparency.

They came as scheduled; performed the work efficiently and used high quality materials. The finished space looked excellent when it was done. The work was inspected by Pepco who only requested one small change to the work performed,

I had used them last year for window cleaning and they had done a great job. This time was a little sloppy. They simply missed too many areas; not cleaned. I probably would not use them again.

I purchased the Big Deal and soon made the appt. The staff was great on the phone - easy to deal with and accommodating. On the day of service, the gentleman was prompt, thorough, and professional. When he was completed, he walked the entire property with me to make sure I was happy. Overall a great experience and good deal.

Overall job went well. Do ensure you have a copy of the coupon to present to them when they show up.

Luigi did an outstanding job pressure washing the house. He was polite, on time, and worked quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend him. However, my experience with America's Best was not good. I spoke with them several times before the work was actually scheduled or performed. At no time did they tell me the price would be more than the $198 I'd already paid. After the work was performed they informed me that the my house exceeded the square footage (over 3000 sq. ft) and I owed them more money. Coincidentally I had my gutters replaced the day before and the firm I used measured the square footage at 2700 sq. ft. I informed America's Best who said they take the sq. ft. from real estate websites. If that's the practice then America's Best should quote an accurate price up front. It took several phone calls to resolve the problem. $198 seemed like a bargain. I guess it was too good to be true.

The electronic scheduling system didn't work. I got no response and ended up several weeks later having to call, which I never would have done if I hadn't prepaid. Once I got someone, she was courteous and apologetic. I got on the schedule, but my first appointment was canceled when the truck broke down. Upon rescheduling, they arrived at the very end of the time window. Work took about 2 hours to complete. The run-off from the power-washer ended up washing away a great deal of decorative gravel downhill from the deck. I was not expecting this and might have been able to prevent it if I had any warning. The deck came out nice and clean. It was kind of fun to watch the accumulated dirt filth coming off. Bottom line: I was satisfied with the work, but not thrilled.
