Very easy to go and friendly service. My husband was the more relaxed person in the process and I was the more fine tuning customer. Oral and his team would answer both our texts, phone calls, emails, and questions. We wanted our kitchen redone under a certain budget amount while expanding it and arranging the dishwasher. The concept renderings were nicely done and changes made to things I liked and didn't like. As customers though we weren't super fussy (at least I like to think so) and settled on white cabinets with a white/grey backsplash and white/grey counter....which seems to be the 'in' style. Picking out the cabinets and countertop was easily done at their warehouse in Alexandria, same with the back splash tiles. It was hard to imagine was it would be like when finished, but we are more than thrilled with the end result. We went from a super cramped 1980's kitchen layout to a bigger, more streamlined kitchen.

Truly the best contractor we have ever worked with! Does what he says, on time, very fair pricing, friendly staff who work well together. I trust them to do any project.

Projected was completed timely and very attractive results. Installed and painted spiral staircase as part of project. Workers were professional and very considerate (went through townhouse to get to deck site but masked) and cleared up at end of day. Corrected any punch list items quickly. During pandemic constraints: submitted Fairfax County permit application, worked with County e-inspections and ensured required stages approved and permit finalized. Another neighbor contracted with them for new upper deck and spiral staircase based on results.

Oral and his crew finished this extensive renovation on schedule and within budget. Gutted and replaced kitchen, new finished basement and vinyl plank flooring throughout the house. Did good work. Oral got us some really good deals on materials, especially the quartz countertops. We ended up using quartz as our countertops and as a backsplash in our new kitchen because the price was too good. He submitted all the proper paperwork to Fairfax County and worked with the inspectors. Oral as the project manager coordinates everything we needed to get the job done within budget. He came up with creative solutions to issues that come when you have a house 50 years old. He knows his stuff and really tries hard to please. We are going to be using him again in the future! His prices are good.

I can't say enough good things about Z&O and Oral. His crew was on time everyday, worked diligently all day and cleaned up each night (which I found amazing given the dust was outside and they were coming back the next day). Oral is so responsive and accommodating. His prices were extremely fair, and the dedication to customer satisfaction is very high. We recently completed our upper deck project with Z&O Construction LIc. It has been a pleasure to work with Mr Oral (the owner of the company). They have a phenomenal job from beginning till end, which include dealing with getting all the permits during pandemic. Mr Oral was leading his team professionally and efficiently on a daily basis. We appreciate his vision, guidance, and problem solving skills. Throughout the course of the project, Mr Oral was always punctual, accurate, and respectful. Z&O did a wonderful job on my recent home project! We needed our brick home painted, porch converted to sunroom and kitchen updated with quartz counters and glossy subway tiles. The end result is fabulous. Still waiting on windows to arrive to complete the sunroom but the other updates look great. I was very impressed with how responsive the owner (Oral) was with emails, texts, and phone calls throughout the project. I added things here and there, such as painting a 1/2 bath, and Oral was very understanding. I would use this company again and highly recommend it for your remodeling needs.

Oral was great. He had great communication and explained the process to me. He helped me understand the process so I would make the best and informed decision regarding my needs. He also checked in to make sure the process was done to my satisfaction. I would definitely use him and his services again. The grout removal and regrouting tile was great and the tub looks brand new after the reglazing.
