Description of Work: Prompt and responsive. Received estimates to remove several trees and stump. reasonable prices comparable to others. Holding off on tree work until later.

Description of Work: called them on a thursday for appointment, did not hear back till the following wednesday. they had issues with email and phone hence they could not reach out to me, that was the reason given.

Description of Work: Informed by company I was out of their service area. However their add said they service Loudoun County. I am within Loudoun County, so that is false advertising.

Description of Work: I utilized the services of the Heart of the Wood to remove a huge maple tree in my backyard that had sustained damage and had begun to rot at the base. Thomas, the owner, was very likeable, friendly and professional. He came out, looked at the tree and provided me with the cost estimate. On the day the work was to begin he did notify me to let me know they were running a tad bit late due to traffic; however, once he and the crew arrived the work began immediately. The tree was completely cut down after several hours and all debris cleaned up and removed. He even cut some of the smaller pieces of the tree up for me to use as firewood, which was a plus. | |The only thing I would say is it would have been nice for me to be given a bit more advance notice of his request to come out and perform the work but fortunately, everything worked out. Otherwise, I was very pleased with the work and would definitely use Thomas' services again.

Description of Work: They cut down several trees and removed the stumps. They were late one day and did a lot of extra work for free to make up for it that was not necessary, but VERY much appreciated!

Description of Work: tom cut down a 15' tree in my back yard. |tom was personable, punctual and professional. he and his crew did an excellent job and cleanup. I would definitely use him again, in fact hes coming back to do stump removal. much better than the top rated tree service in the area.
