Very quick start including fabrication and installation of window. Excellent replacement window that is indistinguishable from original. Only quibble is the 2-3 missed appointments for the final cleanup (and the pieces of silicone sealant and paper left on the floor for us to clean up after that visit).

Excellent service, quality product and extremely knowledgeable company

The transom window above my French doors had lost its seal. Devon arrived on time, took all the measurements, and put the order in to make the glass. Although he had a lot of trouble getting the old piece out because it wasn't installed properly, he took his time and made it look perfect. He's a very nice young man professional and courteous. I recommend them anytime!

The day I called. They send some one to install my two windows in two hours it was so fast.

I call the class Smith today and they are able to send someone to install my window in two hours later. The installer name Devon .was very nice polite and patient did the job very well. Definitely if I need any window repair in the future .I will call them again.
