strongly recommend Glass Smith for any window or glass repair or replacements that you may need. Last week, one of the glass panes in our studio cracked, and we called Glass Smith to repair it. Our glass panes was a double glass, and only one was cracked, so Glass Smith replaced the cracked one with a new one. They did everything right away, ordered the new glass pane, and replaced the glass within two days. This was not the first time that our glass pane cracked. This tends to happen during severe cold weather in winter. Last year, when it happened, we contacted a different glass repair company, and it took them over a week to replace it. This time, we decided to call Glass Smith, and we were very impressed with the professional work of the technician, and the overall friendliness and responsiveness of the manager. In addition, we feel that considering the swiftness of the service and the quality of the replacement glass, the price was very reasonable, lower than last year.

I had a drafty area in my breakfast room and Jermaine from the Glass Smith did an outstanding job ? he took care of the draft. He was conscientious and an excellent craftsman. Thank you Jermaine and The Glass Smith!

From the moment I called them to the moment the job was done was 3 days. It was super fast. They saw that I had small children and finished the job quickly and safely. You can't tell it was ever broken. The price was amazing, especially since we were looking at a full window replacement. Definitely call these guys first.

Our technician, Jermaine, was on time, clean, courteous and appeared to do excellent work. The price was less than I anticipated while the glass quality exceeded my expectation. Glasssmith kept us informed on when they would arrive, and they did.

For just one house window glass replacement job. I got so much attention. Devon responded within 30 minutes on my request. Jermaine came out that same day and measured. The eglass was installed 2 workdays later. A perfect fit. And 1/2 the price of one quote and 1/5 the cost (yes 1/5) of another quote.. They are truly a 5 star company. I have been in the construction business for over 40 years. These guys do it right in customer service and is price.They will not disappoint you.

It was a small order but they made us feel we were the most important customers. They are responsive, timely, exceptionally thorough. Amazing company. And the quality!!!! Other businesses will learn a lot from them. 10 stars.

The Glass Company was very easy to work with. They fully explained the cost and time to complete the job in advance, the installer arrived on time to measure and take payment, and then the installer returned on time to do the installation. They rebuilt my broken window from the pieces, it saved me lots of money and grief, since new windows would not match the old ones.

It pains me to have to write a negative review for this contractor, particularly because the contractor (Devon) is a very kind and friendly person. Devon, unfortunately caused severe damage to the vinyl frame of the window using his power tools when attempting to remove the existing glass. He also did not think it would be necessary to remove all of the old caulk/silicone from the vinyl frame before installing the new glass and even stated that it would be a bad idea to remove the caulk due to risk of further damaging the frame. I ended up asking him to stop, removed the remaining caulk myself and then hired another contractor to finish the job correctly. Although I had a very poor initial experience, Devon was kind enough to compensate me for the damage that he caused and provided spare replacement glass. Thanks Devon for your very friendly demeanor. I really do wish this job had gone more smoothly so that I could have given you a 5 star review.
