Ovando came over 3 weeks prior to my move and gave me an in-person estimate (none of the other companies even offered!). He is very friendly and professional. Although his estimate was slightly higher than the others, I felt much better about giving my business to him. The only flaw was that the team arrived almost 2 hours late, but did at least notify me. They packed and moved me in record time. The 3 men that did the job were also friendly and I felt quite comfortable having them handling all my "stuff." The whole pack and move process took 4 hours using 3 men. I will definitely recommend them in the future.

I had 2 moves, one from Coconut Grove to Cooper City and the other was moving another household from Alexandria to Cooper City, where I used Majestic Moving & Storage. They were the best priced and also rated "A" by Angies List. Excellent. For long distance nationally, they were outstanding. They were very professional, excellent price and did a great job. They did show up one day earlier than expected but they called ahead and it was fine. Keep up the great work.

They sent a crew of 3, which was one more person than needed for this type of job. However, I believe this was the minimum crew size for this type of short-notice one-off job. The crew was professional, efficient, and prompt. I would use again.

They provided an estimate and we scheduled the work. They called ahead to let us know when they would arrive, and they appeared exactly on time at the old house. There were four guys working, and they were each friendly, professional, and extremely polite. They took great care to protect our furniture, and they delivered it to our new home and placed it undamaged as according to our directions. They even did a "final sweep" as they left both houses to collect all the empty rolls of tape and packing material. The final price came in slightly BELOW their estimate. I can't say enough about how pleasant these guys were to deal with.

Ovando came in person to provide an estimate and I felt comfortable from the start. He takes his work seriously and has pride in his company. His estimate was an hourly estimate and guaranteed that this would be the "maximum". He would not charge more if it took longer. The crew arrived about an hour late, in part, due to some bad weather the night before, but Ovando sent an extra mover to account for the delay. They were all very polite, respectful, and worked efficiently. They moved quickly and carefully to pack up the truck. Once at the house, they unpacked, unwrapped, and made sure everything was in it's place as we directed. I really liked that they included wrapping of all furniture at no extra charge. They were also very careful with two flat screen plasma TVs. They came in at $60 less than the estimate! Overall a terrific job, I would hire them again if I moved in the future.

The crew arrived on time, set up and went to work. Each member of the crew was extremely polite and they took great care not to track mud from the work being done outside my building onto my carpet. They worked quickly, wrapped the furniture and boxed a number of pieces of art that my real estate agent had used in my condo. It went quickly, and they did a short walk through to make sure exactly what materials they should pack. Moving is never a "fun" experience but this company and its employees were a delight to work with. They set up at the move in house quite quickly. Again, a short walk through to tell them which rooms were which. If they had any question about where an item went, they asked and again - were extremely polite. I would use this company again in a minute.

Everything went fine. The guys were courteous and efficient, and took good care to wrap all the furniture. Nothing was damaged. It was a little expensive, but I'm not sure it could have been done any faster or with fewer guys, which seems to be the primary cost for movers.

Ovando's crew, led by Alex, was fabulous! They showed up exactly when they said they would, were finished before they estimated, and the final amount paid was less than estimated (something I have never had happen). Everyone was friendly and worked with great energy. All of our possessions were moved without damage, they moved them into the correct rooms (even more than once when given conflicting information by myself and my husband). They left both homes clean and unmarked. Ovando was easy to work with in terms of scheduling and answering questions, we even had to move our date by one day and they were able to accommodate us. I would use this company again in a heartbeat and can recommend them without reservation.

My first contact with this company was when they were moving a neighbor. I was impressed with how they were handling the move, and my neighbor had wonderful things to say. I ask Ovando about moving the piano, and he gave me a quote and card. He phoned me back promptly after I recontacted him. He kept me apprised of the pickup date. Then on the day of pickup, he phoned in advance. The piano arrived in good shape. I have since recommended Majestic to a friend who was moving part of a household from NJ to VA. She recently told me how well everything went. Kudos to Majestic.

This company was referred to me by a friend who used them for an out of town move. Ovando was such a pleasure to work with:he is highly professional and honest. He came to our home on a Saturday to give us a quote and it was very fair and reasonable. The move went off without a hitch. The team of three, including Ovando the owner, arrived on time and the move was complete before 2:00 pm. They wrapped all of our furniture and didn't damage anything, and the crew was as clean and professional as the owner. I've moved many times and believe this company's price to be the most fair and reasonable, and the service is unparalleled.
