Services we offer

Kitchen and Bath Factory is a 2500 sq ft retail showroom open to the the public. We give clients the opportunity to purchase products where contractors and builders buy. We offer savings by letting the client either use their contractor or a contractor we refer. This way, the client saves additional markup costs. Our contractors we refer are license and bonded. Description of Work: They have this process; that as soon as you come in they spend a lot of time telling you how expensive it was going to be. It seemed like they were telling us the whole time that we couldn't afford to use them. We felt like we were being treated like we were too young and didn't have enough money to waste their time.

Our process is to educate and inform our clients on the process of remodeling a kitchen. We like to give clients a ballpark of the renovation cost to show them what the possible costs are going to be in the beginning of the project. We are very transparent with the pricing and like to show our clients where we think the price is going to let them make the choice as to where to allocate the budget. We are sorry you felt that we were trying to push you away with the price. Our goal is to inform our clients of the prices so they can give us feedback on what falls within their budget.
