The kitchen and adjacent two rooms turned out fantastic. David took on our desire to open up the space and offered a creative design proposal for the space that matches well our contemporary house style. The materials that he helped us select also are fantastic. We are very pleased with the outcome.

Average. Did not use because of lack of understanding on what they do. My communication was clear on what I needed. Ambivalent attitude from the first handshake. Could have saved a lot of time if they had been upfront with what they offer, (read not tile work) What they offer is not what I needed.

It went very well.. There was a big showroom with many bathroom selections . We could see .colors, placement of cabinet,, lighting , mirrors., mosaic tiling, sinks etc.. David s spent a lot of time with us. David and his contractor came to our condo, David helped us choose colors, placement what would fit in our floor plans. David sent us floor plans for each bathroom We could. see exactly what the bathrooms would look like We made some changes . They sent us adjusted plans and eventually we signed the contract. There were some glitches..{Some were our fault} I recommend them HIGHLY.. They did superb work.

They were awesome. Didn't try to upsell me at all. They made the whole process very easy, and the contractor that they put in charge of the project was amazing. On schedule, on budget, took pride in his work, totally professional.

It went really well it was a n awesome experience. After getting estimates for our kitchen remodel from several contractors. Kitchen & Bath Factory was the by the the best from the initial consultation to the final walk through. Dave was our kitchen designer and he is just awesome. He listened to everything that we needed for our space and designed a kitchen that met our budget. The contractor Val Demar was outstanding and was there for all our needs during the construction process. All of his employees were really great and professional. This was entire demolition or gut job of out 1942 style kitchen. So it was a total remodel. Dave worked so well with us during the design process and showed us a lot of examples from faucets, sinks, doors, cabinets, and floors. Also the cabinet maker they use are exceptional. These are some great quality cabinets. Dave and Jemily his assistant kept in constant contact with us throughout the process and was there for us any time we called. Thanks for everything and all your hard work Jemily and Dave. Val Demar is just outstanding and work very hard. He and his crew did an amazing job on our kitchen and the final results are just awesome. Its hard to believe this is the same kitchen. I would highly recommend Kitchen and Bath Factory for your kitchen remodel.

We reached out to KITCHEN and BATH FACTORY when we were looking to do a small remodel of our kitchen. Ultimately, our job was smaller than what they typically handle. However, they were helpful and provided other recommendations. If I ever have a larger job I will consider using them.

Overall the process was great. Everything related to Kand B Factory Inc was good to excellent. They generally work with two different contractors on medium to big kitchen and bath projects, with you having to sign a separate contract with the contractor (and paying them separately. Our contractor was great, with the only issue being delays on completing the finishing touches to many minor issues (e.g., new circuit box labeling, replacing old electronic sockets, staining a new door). However, the delay wasn't due to Kand B. In fact, without Kand B, our sense is that the contractor would not necessarily have kept on schedule as good as his crew did. Kand B works with you on the cabinets, backsplash, countertop, and sink, which was part of the $50K cost (including the contractor payment). This price, however, does not include the appliances, but they provided referrals to appliance distributors as well, which was helpful, as we went with mid-to-high end appliances increasing our overall kitchen remodel by $20K on top of the $50K. Kand B prices, including the contract work, was very fair. It wasn't the cheapest but it's also not the most expensive. The best part of Kand B was that they added value to the kitchen design. We obtained estimates from a total of seven kitchen contractors, and Kand B was the only one that had ideas different than what we already came up for improving the design of our kitchen. After a full year of using our new kitchen and hearing stories about going with other (usually cheaper) kitchen remodel companies, we are happy to recommend Kand B for anyone wishing to do a kitchen remodel.

It went extremely well. It was quality work that was completed on time, on budge, and we loved the contractors. I would definitely recommend them. I have done my kitchen a few times and this is by far the best experience I have had. Also, it might be worth noting that I found them on Angie's list.

I used the design services of David Doughton, who is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He listened to my wants and suggestions, and thankfully gave options and alternatives when he knew there was something better, and/or less expensive which would adequately serve the same purpose. Communications between David and myself were timely, and he kept me informed of the schedules of the general contractor and other vendors whom were working on the project. His estimates of the cost and time required for completion of the work were very accurate, which is amazing since total removal of an 80-year old bathroom usually presents some unknowns. The vendors which he chose for specific parts of the project were also easy to work with. The project was completed on time and very close to the contract price. I'm very pleased with the finished bathroom, and would gladly use the design services of Mr. Doughton again.

Meeting was fine, but we were uncomfortable with them using all subcontractors. Also they send the customer out to various places to select, tile, granite, fixtures, etc. We just didn't want to do all the running around.

David (from Kitchen and Bath Factory) and Pawel Turks (their subcontractor) came once to make recommendations and give estimates and a second time to take measurements. I then met Dave at the office to finalize the details. Pawel did the actual work. He is a perfectionist so everything went well and looks great.

Kitchen and Bath did an excellent job. Their pricing was very competitive, the work was conducted in a timely and professional and the quality was excellent. I plan to use them again when I renovate the kitchen.

It was good. I liked them, they give very good service.

Their price was reasonable. We had a good experience and what one of the thing that stood-out was that, they worked very well with us on the cabinet selection which took a little bit of time and work, and the owner also was very helpful in the design, brought us into direction that we weren't actually thinking which ended up to be a great call.

Results were mixed. Not bad, but not great experience. Had to correct billings. Had to push for permits. Had to challenge and have work redone. Wanted accent tile in bathroom, but was not put in. Work had to be torn out and redone. Sign that installers weren't looking at or given plans.

We met with David Doughton at Kitchen and Bath Factory and he came up with some innovative ideas for enhancing our master bath. We included doubling the size of the shower, new tub, toilet, natural stone vanity top, vanity cabinet, mirror and wall cabinet. Also, replacing the closet doors in the and quot;dressing areaand quot;. We had tile flooring installed in the bedroom, bath and dressing area/closets. Kand B has a set plan in place for scheduling - initial meeting with discussion on wants, ideas, etc., meeting after final drawings (we had two because of our changes), meeting at house with contractor - Pawel Turek - and David to discuss our plans, additional ideas and for measuring, etc. We then had a final meeting w/Kand B to pick out vanity style, wood, color, vanity top. We had drawings of all the work, from all angles - we could be sure that we all were understanding the plan. We went to a tile store and plumbing fixture store to make our choices (tub, toilet, bath accessories, tile decorative design and selected our tile and colors) which were then passed on to David and Pawel. We knew by Kand B's schedule exactly when the work would start and finish. We think that all the work that was done was 100% what we asked for and wanted - it was done on schedule and on budget (except for a couple of things that could not be helped). I would use Kand B again, I felt that they were professional, excellent with budget, scheduling, and keeping us posted. I would not hesitate to use Pawel to remodel, build, whatever - he is a perfectionist and craftsman - he listened to our ideas and thoughts and gave us exactly what we wanted. His experience showed in all that he did, quality of his work, site was kept as clean as could be considering what was going on - we would not hesitate to use him again and whole-heartedly would recommend him to anyone!

Their work in designing and building out my kitchen was outstanding. David's design skills and attention to detail were key. Waldemar and his team are highly skilled craftsmen who treated my home with respect throughout the job. These guys have it down to a science and they really deliver. I could not be more pleased with the results.

My finance and I visited the Kitchen and Bath Factory because we were interested in updating two of our bathrooms. When we walked through the door we were met with a slight "hi" from one of the three gentlemen sitting at the back of the store. No one ever asked if they could help or what we were looking for...they continued on with their own personal conversations. Well after wandering around the store for about 5 minutes, I walked to the back and informed the older gentleman what I was looking for. Now I did some research before making the drive to the Kitchen and Bath Factory, and from what I read on their website: Whether designing your bathroom from scratch or simply redecorating to create a more updated look, our design and remodeling professionals work to meet and exceed your expectations, this did not happen. Apparently my redecorating my bathroom was too small of a project for them to be of any assistance. They told me that is not what "they" do. So if I am not spending thousands and thousands of dollars to have my entire bathroom gutted and remodeled, then they can't help. This was by far, from the moment I walked in the door, the worst customer service I have experienced---I am honestly glad they couldn't help!

We had a terrible kitchen, and knew a major project was ahead of us. Bob took our drawings and made a couple of minor changes to improve the flow. Dave worked with us to draw new plans at a detailed level. The best part for us was that we were able to do parts of the project ourselves; Kitchen and Bath Factory and all of their suppliers were very supportive and flexible when our timeline changed. They put together a terrific network of professionals to help as much or as little as we needed along the way. The price above included cabinets, recessed LED lighting and appliances. My husband did the wiring, framing, and plumbing himself. I started with a kitchen in which we could not open the oven and refrigerator doors at the same time. The layout was so cramped, we could not have two people working at once. We have now lived with our new kitchen for about a year, have entertained here, and am teaching my children to cook in it. We couldn't be happier with the results. We hope to redo our master bath in a couple of years. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

We had an excellent experience with KBF. They were punctual and went out of their way to make sure we got the best price for what we wanted (as opposed to simply letting us run up the bill). They had great design ideas and our master bathroom turned out extremely well. It is just beautiful and we got a lot for what we spent. They used several subcontractors, all of whom were reliable, did an outstanding job, and they stuck to their original timeline -- none of the projects ever ran over time or budget. They were honest and great to work with and we plan to have them come back and remodel our downstairs bathroom next year. We would highly recommend them for any bathroom work.

They were very responsive and worked through designs with me. They were very professional and it is nice to work with a company that in the end you have no complaints. They set me up with a contractor afterwards to do the actual installation as well.

David talked us out of our original idea, and worked with us to figure out a better plan to achieve what we hoped to accomplish. We had four visits from their associates--two from the shower-door measurers/installers, and two from the guy who ordered and installed the trim. All four arrived very close to the appointed time and got the work done efficiently and without a mess. The result looks great.Incidentally, I was a little apprehensive about using the service because most of the other reviewers did massive reconstruction projects. My concerns, however, were completely without merit. Our little job went through quickly and efficiently. Incidentally, I never actually met David at any point--all of our business was conducted through one or two telephone calls and about two-dozen e-mails and a couple of digital photos. I have to say; that worked out really well. It's so convenient for everybody involved--there's no playing phone tag, scheduling extra time to meet, and no miscommunication. I'm sure he works differently with different customers, but I was impressed that we managed this project without it being a big time drain, hopefully for either of us. I'll definitely be going with them again when it's time for the next upgrade in the other bathroom.

We couldn't be more thrilled with our experience with Kitchen and Bath Factory. They recently completed remodeling our master bath and it is beyond what we hoped for. We had a very challenging space, and David and Bob truly thought outside the box to design a beautiful space that gave us everything we wanted. This, after consulting with numerous companies who said it was impossible. David through the whole process was thoughtful to detail, function, and beauty and has great talent in these areas. Anne offered an extremely creative solution to our wood bathtub front, as well as other suggestions, which greatly enhance the room. K Quality Construction, Kris Kutzcpak and his crew were fantastic. They have excellent craftsmanship, truly care about the job, and go above and beyond to ensure we were happy. Another huge plus was that both KBF and Kris understood our vision for the bath, and worked to build exactly what we wanted, plus more. It went very well, our bathroom tuned out very nicely. The crew manager, Waldemar, was a great guy. The workers were very easy to work with. Their pricing was very competitive.
