The owner, Dimitri Kovalevski, was a pleasure to work with - he was kind, fair, caring, very detail-oriented, responsive, and the workmanship of his crew was exemplary. This was one of the best contractor-for-hire experiences I've ever had, and I would not hesitate to strongly recommend Intex to anyone.

Description of Work: Intex was great! Dimitri provided us an estimate within a day or two of calling him, and kept us informed as to when he was coming and what work he was going to do that day. He was able to complete the work in a timely manner, despite the blizzard. The outside of our home has never looked better.

Description of Work: Redid the stucco on my house. Included measures to prevent rain damage to stucco in the future

Description of Work: I have a synthetic stucco home which needs constant maintenance and repair. It is not easy to find someone qualified to do the work, either. For this project, all the caulking over the entire house was removed and replaced, and two areas of stucco where birds had made holes were patched and repaired.

Description of Work: Power-washed stucco and fiberglass shingles, repaired woodpecker holes and deteriorated stucco on a 14-yr-old single family home in an upscale neighborhood. Also replaced all exterior caulking. Painted stucco garage and window keystone arches and window sills.

Description of Work: I typically wouldn't put a review for a contractor who only provided a quote, but Dimitri provided excellent service. He provided very prompt, polite, and thorough service when asked for a quote for a stucco job at my house. Although I ended up going w/ another contractor b/c I needed additional work besides stucco, his quote was very competitive. I also thought that he did an excellent job walking me thru what needed to be done - it was very much in line w/ the contractors I spoke to. If I needed additional stucco work, I would call him again.

Description of Work: Dimitry mended both major and minor cracks throughout the house and painted to match existing paint. When he was finished, the walls looked terrific. This man is a true craftsman and a perfectionist. We asked for business cards so we could do our friends a favor and refer Intex.

Description of Work: Intex Plastering was hired by our porch contractor to install Dryvit where a portion of a roof had been installed but was removed. The second story of the house is Dryvit and when we had our screened porch removed and rebuilt, we changed the roof line of the porch which exposed plywood. The exposed area needed to match the Dryvit on the rest of the house. The work was excellent and the colors were matched so that you can't see any difference. Because this fix was included in the work for the porch, I don't know the cost to our contractor.
