Did not show up. Was difficult to get in contact with.

They had an appointment this morning that they missed. They provided an unsatisfactory excuse and didn’t show up to the appointment. Not only did they not show up, but they didn’t even call. I had to call them. If they were having a problem, they should’ve called me to let me know. I have contacted Angie’s List and requested a refund for my purchase.

I had a discussion with the workman & he acknowledged that he was responsible for the "Dust Storm". He had neglected to install covers. Everything would have to be removed & cleaned. Clothing would have to be professionally cleaned. He agreed that there would be no charge for the bungled job. The workman completed the remainder of my Big Deal work satisfactorily. He was very apologetic for the mess that was left as a result of his actions.

Gustavo was great he returned my email with a telephone call, even when he could not make the orginal appointment he contacted me and we rescheduled. He was prompt and did an excellent job. I would use his commpany again and would reccomend him to others. Outstanding overall!!

They were prompt, great about setting up appt and following through. Honest and friendly, good explanations - through no fault of their own unable to perform the service.

Don't ever let someone tell you leaving the old "caulk" is fine and just caulk over it. This contractor pulled a fast one and it cost me for falling for his advice. He was the owner and I thought I could trust him!!

He is very unreliable. His Big Deal is not at all clear and very misleading.

The crew was very nice and they did what they said they were going to do. I was happy in the beginning. They did what I thought was a beautiful job but they had taken the sealant off during the process. Now I have to scrub the shower every week to make sure it stays as clean as it we before the service. They should have advised me that I needed to have the tile sealed after their work.

The gentleman showed up as expected and was professional. He removed the old caulk from around the bathtub and the toilet. The original caulk was sort of beige/tan (7 years old). The only color caulk that he had was white. He advised me that is was not the same color but since that was all he had and it would match the tub and toilet I allowed him to proceed. The power washing of the floor tiles was great. I moved into a new place and was very unhappy with the condition of the floors. This work saved me from hours of scrubbing on my hands and knees. I recieved an estimate from Sears for approximately $500 for the same work. I purchased a coupon from Angie's List and it was well worth it. Will likely have the tiles professionally cleaned every two years or so to get the deep down dirt that normal mopping may not get.

They communicated regularly with any challenges they had and addressed my concerns. They even sent someone out on a Sunday to finish the job.

I purchased an Angie's List deal for ceramic tile grout cleaning and repair. It didn't cover what I thought it was supposed to cover. To have the work performed that I thought was part of the deal cost me extra. I felt a little like it was "bait and switch", but perhaps I was confused by the terminology of the "deal". Either way, it cost mre than I thought, but the work was perfect and so I was reasonably satisfied.

They did a good job of re-caulking the showerstall tile with high quality material as well as re-grouting areas of the stall which needed repair. The serviceman was on-time and completed the job quickly. He also cleaned up after he was finished and left absolutely no mess to deal with. Both calk and grout has been excellent since the work was done.

I set up an appointment for May 25 for after 1pm. I arrived home at 12:45pm and there was a note that they had been there around 11:00am and no one was home so they took another job. After much apologizing, they couldn't set me up until another week. This time it was for noon. I was driving home and received a call about 11:20am saying they were at my house but no one was home. They were going to another job but would be back by about 2pm. Out of frustration I agreed. They finally came in and looked at the bathroom tile clean and seal. They told me the grout was too old and would not survive the blasting cleaner. So they agreed to just regrout the main seams. They did not reduce the price at all. I was not happy with this company and would not use them again. They were too unreliable.

This company repeatedly canceled the scheduled appointments. Since this was an Angie's List deal that I had purchased, I am guessing that this company did not view my appointment as a priority. Even on the day that this company actually performed the work, Gustav (I think that was his name) asked if he could switch my appointment with someone else's appointment because he wanted to avoid traffic during rush-hour. The Angie's List deal included a certain amount of square feet that would be cleaned, but this company performed cleaning on only a portion of the tiles I requested to be cleaned. He would not even do one of the bathroom shower because he claimed that there was mold and quoted an astronomical price to clean the mold (more than just removing and replacing the tiles). The price on the Angie's List deal was good, but I would not hire this company again. As stated, I had to keep changing my schedule when he wouldn't show up or would change the appointment at the last minute.

I didn’t like that the fine print didn’t mention that they would charge us extra to remove and replace the toilet, but they did tell us at the time of scheduling. I would have bought the coupon anyway, but I would have preferred to have been aware of the extra cost before I bought the coupon. However, they did do a great job and really worked with us to make some alterations. We will be using them in the future.

Very prompt and returned calls immediately. Very nice caulk job. Old bathrooms so hard to make look new but they did it!

it didn't. never called back to schedule. wouldn't return calls. busy or not, just didn't work on scheduling.

It turned out just fine. He did the caulking in the bathroom and the kitchen. He did a good job. He came fairly soon after we purchased the deal.

work was not done worker seemed annoyed by the offer by his firm I lost a lot of time for nothing. I did however get a complete refund.

There was a little confusion as to when they were to schedule the work but they did an excellent job. I would not hesitate to engage their services again.

This was one of those Angie's Specials. I signed up, Gustavo came out and said that instead of a $100 re-grouting, I needed a complete removal and reseating of the shower tiles - cost around $1,000. I asked for a written estimate. That was back in March of 2012. I never heard from him again. In the summer, I finally called and he said he would give me the estimate. Again I never heard back. On September 7, 2012, I called and asked for a refund. He said, no problem - you will get it within two weeks. I called again, and he promised again. Today is October 10, 2012 and still no sign of Gustavo. I think that he is an honest guy, but not at all a professional. And he still has my $100 bucks.

Technician arrived on time and did a great job. Suggested future work that needs to be done, but no pressure to do the work.

It took him four hours with an assistant. He leveled the kitchen just fine. In the upstairs bathroom however, there was glue left over to which he stated, "That shouldn't be an issue". When the counter tops came in, I had to pay another provider to remove the glue because the counter tops could not be placed with it there.

This contractor was a complete disappointment. It took several calls over several days before I could contact him on the phone. I requested each time for a return call. When I finally reached the contractor, we set up an appointment day and time period of arrival. On that day the contractor never came or called to explain a reason. I tried several times to reach the contractor without success. I left a message for them to call me to set up another appointment but did not get a response. I called Angie?s representative and after explaining the problem requested a refund of the offer amount. In just a couple of days my credit card account was credited for the full amount. I give Angie an ?A? for excellent customer support but have to rate the contractor the lowest possible score.0

This was no fault of theirs, it was due to the original ceramic tile installer. They were able to suggest an alternative, but I've not been able to do that yet.
