Everything went very well. Cindy was very responsive the entire time and was extremely helpful. We originally met Cindy at an open house before we selected an agent. I went on Angie's List to search for a realtor and there were tons of positive reviews so I thought I would give Cindy and Gail a call. Cindy returned my phone call right away and we went to see a few houses that same day. She worked with us through the entire buying process.

This was our second time working with Cindy and Gail, and just like last time (when we purchased a different house in Spring 2013), everything far exceeded our expectations. We just can't say enough about them. They are fun, friendly, responsive and extremely competent about all aspects of real estate. When it came time to sell our home, we worried that we had missed the summer season and would not be able to sell quickly or for a premium price. But Gail and Cindy fixed all that for us. They helped us figure out what to do quickly and economically to attract the widest variety of buyers, got professional photos taken, marketed the house widely, and held a staggeringly popular open house, all within a week or two of telling them it was time to sell. Just days later the house was "trending" on a couple of popular real estate sites, and by that weeked we had a full-price buyer! Cindy and Gail took the house from listing to closing in just a month, getting us top dollar and making the whole process fun along the way. We could not have asked for more.

Gail and Cindy maintained current contact with us and were never pushy but kept us engaged. They even took a full week ?vacation? hundreds of miles from our home area, but still stayed engaged - on their own. All of our questions were always answered and they took a good amount of time helping us research and learn about our area, comparable homes, and the ?competition? we faced in selling our home. Industry lingo was explained and important issues like average days on market, price range and location and how it impacted my own property were addressed. Cindy and Gail too the time to ensure we understood as much about selling our home as we could, without being realest agents. They were honest and direct, but always respected us. The information we gained has been a tremendous aid in purchasing our next home as well. Cindy and Gail helped us decide what services we wanted and also walked through our home and helped us find things we could do to increase the curb appeal and overall attraction of the home. It was through their guidance that we were able to recall what we as initial home buyers looked for. We did debate on the right initial asking price, but it all worked out for the best. In the end, we were EXTREMELY happy with the results. Our first open house was only days after posting on MLS. We had a contract offer less than one week after our home went on the market. We were under contract one week after the home went on the market. And I am happy to report we closed in less than 40 days after our home first went on the market!!! We did put a great deal of personal labor into prepping our home, but we were able to sell it for much more than other properties and we well exceeded the cost of what we spent to get our home ?show ready?.

Cindy and Gail were amazing real estate agents and I feel so fortunate to have found them. I had no plan to buy real estate, but I fell in love with a home after I wandered into an open house. The seller said he thought a few agents who had come to the house seemed like good agents, and Cindy and Gail were among the few he liked. I called all of the agents and spoke to them at length, but what helped me select Cindy and Gail were their tenacity, knowledge, and patience with me as an unprepared first-time homebuyer. They guided me through the entire process to buy that house, took all of my phone calls at all times of the day and evening, spoke to my family, my bank, and gave me excellent recommendations for lenders and home inspectors. I have one particular anecdote to share about them when they truly went above and beyond: Cindy, Gail, and I worked to submit an offer to the seller, which the seller countered. I told Cindy that I wanted to think about it and after 24 hours of carefully deliberating, I called her to (more or less) accept the offer. She interjected by telling me she had just saved me a lot of money... it turned out she called the seller back and convinced him to accept my original offer! This was in addition to Cindy and Gail also negotiating with the seller to cover a large portion of my closing costs. I will be forever grateful to them for helping me save money on the house. I give them my highest and warmest recommendation.

We had a great experience. Cindy was helpful, professional, and prompt, always. She was also incredibly knowledgeable about the Virginia real estate market and helped outline the differences from our previous state of residence. She was a great resource during home tours, and helped to point out quality (or lack thereof) in previous renovations. Cindy not only helped us settle on the purchase of the new house and get all of the pieces in place that we needed to make it happen, she also helped us negotiate selling our home once we had a buyer. She managed to help us get a price deduction on title services at settlement without our asking. Cindy and Gail were wonderful agents to have on our side during the process of selling our home this year. It was so great to have people you could really trust had your best interests at heart during a stressful time. They told me the steps I should go through to get an idea to get the sell-ability of the house. They had very helpful information & they were fantastic.

Cindy was extremely flexible and patient as we took our time making our final decision. Cindy provided valuable advice when we visited houses and showed us some good tricks to figure things out that the seller might not want you to know. Cindy is available all the time, which is good if you want to make an offer on a weekend night. She also knows local mortgage brokers and home inspection companies that are as flexible as she is, which is also very valuable. We started with a big bank as our mortgage provider, but they were not available when our offer was accepted and we needed our loan to be approved quickly, so we asked her to recommend a different mortgage broker and that worked out very well. We did not like the seller and we feared the seller would not keep all his promises agreed to in the home inspection contingincy removal. The seller did not finish on time for closing! Cindy kept herself available after closing to help us make sure the work got done. We also especially like Gail!

Cindy and Gail are knowledgeable, attentive, professional, and quick to follow up. They were able to sell our house the first weekend it was listed (with 2 offers above asking price the first day!) We were under contract over the Thanksgiving holiday and both Cindy and Gail were always available as we ticked off the items in the contract. They always followed up with us and were right on top of the buyers agent and lender to ensure everything was going well. It was a pleasure working with them as we went through the selling process for the first time. Plus, they are extremely fun which made this stressful time in our lives much easier to handle. I'm was a first time home buyer and had a great experience with Cindy and Gail. I contacted them based on the reviews from Angie's list and was not disappointed. I worked primarily with Cindy and was impressed by her energy and responsiveness. My search was very short, as I found my dream home before I had an agent and was a serious buyer and was lucky enough that it was still on the market a couple of months later. Cindy and Gail listed our condo for sale after lengthy, thoughtful discussions about the price and strategy of the listing. They had an open house and the next day, they called me with an offer. One day. Although the offer was below what we were asking, they were able to bring the buyer up to a very agreeable price and with a quick end of the month closing. It was completely unstressful. A few months later, we decided to buy a new home and called Cindy. Again, we had a couple lengthy conversations about what we were looking for and price and area and then started lining up the places. We looked at a few open houses and then looked at a few properties with Cindy. From the first house that Cindy took us to, my wife and I both realized how completely different Cindy is as an agent. She will walk through every inch of the home with you slowly and inspect and point out things to you that you never realized. She never rushes you or tries to cut time and she does this every home she shows you. She was, each and every time, able and available to show us every home we requested very promptly and always worked with our schedule. When we eventually found our home, another masterful side of Cindy and Gail emerged for the whole contract process. We saw the home we wanted in the morning and by night, they had a contract delivered to the seller's agent. Being first completely worked in our favor. And throughout the contract negotiation/escalation process, Cindy and Gail kept us updated and informed and discussed everything with us all the while working with the seller's agent to make sure we were going to get the house. Eventually after 2 other offers could not beat ours, we got our contract ratified. The home inspection process was another process that Cindy and Gail effortlessly guided us through. They helped us take all the home inspection findings to create another round of negotiations which we could not have done without them. They were able to get the best possible deductions for us based on the report. And then after the appraisal came back lower than the price that was escalated to, they were able to further negotiate the price to a more agreeable price. They were always on our side with every grievance or issue we had in terms of the price and negotiations. They never tried to dissuade us from pursuing any avenue whatsoever. They listened and took everything into consideration that we brought up. Prior to closing at the walkthrough, we discovered some items left behind that we wanted discarded. They worked tirelessly to work out a junk removal plan at the seller's expense and we went on to a successful closing with the title company. Cindy and Gail are an amazing, hardworking, energetic team who are so easy to work with and we feel privileged that they worked so hard for us to get our new home. Although we only have met Cindy through this process, Gail was always on phone calls with us, offering advice, and giving us guidance. We were Dorothy and Toto trying to find our home, Cindy was our yellow brick road leading us there, and Gail was the woman behind the curtain.

AWESOME! The team of Cindy & Gail is by far the most professional team in every way possible. From our first Starbucks meeting (with Cindy), to contracting (lunch with Gail) all went very smoothly. 30 days start to finish. We found Cindy & Gail on Angie's list. After having a realtor that was horrible (we are still waiting for our earnest money from him), we were very hesitant about finding another one. Cindy Beline is amazing. She is very high energy, very productive, and very effective. We have worked with her to buy two homes now, and both have been excellent experiences. If you've web bought a home, you know that the profession is filled with C+ students. Many are barely capable and often not very smart. Cindy & Gail are an incredible team. They are full of energy with likeable personalities. They will travel near and far within the DC, Maryland, and Virginia area (Cindy traveled with us to look at homes located in southern Maryland to Frederick, MD and in between). Cindy negotiated with the seller to decrease the original asking price by over $11,000, to throw in a free washer and dryer, and an extra free remote garage door opener. They keep you inform of the process, encourage questions, and it doesn't appear to be bothersome when you call them, and they are very responsive. Cindy and Gail treat you as if you are their only client, even though you know you are not. If anyone is in market to purchase a home and want someone looking out for their best interest, you will be well served to use their services. Take it from us, you won't go wrong.
