I contacted Cindy Beline one afternoon after my husband and I rode by a vacant property that we were interested in touring. She made herself available to tour the house at my convenience and was on time for the appointment. I was impressed with her enthusiasm, her knowledge, and her painstaking inspection of the property, almost as if she were buying it herself. She patiently reviewed every relevant detail of the purchase contract, provided moral support when necessary, and was always available to answer our questions. It is obvious she and Gail love their jobs and they are quite good at it. My husband and I both have recommended Cindy and Gail to friends, and plan to use them again when we sell the house we moved from.

Cindy was always responsive, readily available, matter of fact, and honest. She's very energetic, available weekends, and out-in-the-field oriented. She provided great personalized service and was very sensitive to and understanding of our individual needs. Even though I already had a bank in mind for financing, she provided an excellent lead for an even better finance agent who was always available to us, too (including weekends). She also had recommendations for home inspectors and movers. Cindy was there to help us every step of the way as first-time buyers and helped us understand the entire realty reprocess step by step. She also maintains interest in your experience and needs long after closing on a home. Ours was a very positive experience, and we highly recommend her services.

What can I say about Cindy Beline? She was excellent. This was my first experience in buying a condo in Arlington, VA. Cindy recommended an excellent banker (Alan Schulz), guided me through the ins and outs of home buying, answered all my questions promptly, and was very attentive to my needs. I was terrified in buying a home and more terrified to use my VA loan. With Cindy's help, the entire process from offer to closing took 30 days and there was absolutely no hiccups in the process. She fought to get me the home that I wanted and checked in with me even after the closing to make sure that I was happy. She is a terrificly friendly lady. Additionally, her partner, Gail Perfetti, was enormously helpful. Gail came in a moment's notice when I wanted to get an additional inspection done to my condo after the offer and gave me very good advice. It was a great pleasure to work with Cindy. As first time home buyers, she taught us everything we needed to know, and spent hours showing us houses and inspecting them in intense detail. When we finally chose the house we wanted, Cindy got us through a very aggressive bidding war. The listing agent noted that one of the reasons we won the bidding war was because of our agent. Great overall experience, would highly recommend Cindy for any home buyer / seller, will definitely get the job done.

The experience was very good. I did my part by pre checked several properties, up to 15 or so, and she was fantastic when it came to meeting me at properties that were most appropriate for my needs. She was also great in working with my bank and with the VA. The deal was closed in a short time and I highly recommend Cindy.

From start to finish Cindy and Gail went above and beyond their duties as realtors. They worked night and day to resolve any issues that arose and were available for us whenever we had questions or concerns. We were interested in buying a condo for our daughter and asked friends if they could recommend a realtor with whom they had had a good experience. A friend who recently sold her house recommended Beline and Perfetti (Cindy and Gail). We got their phone number in the evening and called and left a message, expecting to hear back from them the next day or so. They called as soon as they got our message that very evening and immediately began arranging for us to see properties. We saw a number of properties but then had to put our hunt on hold for a variety of reasons. We came back to it a few months later, and they picked right up where they left off. To say they are responsive is an understatement. They will go anywhere, do anything that's needed to help you buy or sell a property. Once we found a condo we wanted to buy, they really jumped into action. Cindy sent our offer to the seller's agent as soon as she possibly could, which turned out to be around midnight of the day we decided to buy. After our offer was accepted, they helped us obtain a home inspection and go through all the hoops you need to go through to buy a property. We give Cindy and Gail our highest recommendation (wish you had an A+ on your scale). They are knowledgeable, responsive, detail oriented, and enthusiastic. Plus they're fun to work with. 2015 Update: The property Cindy and Gail helped us purchase has appreciated almost 40% so needless to say we're pleased with our purchase. We're now beginning to consider selling our primary residence and purchasing a condo of our own, and we're working with Cindy and Gail. We continue to give them highest marks and recommend them to anyone who is selling or buying a home in the DC metro area.

Cindy is the most amazing, detail oriented go getter of a realtor I've ever heard of. We have been working with her to close a really difficult short sale, and could not have done it without her.
