Mr. Jones cleaned the pc of software clutter and installed an updated operating system, significantly improving performance.

Mr. Jones replaced Outlook with Thunderbird which improved performance of my email system. Mr. Jones quickly solved the issue with both TVs. He discussed pros and cons of different model cell phones which would suit my needs and discussed possible replacement of desk top computer with a laptop. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional and pleasant. He respects the fact that I am a senior who grew up in the days of manual typewriters and therefore not a techie and explains things so I can easily understand. I have used his company for several years after seeking a recommendation from a neighbor. I am extremely satisfied with service from his company and highly recommend him to anyone with computer repair issues.

This repair was extremely convenient because Cameron comes to the house. He figured out what was wrong, supplied a new hard drive and a loaner monitor, and provided links to other items I needed to buy. My computer is now running better than ever.

Cameron Jones has worked on my computer twice, once for an issue with recording software and once because the computer was booting up and waking up very slowly and both times, he was able to resolve the problem quickly, saving me untold time, aggravation and money. Cameron was able to remotely take control of my laptop and correct the issues with my IPad, laptop and IPhone. All three now machines now communicate and indicate receipt of messages/texts as well as sending messages/text and deleting messages/texts. He is a master and made it easy to understand and at a very reasonable price.

Perfect. He is invaluable! In no time he had reinstalled the program and started downloading my gazillion photos. He also (patiently!) showed me how I could sort and file my photos for future use. This is not the first time he's had to do this! Cameron was recommended to us by a friend many years ago and he has been the computer guy for our extended family ever since. He responds to my emails quicker than I get back to him and often can help me with an issue without coming out or can help me remotely. He's set up our computers and makes everything about them work more smoothly and efficiently - from backing up (for which he's just recommended a new external drive) to keeping all the programs up to date. He is willing to step you through how to do things - like managing photos. And again patiently and quickly sorts out the mess I've gotten myself into. He will also program other electrical things for you! He organized for our printer to work remotely and has even sorted out tv remotes etc. in the past. If something happens with my computer, I just email Cameron and we just realized that it's been 4 years since he's had to come out to us to fix something. Considering how much we now rely on computers and electronic things, he's really invaluable. And a nice guy who's tolerant of my dog to boot. Highly recommend.

In addition to total familiarity with all ICT systems, in terms of supporting and improving and servicing and fixing problems, he also helps with connectivity and other internet-related issues (including phishing and other attempted malware) and he will work with you to determine best solution for needs, such as new computer, printer, laptop, etc., providing options and recommendations. He is friendly and easy to work with and incredibly reasonable!! You could not possibly find anyone better!!

He diagnoses what was wrong by phone which meant when he showed up the next day, he had the parts needed. He also checked in about questions and inquired the next day how the new set up is going. It's a dream to find a vendor this capable and pleasant to work with!

Cameron does excellent work. In addition to restoring me to full functionality very quickly, he gave me suggestions for the new equipment I needed both to replace my old PC and to enhance my connectivity (e.g., a docking hub, a signal booster for my WiFi. He also followed up immediately with some issues that arose once I used the new equipment for a bit. His kind of expertise does not come cheap, but I usually only have to do this once every five years or so, so the first rate service is worth it!
