Cameron was outstanding. I had an issue with a failing hard drive, and Cameron took care of it right away. I got my computer back the next day, and it is running great now. The fees were very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Cameron was very patient and very knowledgeable. He explained the difficulty and offered several options. I agreed to replace my printer and to have my hard drive rebuilt. Cameron selected an appropriate printer for me and agreed to connect it his return visit. My computer is now running extremely well, my printer is connected and operating well. As an added plus Cameron connected my stereo system. The cost was most reasonable.

Cameron Jones not only did a great job loading a bevy of old (out of date) computer games for our son (who has autism and very limited computer skills), but also found him a second, older computer and set it up to run the games. This is a lot more complicated than it sounds! Also helped us set-up a data back up device on our own office computer, and offered good advice in several other computer and cell phone-related matters. Prompt, efficient and friendly service!

TERRIFIC! A Comcast service call had left my IMac and network in conflict and me mighty confused. CAMERON JONES came to the rescue! He determined the underlying issues — fast. In under an hour, my iMac was running smoother than ever, my network was restored and my other devices back in synch. He even got my back-up volume operating the way it should with “Time Machine”. I have used Cameron for 8+ years. He's super reliable, extremely knowledgeable and responds to my panic calls when things go awry with my computers, as they often do! He has every tool/adapter/product you'll need to keep your computer up and running. No need to rush off to Best Buy or order a part on line!

He got here a little early, worked carefully, and now I am set up and using new computer just fine. Data looks good. Price was very reasonable and his advice on virus protection was much appreciated.

It went great! My computer works like it's brand new again! Cameron was able to fix all of my issues. He got my old Verizon email working for me again, which makes a lot of things easier on my Mac. I was having difficulty with the speed of my computer, that too was fixed. My iPhone calendar and computer calendar were not always synching, he was able to figure out the problem. He works fast, fixes issues as he finds them and tackles whatever specific annoyances you have. I also had him do a little work on my daughter's computer. I would use him again in a heartbeat. Next time though, I'll have my entire family present for his visit so I don't have to track down their passwords. Cameron needed to stay longer (2 hours) because family members didn't respond quickly with passwords.

We're still working on parts of this, but I am greatly encouraged already. Photo work that I do via computer can still bring anxiety, uncertainty. Aspects that should be "intuitive" . . . for me, these actually require explanation. Cameron helps me go forward go forward bravely. He minimizes fear factor.

Mr. Jones recommended the installation of a new hard drive and the elimination of some unnecessary files. He had the hard drive and was able to initiate its installation, and clearly explained to me how to complete the process. While we were waiting for the files to transfer to the new hard drive, Mr. Jones set up my smart tv, a process that was much appreciated. In addition, prior to his visit, Mr. Jones provided me some critical advice over the telephone when I had mistakenly fallen for a computer scam that claimed I needed new software to protect myself. I was extremely pleased with Mr. Jones expertise and professionalism. I will definitely use him in the future and strongly recommend him to others who need computer assistance.

Great! Cameron's over the phone assessment was that the internal power supply had died. He brought a new part and said it would either work or it wouldn't. It did!!! Then he spent time helping set up a new recorder and software on my new machine. I have had Cameron as my IT guy for several years now. His expertise allows him to find something for me in minutes. He knows which products/applications work well and which don't. It would take me hours to figure out those things. He is very pleasant, prompt, and nothing stumps him. Once I texted him about a problem on New Years' Eve - I thought my computer had been hijacked. He responded and told me what to do. Computer was fine. I recommend him to all my friends.
