Mr. Jones expertise in with computersand is an most knowledgeable person to correct any problem! Actually, Mr. Jones has aided me more than once when problems have arisen. He also hasbeen kind enough to correct other minor little things with TV etc. that is a gesture of goodwill.

On this visit, Cameron easily figured out why our new router wasn't working and reconnected our wifi extender to ensure we had a strong wifi connection throughout our house. He also took the time to check our smart tv to make sure it was connecting properly with wifi. He's actually the one who suggested and installed this extender as a solution to our wifi transmission problem several years ago, a problem that was causing chaos in our family as it was impeding the completion of homework anywhere above or below the first floor of our house. In addition to solving the particular problem at hand, on any given visit Cameron will look for other ways he can facilitate our family's interface with the computer or phone, including software updates, data back up, messaging, and even family sharing of photos. This time he figured out how to fix a complicated issue regarding emails that I have designated to send to a particular folder but were still appearing on my phone and being improperly mislabeled (not a critical problem, but still a nuisance). Last time, in addition to saving me from having to buy a new computer monitor after mine went haywire, he resolved another longstanding issue I had with I-tunes due to apple id interference. Cameron is smart, capable, resourceful, thorough, reliable, and I would trust him with any of my computer needs both personally and professionally.

Cameron Jones has been the "go to computer fixer" for me and my family for years. We started with Cameron when we lived in McLean, VA. Even though we moved to FL a year ago, we continue to use his services as he can service our computers remotely because (as they say) "there's an app" for doing that!

Seamless. My IT knowledge is basic so Cameron had free reign to transfer data, which he seemed to do expertly. He then answered questions I had as I tried out my new laptop. All is working well. I appreciate that he is nearby and responsive.

It went very well. I've used Cameron for the past three years or so -- on average, a house call perhaps once every nine months, when I run into difficulty figuring out how to do things on my home computer system. I usually send him an advance list of issues on which I need help. Cameron is punctual, professional, and very skilled, and he goes through the various issues efficiently. He is also very good at explaining and teaching what he is doing. I recommend him highly.

We think Cameron is just great. As you see, he gets an A on all the above questions. He is dealing with computer novices here, and he is always ready to help and is very patient. He has been here a number of times, setting up a printer network, installing a new hard drive, fixing our mistakes with a modem, etc.. This latest visit he checked our misbehaving screen, and came a few days later to install the new one we ordered. He also updated an older computer we also use. We think he's gone above and beyond what is necessary. And, he really knows his work, and can explain it in terms we understand. We would recommend him to anyone, and can't say enough good about him. He is a real find for all things computer.

It went very well. Cameron is very knowledgeable and skilled, prompt, works quickly and makes sure you're comfortable with your set up when he's done.

Timely and professional service. Cameron has a great store of PC and iMac knowledge and good problem solving skills. He took several approaches to fix one issue, determined to find a solution to the problem. He makes asking questions easy and answers to make certain that non technical people can understand. Highly recommended.

We had someone else set it up, but were not pleased with the result. Cameron showed up on time and got right to work. He spent about two and a quarter hours fixing the system so that it actually worked the way we wanted it to do. In addition, he made some recommendations regarding software. He also set up remote access to our system so that he could help us when problems arose. After he left, he contacted us several time to see that things were working the way we wanted. He remotely helped us fix some problems with our email. Everything works great and we are happy that we have someone who we can rely on to keep it running that way. One note about the cost. His rate is $120/hour, but he charges by the quarter hour. Also, since we are located outside his normal "service" area he did charge us a minimal travel charge.

The whole process went well. Took a few days to get the replacement part, but it would have regardless of where I went to have the service. Most big service places would have had to send the laptop out to a repair center, and it would have been gone for weeks. Cameron got the part, and came to my home to do the work, which was done in a matter of minutes. Cameron is very personable and easy to work, and his prices are very reasonable. This is the 3rd time I have used his services.

He has been very accommodating when I have had "emergencies", sometimes able to diagnose and get me gong over the phone or email. A pleasant person to be around and the prices are extremely fair. A rare find for IT help these days!

Cameron arrived, on time, and as promised, got the system working within twenty minutes of his arrival. Turned out a CABLE needed replaced. Cameron had one on hand. Connected the system, and with time to spare, assisted in the data migration from the old system to the new system. Earned my trust.
