It went very well . Marco was very professional. He called the day before to confirm the time we had agreed by email. He also called me the same day to say he will be 30 minutes late. I will Bermon Carpet Cleaning again.

It went very well, carpet looks great. The technician Marco called me in advance and was at my home at the appointment time.

They didn't want to honor the deal and just wanted to negotiate with me on what he would charge me for the service.

I am in the process of getting a nursery setup for our first kid and one of the things I wanted to do was have the carpets professional cleaned. I checked around with a few companies on AL and Bermon's was the most responsive and had one of the best rating even though there were not many. I purchased the $149 deal for 4 rooms and a hallway. What I really needed done was a 3 rooms, a hallway and a large flight of stairs with a landing. (I was hoping the 4th room would make up for the stairs) but ended up paying an additional $30, which was fine. Marco contacted me right a way and was able to work around my schedule, he was even willing to come on a weekend so my wife and I didn't need to take off work. When Saturday came around Marco was running late, but the thing that that impressed me was he called and said he was running late, which I appreciated. When Marco arrived he brought all his equipment upstairs and did his thing, he was there about 2 hours. I have berber carpet in the upstairs and its pretty old (from the original house owners in 2001) so who knows how gross they really were. I did previously have them professionally cleaned in 2012 (twice) before I bought the place. A few things that sort of annoyed me. Marco didn't wear any sort of booties while cleaning he just wore his normal tennis shoes, also when he left, he cleaning machine was dripping water all over the place. After the carpet dried, about 9 hours later, I decided to take my hoover max extract 77 and do a quick pass over the floor. Wow, the water it pulled up was completely disgusting. A few more days went by an each day I did another pass with my Hoover with the same results. At this point I contacted Marco and told him I was concerned the carpet was still dirty, I didn't even really care about the other locations, just the nursery. After a few days of no response, I finally heard back from Marco and he said he would come back to re-clean the nursery, (which he did) Unfortunately much like the first time, no booties were worn and water was dripped on the way out. After the nursery dried I did my usual pass with my Hoover and sadly the water was still coming up black. Maybe the carpet is beyond hope at this point, but it really doesn't seem like I needed to hire someone to clean the carpet if my personal Hoover was doing the same job as the professional. So while a professional cleaning didn't get the results I expected overall I think Marco did a decent job and he tried his best to make me happy, and that is a good sign of customer service.

Marco called me on Monday night to confirm that he would arrive at my home between 10:00 am and 10:30 am and he arrived at 10:20 am. We walked around my home and I showed him the rooms in which I wanted the rugs cleaned. After that I asked him to clean the hallway, steps and the study rugs if he had time. He agreed for an additional fee which was reasonable. What he did was practically perform a miracle on my rugs. I have lived in my home for 21 years, my rugs are the original rugs and they are off-white rugs. Also, they have never been cleaned professionally. I have a small portable rug cleaner and I have cleaned the rugs room by room over a period of time. They were definitely in need of a professional cleaning. We have always had 2 dogs and my grandchildren visit often. When he was finished the rugs looked practically brand new!! I was amazed! I would definitely recommend Marco to anyone and would absolutely call upon him for any future rug cleaning needs. He was punctual, courteous and professional. Got to work immediately and didn't stop until the job was done!! Thank you Marco!

They responded quickly to set up the appointment, arrived on time, did the work quickly. The only thing for me was I didn't know when to put our furniture back on the carpet. I used another cleaner before and they put up all the furniture on pads and told me not to remove them for 48 hours. There were no pads and no instructions this time, so I played it safe and waited 48 hours. Providing instructions would definitely help.

Service technician showed up promptly and cleaned everything on our to-do list. Rugs were dry within 24 hours.

Fantastic work! Marco was very courteous and professional. We had to schedule several services at once and he worked with us to fit the time we needed. We couldn't have been more pleased with the quality of the final work. In fact, one of the carpets was so stained we thought it would have to be changed, but it was absolutely transformed with the work Marco's team did. It looks as good as the new upstairs carpeting, and the cleaning saved us time and money. Fantastic! We'll use Bermon Carpet Cleaning again soon!

Everything was excellent. He called to confirm the time and arrived when promised. He has a professional yet kind demeanor. We negotiated the cost prior to starting the work, and he provided an explanation of pricing. The price I paid was very fair. He pointed out several stains and explained how he would treat them. The carpets turned out great. He changed the water very frequently, which is very important to me since I've had carpet cleaners in the past who never change the water! Overall he did an outstanding job and I would recommend him to anyone. It was nice to have such great service.

On a last minute request Marco did an OUTSTANDING job of cleaning my daughters carpets in Virginia Square-he was polite and prompt and I would not hesitate to recommend him with an A++ !!!

Marco is so friendly and professional. They did a great job and were reasonably priced.

He arrived on time and was exceedingly pleasant and accommodating. He left everything in a neat and orderly manner. It went wonderfully well! He really did a fine job.

Called Bermon's Monday morning to get an estimate and Marco said he could be there around 3:00. Turned out he got there at 3:30 , but he did call to let me know he was running late. I really appreciated him calling me to let me know . I told him it was ok. That shows respect to the customer already. I liked him as soon as I met him. He was very polite, and friendly. Easy to communicate with. I showed him what we needed cleaned and he gave us the estimate. We agreed on the amount, so he went ahead and did the cleaning while he was here. MARCO, GREAT JOB!!! EXCELLENT. The carpet and the stairs look super. Thanks again. I will definitely use you again and refer you to others.

Bottom line: Marco and his assistant did a superior job and I would recommend him without hesitation. I certainly will hire him again.

The job went beautifully as I described above. I have no complaints whatsoever.

I have a townhouse with dogs and a teenager, not a good combination when you have a carpeted house. When I called Marco to schedule an appointment he was very nice and professional. He showed up on-time and actually called me half-and-hour before he got to my house. He removed though urine stains, the smell, and overall did a great job for a fair price. I would definitely use this company again and highly recommend him to all my friends and family.

This is the best carpet cleaning service I ever had. Marco did a fantastic job and I would recommend this local owner operated company to friends and family. Great experience from start to finish. Nice to schedule an appointment, on time and incredible results. We had areas of the carpet where our puppy had accidents and now our carpet looks like new. Very happy and I will hire again.

We need to face facts that our 17-year old carpets and linoleum need to be replaced, but we decided to try professional cleaning as less expensive than replacement for now. Marco at Bermon did not fail us. Last summer, he cleaned the carpets as best they could be cleaned given long-standing pet stains. Today, he turned our yellowed, builder-grade linoleum into a beautiful floor that we no longer fear having guests see! Marco is pleasant, professional, and courteous. He was up front with both estimates, and we feel like his services were worth every penny. We will have him back, for sure.
