Bermon Carpet Cleaning

I called on a Wednesday and they were able to show up the following Monday. I was not able to be home due to work obligations so they cleaned my upstairs carpets thoroughly and quickly and then took an 8x10 rug with them to clean and return. I was sent texts and pictures of progress during the service. The rug was returned 10 days later looking brand new. They were thorough, quick, polite, and flexible. Will use Bermon again for next carpet cleaning.

I received fantastic service. We have two cats and unfortunate pee spots all around the house and he was very knowledgable about how to clean them properly. Does take a long time to dry- 24+ hours.

Marco is the best! We have had our carpets cleaned a number of times since we are military and move quite often. Marco explains the detailed steps of what he does and makes sure the customer is satisfied. After the first visit there were still visible spots from our cat. He not only came back at no cost and within a few days, but obtained another product for these specific spots. The spots came out! Marco believes the customer comes first and does most of the work on his own to ensure satisfaction. Will tell all my friends and family, Bermon is the highest quality!

Excellent work removing stains on a very used carpet, thorough cleaning of carpets and stairs. They were able to clean under large pieces of furniture that were not moved, even getting behind into an inaccessible corner. Lots of explanation of process and drying time. On time, neat, professional, very good!

The provider arrived right on time and was ready to get to work. Unfortunately, my landlord had not made arrangements to have the power transferred back into their name and so the power went out shortly after Marco, the carpet cleaner, arrived. He was very understanding about this and agreed to come back two days later (at no charge) to attempt the cleaning then, once power had been restored. This went smoothly and the carpets looked great! I really appreciated his flexibility and ability to reschedule quickly when we had the problem with the initial appointment.

Marco gave us a quote for 5 areas, which were 3 bedrooms, a hall, and the family room. When he arrived, we told him we forgot about the carpeted closets (although there wasn't much floor space) and a small office area. Marco told us he would not charge for those, so we added a little on our own at the end. This is Marco's second time here, and we love his work. He shows up promptly, is available within a reasonable amount of time, and does more than carpets. On his first visit, we primarily wanted help with our scuffed, scarred builder-grade linoleum. Replacing the floors would be too costly, so we asked if he could help. Marco stripped and waxed the floors and made that sad, old linoleum gleam like new! And the floors have held up for well over a year. We'll certainly call him in the future.

Exceptional service and professionalism. My carpet looks so good I regret not calling Bermon Carpet Cleaning sooner. The promotional offer was a GREAT deal. There were stains I assumed would not come out but still wanted to get the carpet cleaned overall since it was pretty dingy and yucky after having a number of workmen at the house. Surprisingly, Bermon got everything out. Two weeks later I remain delighted every time I walk into these rooms. The crew was on time, professional, and very respectful of my furnishings. I strongly recommend them.

I called this company in desperation after my dog was ill and threw up on our living room rug days before Thanksgiving. I didn't hold out much hope that I could even get anyone to help me clean the rug before our company arrived, but Marco worked out how he could fit us in, giving us enough time for the rug to dry before everyone got here. Our carpet also had some old wine stains and some other spots, all of which he worked on. He went above and beyond to help me and couldn't have been nicer about it. He did a great job, arrived when he said he would and we are so happy and relieved! I plan to call him again after the Holidays to clean our family room and bedroom carpets. I can't imagine you could find a nicer, more accommodating or more professional person to clean your carpets and rugs.

Bermon has been one of the best service providers we have found so far on Angie's List. I contacted them initially via email through the Angie's List site, and Marco responded the next day to provide me with pricing. He was responsive and helpful, and promptly setup an appointment to come to my home. The job was done yesterday and I could not have imagined he could clean the carpets and sofa so well. They look like they're new. Marco himself came by with a colleague to do the job. The were on time, professional, courteous, and seemed to be truly wonderful people that cared to do the job right. We've tried other carpet cleaning services in the past and never had results like this. We are done looking for a carpet cleaning company - Bermon is fantastic. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
