Beautifully. Joe Caruso visited and gave us a fair quote. Very pleasant visit. The two gentlemen came out and set up the procedure and kept us informed all the way through. They finished, cleaned up their work area and asked if we had any questions. Everything went well. A great company to deal with.

Very professional group. Project was too small.

Rep. gave us a price but when the construction crew show up they said they couldn't do with doing a lot of additional work which would be at our expense. We did not do anything. We had made a payment up front which was refunded

We never contracted with them. No idea where this is coming from!!!!!

We had an internal gutter system put in our leaky basement and though there was a hiccup along the way, that was taken care of immediately, all-in-all they did very good work and were very good to work with. Highly recommended

FABULOUS ! I have noted significant improvement in the air quality inside the home, improvement in heating bills, and notable dryness in the basement area.

Everything went great. They thoroughly explained the process and costs ahead of time. Once they began they found asbestos we didn’t know we had and had to stop working. Even though it’s not a service they offer they were able to help us find a company to remove the asbestos and once it was removed they quickly started working again and got the job done very fast.

Prompt estimate. Courteous representative. Have no chosen to have work done at this time.

They were excellent. No more flooding.

The project went well, although it was quite noisy when the old beams were removed. JES predicted that the work would take 3 days, and they hit the nail on the head. Although I feel that the sunroom is now safe and secure and won't collapse, the initial problems that surfaced from the foundation issues (windows and doors not closing properly) were not able to be fixed. Overall, though, I was pleased with the work that JES performed.

Tyler Lemcke was punctual and professional. He explained all the repairs we needed in terms that were easy to understand. Great experience!

JES sent 4 employees (Jake Foreman, Justin Co-foreman, Dede, and Damon) who were Professional, Punctual and a did Quality Work. I was very impressed with their work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile!!! I would hire JES again if in the future I have an additional jobs for them to complete.

Carl came out to do the inspection and was great. He looked at where my concerns were inside my home and outside. Afterwards he showed me what he was looking for in certain areas of my home and went into great detail as to why I shouldn’t be concerned. From his inspection he determined nothing needed to be done. However, if anything does need to be done, I’ll be calling JES.

Great! This is a rental house and we used to worry everytime it rained, has rained a LOT since this was done and no leaking!

Awful. The quality of products is fine, however the labor and service provided was dreadful. After initial install, water was coming up through the floor where the perimeter system was installed near the main sewage line out of the house. JES returned, dug up the spot, and repaired it. The following morning everything in my house was overflowing. Had to call an emergency plumber to come. Turns out, JES filled my main sewage line with concrete and rock, blocking any outgoing water or waste (how/why they thought this was a good idea, I'll never know. They don't have an explanation). The emergency plumber had to replace six feet of main sewage line. JES returned for the third trip and made the repair to the perimeter system, again. After final completion, my basement was left a mess with the floor covered in concete remnants and dust. I had to mop the floor myself at least a half dozen times before it was close to being clean. I paid for skilled labor and received half ass labor, at best. JES discounted me 17% and paid for the emergency plumber, which is still high way robbery. It took them two months to negotiate that price with me, at which point I had just had enough and caved to paying. I'm sure that's part of their strategy as well. Drag it out until you're sick of it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Lost wages having to stay home from work, lost time, damage to my basement from flooding and overflowing pipes, etc. Find someone else!!!

The project has taken months! The first crew dug the footers in the wrong place and the next crew came in and put the post/jacks in the wholes and did not catch that they were wrong. It failed inspection and had to be redone. The next crew put the wholes in the right place but the jacks were not hitting the joists as they should and again failed county inspection. Funny a crew came to fix that issue but stated the poles had been cut to short so they couldn't Jack the house up as much as need. We finally got call saying they were coming to fix that and no one showed up and it's been a week and we have not heard a word from them. Every contact has had to be initiated by me. They are poor at communication and never sent the same crew twice.

The service was outstanding, really blown away by their service. Came within hours of calling. Determined the sub pump installed wasn't adequate to handle the flooding that was going on.

All Evergreen employees were professional and able to answer many questions about our issues and the installation. We were very happy with their service.

I received 2 quotes from 2 contractors for this work. Evergreen was very punctual, always on time or at least reasonable. Every person interacted with was professional. The sales person came to the house and gave a quote that day. I went to the other company who had already been out and they sent their quote, it was cheaper than Evergreen. I discussed this competitive quote with Evergreen and we worked out some details, I was assured that the job would be done right ,and since the 25 year warranty is reassuring I went with Evergreen. I think in the long run I made the best choice since the 25 year warranty is awesome and the other cheaper company had only a 1 yr warranty, however I would not recommend Evergreen unless you plan on checking on all their work personally. I was very disappointed in the attention to detail of some items, but it was odd because some things were done with a high level of attention to detail while others were not, very conflicting. The Story: Scheduled for 2 Day job, 3 people, ~900 sq ft crawl space often having standing water when it rained a lot. 1st Day, Monday - Installation guys discovered that the designed water trenches were not going to work well, they gave me the option to install a 2nd sump pump at no additional cost instead of the additional trenching challenges/risks. It was decided to install 2 sump pumps on opposite ends of the home. (Note: Sump pumps need serviced yearly, the drawback is 2 pumps cost more to service than 1 pump....I think 2 cost around $160, but I will not know till next year) The workers were friendly, respectful, professional, and worked hard. 2nd Day, Tuesday - It was raining so they decided to delay digging the discharge lines since it would tear the lawn up more. They finished the basic installation and I reviewed it. We discussed several things which I had expected to be different and the workers happily confirmed they would come back to hit those spots when they came back to did the discharge line. Outstanding items were: Needed insulation on one wall near the entry, couple spots needed additional sealing in the cleanspace, that evening I discovered the inside discharge lines had several PVC joints which had not been glued, the standard discharge distance is 15-30 feet from the house but in our quotation process I had thought we had agreed to more, that evening the sales person and I talked and we agreed to a good compromise of 45 feet (I had wanted ~70 to get it behind my garage, 45 was better than 30). 3rd Day Thurs or Fri? - The third day was just a few minutes to fix the leaking pipes and seal the places in the encapsulation, this was done. 4th Day Saturday - They returned on that Saturday Morning for a couple hours and dug the trench and installed the 45 foot discharge lines, other inside PVC leaks had been discovered, those were repaired as well. Unfortunately it was also raining this day, there was no sod to put back on top the trench since it was so muddy, I requested they put down grass seed, this is not their normal procedure, but they agreed to come back. After they left more leaks in the PVC inside were still present. 5th Day Monday - They sent out another guy not on the install crew, he looked everything over and went back indicating the installers needed to fix their issues, he did not want to fix their issues and did not have the parts he needed. 6th Day Wednesday? - The original crew returned and fixed the PVC, fixed some issues with the discharge lines and seeded. They also completed the insulation which had been missing. They spent most of the day as a result of discovering that I had a worse water issue than they had initially thought, more trenching was performed under the cleanspace and the cleanspace was sealed up again. I felt much better about the attention to detail and quality of the job after this day so I paid them Thursday. Sunday - I found still one more leak in the PVC pipe inside the crawl space, and a very small amount of water still coming in where the new issue had been discovered and mostly resolved on the 6th day. 7th Day Monday? They sent a worker to go over everything with a fine tooth comb. Sunday (3 weeks after start)- It has only rained a little in the week since the final work (7th day) was done and I have not had the time to go down there and check everything out, if there is anything else significant I will have to edit this review and let you know. For now I think things are ok and I feel safe knowing Evergreen/basement systems/cleanspace has a really good warranty. I have been disappointed by their attention to detail, they had to come back a bunch, but in the end I expect a long lasting product, only time will tell. Again, everyone was very nice and professional, otherwise I would be hopping mad about this job and the time required of me to keep checking every time it rained but since they were easy to get along with I am patient enough to also recognize that mistakes happen and people learn from them. As a result I expect your installation to go much smoother than mine.

Initially, i had a lot of trouble getting the job completed. The project manager wasn't able to resolve this, and work kept being delayed. The owner didn't receive the messages that I wanted to speak with him. Utilizing the resolution services of Angie's List, I was able to reach the owner. He contacted me immediately, and took care of completing the work the following day. He came to my house, and brought a crew of 6 with a 20-foot trailer and another truck, and the work was completed. What had begun to be a nightmare was ultimately a job well done with a very pleasant resolution. I would use this company again, though I would stipulate in the contract a cost penalty for work not completed on schedule. The owners clearly care about the integrity and reputation of their company. I'm very impressed with their commitment.

They came out for an estimate because we had standing water in the basement. The estimate went great, we got a discount for putting down a deposit and scheduling so be ready or have the money available to put a deposit down plan a day. This just happened to be our last estimate before we were going to pick a company. I am thankful that we did the estimate last it was quick and guaranteed so if they have to do more you still pay the estimate price.(Thirty percent deposit and the remainder at the conclusion of the project.) They came early on the morning scheduled and worked diligently, our basement was a two day project, and length of project is also given with the initial estimate. The power went out around 1:00pm the first day for the entire neighborhood so they worked by flashlight and cell phones until after 5:00pm. We thought they were crazy but they are good at what they do because the supervisor came to make sure the work was being completed properly and also gave us a tour of the completed work and explained what everything was supposed to look like prior to touring the completed work. As each worker completed their designated portion the supervisor would take us on a tour of the completed work prior to the next worker completing the next task. So that if any mistakes or problems occurred it could easily be corrected. We were asked were we wanted the drainage pipes and drain and we also got an air purifier it took the moisture and odors out as it was designed to do the air is crisp and clean in the basement. At the completion of the project we had another tour and the system is guaranteed for a long time. They also reviewed what would affect the warranty of the equipment so that it could be avoided and if any problems please notify. The only problem that I had was with the air purifier's cord was not long enough to move away from the drain so it is too close to the drain. I am going to give the a call and keep the review updated on the response time.

My wife and I were very pleased with the work. They did a good job.

They took a couple of months but they were initiated with work because all the rain that was in the area during that spring, summer, and fall. And so, I don't want to bash them too hard for that because they were working on a lot of stuff. They started in September and finally finished it all in November.
