Description of Work: In two crawl spaces, they installed pumps and a drain system as well as a protective covering. They were prompt, worked quickly, and cleaned up after themselves.

Description of Work: Great initial contact. Had to wait 6 weeks for work. Tried to change something and AWFUL experience - had to call over 7 times - kept shuffling me around and no response - workmen not told of changes - confirmation email not sent when requested about changes, wrong items brought for work so had to wait hours for correct items. Workers did excellent job once they had the correct information and items.

WE both were overly impressed with our salesman Jeff Drinkard, very professional, down to earth great guy. He took his time investigating the problem and sat down and explained everything to us in a way we could understand it. Description of Work: Placement of pipe into foundation, and pipe out through roof via pvc pipe and exhaust fan. Estimate was $300.oo more than competitor. Chose this company because they were a national company. Worker to arrive between 8:30-9:30. He called at 9:30 to ask if he could come at 10:30, because his truck was not loaded. Was told the job would take 3 hours, it took 6 1/2 hours. He tracked through the house with work boot several times never offering to go around outside or wear shoe covers. Insulation from attic tracked through. I figured I would just clean up after him. When my husband came home from work, he checked work. Normally if there is something minor wrong he will take care of it himself. He found several problems. Called owner, who came with employee next morning. Owner was polite and obliging and took note of suggestions, and employee was instructed on proper installation.(My husband had to take off work for this.) Employee came back to do work. Asked to remove shoes, which he did, but then walked outside to truck in socks, and then back in. I stopped him at this point, and tried to again explain about not tracking dirt and inulation through house.(I have 3 grand children who are babies and toddlers and are on the floor crawling,etc). Interestingly, when my husband arrived home to check on him (employee) he put on shoe covers. He did vacuum up after himself at our insistance. Owner of company had no problem with removing his shoes. Most issues were fixed, but not all. Now we have not heard from the company as far as those issues. Of course they collect your money the day the work is done. Had considered using this company to finish basement, but now will not call them again.

Description of Work: First we had the estimate. Pictures were taken and he showed the damage and areas of concern that needed to be dealt with. Gave a price based on what was needed. We had a crawl space that was damp, cold and drafty. They came in the morning and worked for 2 full days to get the job done. They sealed and lined the walls. lined the ground. Sprayed insulation between the foundation and the seal plate. Installed a sump pump, dehumidifier and a alarm if the system fails and water is over it. we can feel the difference this winter. We are believing that this system will save money and pay for its self in the years ahead.

Description of Work: The company showed us what they could do to waterproof the basement, made us an estimate, and did the work. No funny business, no hidden charges, no sloppy work--amazing, and 100% effective so far. Installed drainage system, sump pump, and new flooring...900 sq feet for the drainage, 350 sq ft (approx) for the new flooring. Great work; great products! Strong teamwork.

Description of Work: the service guy came over to do a free est. of my foundation. the guy suited up and crawled under the house to the crawle space to inspect. he came out and explained all that was needed and stated he would have to do some digging. he wrote some stuff on paper and gave me a quote and some info.

Description of Work: I used Evergreen Basement Systems to put down a vapor barrier to keep our basement dry.
