"It was time to replace my roof and I requested several estimates from roofing companies. I selected Marshall Roofing Siding and Windows. It was not the cheapest estimate but the estimate assessment by Mr. Chris Butler, of Marshall Roofing, was the most thorough. Mr. Butler inspected the roof, went into the attic (and found a bathroom vent venting into the attic instead of outside), went into my screened in porch to determine what kind of nails to use so that they would not come through the tongue and groove ceiling and he noticed some old satellite dishes that could be removed. Marshall roofing updated the proposal several times with all of my concerns and additions. This is great customer service! When it came to choosing a shingle color, we struggled to find the right color. Mr. Butler kindly offered to bring out additional shingle samples to us on a Friday afternoon. Again, above and beyond customer service. Mr. Butler also worked with us to find and install an attic fan specifically designed to be quiet when running. The job started promptly on time and was finished in two days. Mr. Butler came out as the job was wrapping up and when the crew finished packing up, on his own, he did a second magnetic sweep around my house to find any nails that may have been missed during the magnetic sweep performed by the crew. Again, great customer service! We are very happy with the workmanship and customer service that we received from Marshall Roofing and would highly recommend their services!!"

"We started working with Jorden to re-slope some gutters to divert storm water. As our low slope shingle roof needed to be replaced, we asked him to provide a proposal to replace the existing roof with a modified bitumen roof system with an additional 3" rigid foam insulation. Kevin helped to provide me with the standard roof flashing and edge details for this type of residential roof system, which they were not familiar with. Kevin and Jorden discussed it with the roof installers and the product manufacturer, and provided whatever was needed, responding promptly throughout the process. They let us know when the material prices were expected to go up so that we could order the materials. During the time that I was not available, they worked with us to revise the schedule, which was much appreciated! The work was planned and executed without any issues, and we are very happy with our new roof. Thank you Kevin and Jorden!"

"I had places on my roof where shingles were torn off, nails popped or singles were loose due to a high wind storm that recently occurred. I called Ashburn Roofing and they responded that morning and quickly repaired the damage. Jose did a fantastic job. He assessed the damage, gave me a fair price and quickly got to work. The roof repair was completed in a minimum amount of time. He also responded quickly again when some shingles came loose again in the next storm. I was very impressed with the depth of knowledge Jose has, ability to provide excellent Customer service, accurate and in-depth insight of my roof’s condition and his being ability to provide a very rapid solution to my roofing problem. "NOVA Exteriors did a wonderful job replacing 3 exterior doors at our home. They checked every box one could ask for. Rob our sales rep was patient and understanding of our needs - even coming back a second time as we had a hard time deciding on what we wanted. Their team worked quickly and did a great job installing some beautiful new doors. We noticed after the installation that there were some imperfections on the hardware installed and they have agreed to replace them & their customer service was top notch. They responded quickly to some minor concerns and went above and beyond to fix the problem. While doors are never cheap, their price was right in line with other Provia vendors and 1/2 the price of Pella vendors. I'd highly recommend them."

"We hired Unicorp to change front door because of superb review on Angi, but disappointed. 1. It's a small company using subcontractors to do its work; Contrary to its claim, those subcontractors DO NOT work exclusively for Unicorp. 2. After subcontractors got paid, you will not see them again for the job. The service team seems only one person (JR). It is hard to make an appt, since he has to supervise a lot of subcontractors' work, and only do service when he is supervising near you. Specific problems: -Ghost swing after installation (i.e. door swings to close by itself). Had to request adjustment at least twice. -Fainted finish after a few years while still in warranty, but we were advised to paint ourselves. -Very thin layer of finish, and very easy to get scratch to show white underline color; -Have PROBLEM to LOCK the door. After it was "fixed", problem showed again. -Subcontractor used wood with black stains, suspect mold, to install the door; Brand new door had minor defect."
