We just had Unicorp install new windows throughout our entire house. The window quality is excellent and the installation went very well. We were replacing 55 years old windows - and were very happy with the entire process, from selection, exterior color choices, and finally installation.

We hired Unicorp to change front door because of superb review on Angi, but disappointed. 1. It's a small company using subcontractors to do its work; Contrary to its claim, those subcontractors DO NOT work exclusively for Unicorp. 2. After subcontractors got paid, you will not see them again for the job. The service team seems only one person (JR). It is hard to make an appt, since he has to supervise a lot of subcontractors' work, and only do service when he is supervising near you. Specific problems: -Ghost swing after installation (i.e. door swings to close by itself). Had to request adjustment at least twice. -Fainted finish after a few years while still in warranty, but we were advised to paint ourselves. -Very thin layer of finish, and very easy to get scratch to show white underline color; -Have PROBLEM to LOCK the door. After it was "fixed", problem showed again. -Subcontractor used wood with black stains, suspect mold, to install the door; Brand new door had minor defect.

EXCELLENT, as usual!!!! I have used Unicorp previously in 2015 - windows, siding, gutters, soffits/fascia. In May 2023, I used them for front door and storm door replacement. They are responsive, professional, charge a very fair price for QUALITY products and workmanship.

Unicorp relaced 21 windows in our house recently in very cold conditions. The crew did an excellent job! They kept to the schedule, made sure what little mess was made was cleaned up, and the crew was extremely nice and polite. We love the new windows! Thank you.

Unicorp Home Energy Services did an excellent job installing our new roof in a timely and professional manner. They provided a very competitive cost proposal with good recommendations for the best roof style and materials. The installation team did a great job protecting the plants, shrubs and trees around the house to prevent damage when removing the old roof and installing the new roof. The team also carefully inspected all areas around the house to ensure there were no nails or shingle materials on the ground around the house. Unicorp and in particular, Brian Weil, the president and CEO were the best I could ever hope for in dealing with a business. The professionalism, responsiveness and quality definitely deserve 5 stars. I liked that the windows were manufactured locally and while they were not the cheapest, they were also not the most expensive and think the quality is excellent. I happen to be out of town when my windows were installed which made me somewhat anxious about not being there, but everything was perfect including clean up. Unicorp knew that I was out of town during installation and even followed up to make sure I was happy with everything.

We were so impressed we accepted his estimate right then. When David and his crew came to do the work they were polite, professional, and efficient, finishing the job in 2 days. David made sure to communicate any extra repairs that needed to be done and was responsive to any questions we had. The crew made sure to keep the roofing debris off my garden and did an exceptional job cleaning up anything left behind. We hired Unicorp to replace all our windows, doors, and siding—and the result has been an amazing transformation of the entire house. Not only was the work done to perfection, but the people we dealt with at every stage made the whole experience a pleasure. From the start, our sales rep Alex was informative and responsive, answering all our questions over several weeks—so that by the time we signed the contract, we were totally comfortable with the project design, and knew what to expect when work began. Paul was in charge of the window and door installation. He and his crew finished all the work in just two days, and kept the work areas clean as well. Everyone was friendly and courteous, and Paul himself was an unforgettable character. Window replacement can be an overwhelming job, since it involves every room in the house, but Paul made it fun with entertaining conversation. And he was an artist with the trim capping, making sure to match the style of our colonial house so that the windows would have definition instead of appearing flat. The windows and doors themselves are top-of-the-line quality. They instantly modernized the house, and because of the improved energy efficiency, our AC is able to maintain the house temperature so much better in the blazing hot summer. JR was in charge of the siding job and other finishing touches. His crew, Nam and Augustine, were incredibly talented and hardworking (even after driving four hours to our house each morning)! They completed the siding on our addition in just one day. The end result is stunning, and the insulated vinyl siding has made the addition much quieter and more comfortable. JR came up with creative solutions, like figuring out how to design the columns and header so that they’d fit in the tight spaces around our door. And he was always easy to reach by phone or text. There were a few issues with the materials delivered for the shutters and the door surround, which caused some delays toward the very end of the project. But JR was committed to making everything perfect, and he came back himself to do the final installation and painting. This was the largest renovation project we’ve ever undertaken, and Unicorp made it such a positive experience. We couldn’t be happier with our “new” house, and we look forward to calling them again, when it’s time for us to get a new roof!

Very encouraging and enthusiastic when they came out to view our property. He showed us samples, took measurements and my wife and I were impressed with the professional demeanor of the salesperson. We felt like things were moving in a positive direction. Then, nothing. After multiple Queries, we were ignored. 4 times over the course of a month or so, we were told a quote was forthcoming. If you don’t want the work, OK I’m fine with that. Don’t lie and tell your prospects their quote is coming soon. We just awarded the 24K job to a competitor who took the time to understand what we needed to accomplish and gave us a quote.

A truly great company to work with! My project had a number of unexpected twists and turns, but the team at UNICORP was so easy to work with. When I say they went above and beyond, I mean every word! They also had the most reasonable quote by far and even with additional labor, equipment rentals and all of the surprises, it was still great value for what I paid. My doors look fantastic and I already notice a huge difference in how well they're sealed compared to the old doors. From the time of getting the estimate through to completion, every member of their team was helpful, positive, reliable, hard working and overall amazing. They are an honest company, did phenomenal work and I couldn't be happier.

I am very fussy and frequently critical, yet I have only the best things to say about Unicorp window replacement. The owner came to my home - on time - to explain all the options and costs for replacing my windows. It didn't feel like a sales pitch, but more like a discussion of what was best for my home. Unicorp is a local company and makes their own windows, so I knew if there was a problem, there would be someone nearby to call. My windows were installed on time and the crew was very professional. They are very hard workers; they didn't even take a lunch break. I was assured that my new windows would not let the cold air in, as my old windows did. I'll have to wait for winter to test this out, but I have confidence that since these windows were custom-made for me, they fit more tightly. It has been a pleasure to find a local company that has an excellent product, is honest, and reasonably priced.

This company is first rate. I had used Unicorp several years ago to re-roof our old house, before we moved. They did a great job then, and after we moved 3 years ago to another house, I found out they also did window replacements, so I called on them again. We had them replace several windows at our current home. The work was done on-time, as promised. We are very pleased with the quality and installation of our new windows. The work was done neatly, and on-time as-scheduled.

Unicorp installed a new gutter system for us, and we're happy with the results. They came up with a creative solution to eliminate a downspout in the middle of the back patio, and we don't have any water splashing out of the gutters now. The house is much more resilient to heavy rains! They got the job done in half a day - very professional and quick. I'm giving four stars for punctuality because it took a while to get the materials in. It didn't seem to be Unicorp's fault, and they got the job quickly once they did have the materials, but it still took a while altogether.

they were very patient while I worked out details of fitting the gutters to the drain pipes put in by another company and also they fixed an issue with the roof which had been caused by yet another company So I am very satisfied, with their service and patience in coordination with other companies. Gutters look outstanding and so does the roof.

The price was good and the men who handled installation were great, very neat and very thorough, measuring and checking that everything fit perfectly, amd fixing the wood where the door and windows were attached. They took all the time they needed to make sure that everything worked perfectly. (The process took a little long from ordering to delivery and installation, but the staff all worked hard and did their best given post-pandemic supply delays.)

The company had previously done some siding work for my townhome and that was a good experience. This time was and still is a nightmare. Wrong color flashing installed and had to be replaced. Siding nailed in with such force, there are holes in the interior wall, the wiring to my heat pump was damaged during shingle installation. Screens on the front windows were caulked in... 2 years later, I still haven't gotten my screens back. Recently, had my house powerwashed, and found out the reason why rain was hitting the deck so hard was a covering on the gutter that was stopping the rain from going into the gutters. When I asked to have it removed, it was very difficult to do because it was heavily caulked. I called numerous times to get the work done properly.....still waiting for my screens.

Service went very well, they did an excellent job. They made the service with Profesionalism and efficieny. They are also done in the right time with attentiveness and care. On January 26, 2021, we submitted a negative review against Unicorp - complaining about the loose siding and our displeasure with the completed product. Upon seeing our review, we were immediately contacted by Unicorp. Subsequent to that review, Unicorp returned to our home and made good on their work product. The vice president of Unicorp personally came to our home to see and discuss our dissatisfaction. They understood our unusual case and proceeded to follow through with providing, to our satisfaction, what we desired to resolve the problem. Admittedly, we failed to follow-up and contact Unicorp to discuss our displeasure and a resolution to satisfy us. In the future, we know we can contact them anytime for possible repairs or adjustments. Unicorp is truly a "top notch" company!
