Description of Work: Jackhammered access to sewer line through concrete floor, two new sewer lines for a sink and washing machine, and diverted water main. | |Overall this was an excellent experience with a lot of work done well and done in 1-day. Straightforward and courteous, professional work done, would definitely hire again for bigger plumbing jobs.

Description of Work: Guy Ferguson was referred to me by a friend. He showed up and gave me an estimate of between $300-$350 for plumbing work in my powder room. His guys showed up on time to do the work and I left for work. When I returned they had left me a bill for $723.00. I called Guy to discuss and he told me they encountered problems in the walls that had to be fixed. I told him I would have expected someone to call me to discuss this new work and get my approva lfor the additional work. He agreed they had proceeded without my permission and he said he 'would split the difference' with me. The new total was $536.00. When I discoverd that the toliet suppy they installed was leaking I called Guy (Friday) and asked him to send someone to fix it later that day he said there was noone availalble and he told me he would personally come at 9:00 AM the next day (Saturday). At 09:35 I called and left a voice mail for him as he had not arrived. He called me back at 09:45 and said he was on his way (no apology offered until I asked for one). He finally arrived at 10:15 and when I tried to come into the powder room to review what he was doing he insisted there was 'not enough room for two people'. He shut the door on me in my own house. (I note that I have just had the new powder room mirror installed and myself and the TWO installers were in that powder room.) I was upstairs discussing the installation of the mirror in the master bath and Guy just left the house. He did not tell me what caused the leak or tell me what he did to solve the leak. He did not discuss with me the moist drywall and base board. He did not discuss the water damage to the freshly painted wall. He just left. The complete lack of customer service and basic respect is inexcusable.

Description of Work: Removed old & installed new toilet and cut-off valve. Provided good advice on selection; very prompt/neat/professional in doing their work; price much better than others companies contacted on similar toilets. Very please with the result. Would recommend them highly and definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Leaking shower faucet requiring washer replacement. Main problem was shower fixtures were very old (circa 1950's) and corroded complicating the job.
