Sam and his team has done a good job on painting our old 1900 house and brought it back to life! Sam also has a network of good people that he brings to work with other projects.

I had a fully executed contract with this company. They came to my house twice (Sam). He quoted in details of the work. We agreed upon the price for $3450. When he brought out his crew on the day of the work 2/17/17, his worker started to do the prep work. Sam and the owner then told me the work is more than they think it would be and wanted to RISE the PRICE. This is NOT how business work SAM. You don't signed a contract and try to rise the price the day of the work. What I feel for are the workers who now probably didn't get paid for that day because SAM and the owner un-ethical business dealing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, we must send a message to company that are not honest and hold up their end of the bargain.

Exterior painting job was completed on time, and the work was excellent. I would recommend this company to my neighbors.

Project: Exterior Painting and Repair Friendly, Inc did an outstanding job for us. We have owned and maintained homes for 40 plus years and have hired many companies. Hands down this was one of the best experiences with a contractor. Very professional, courteous, fair estimate, on time, excellent workmanship, top brand paint and supplies, careful/protective with landscape and cleaned up very well. Friendly was the least expensive and they were the quickest. I can not compare quality of workmanship to anyone else but I can say that for the price and speed, they far exceeded my expectations. I am not sure everyone will have this expeirence but i was lucky enough to catch them on the right day when they had a crew available the next day. The next day, they showed up at 8:00 am, moved and covered furniture, taped edges, painted, cleaned up and were out by noon. I was amazed. I have found only one spot that needed to be touched up a little. For the price and speed, hands down would recommend.

They are very concientious but i had several areas that I had to go back over due to paint splatters and the wrong colors being painted on walls.

I had the exterior of my house painted. I plan to use this company in the next couple of months to paint the interior of my home.

They came when promised. There were 6 painters and all the work was finished in one day ... abiut 10 hours. Very good project manager/painter. Price was well below 3 other bids.

Very professional workforce, and manager director was there the very first day to answer any questions and supervise work. The workers where busy all day and did an excellent job, we are very pleased.
