Efficient, timely,professional and great overall job!

Completed the job of painting kitchen, bathroom, foyer, master bedroom and long hallway in one day. Would highly recommend.

We could not be more pleased with Friendly Construction for the job they did with our painting project. We had our entire 4500 sq ft house interior painted including all walls and extensive trim (doors, baseboards, shelves, bookcases, cabinets) - a pretty big job. They were competitively priced and completed the job in 3 days - less than half the time compared with the other quotes we received. They had a 7-8 person crew and taped plastic over all floors and furnishings - which positioned them to do the job cleanly and expeditiously. The lead painter had us do several rounds of walkthroughs with him as they finished an area and at the completion of the job the result was excellent.

They did not do all they said they would do. When the company called asked to be paid for their job (2 days after they finished). I told them that some things were left that needed their attention (paint drips on the molding, drips on my solid wood floors, tracks of paint at my front door, steps & porch, painters tape not removed because now it will take away some of the painted wall, etc.). I was told they would send a man back on Weds. to take care of all of that, plus put my wall pictures back up. He never came that week or the next 2. On the plus side, they matched every color, had at least 3 crews that attacked to project on time & date agreed to. They were as polite & respectful of my house & family, even though we did not share a common first language. I would say if you have a husband who is good with household chores, as I am Blessed to have, you will do just fine. Price paid was good, but they needed more attention to detail. Also do not have a big job done on a Friday. When 5pm came, they were gone.

They are amazing - quick, easy to work with, professional and offer a great rate.

They did the job in record time. There was some paint on the carpet but I don’t think anyone could tell. They also did other things I asked to be done.

I saw their crew working in my neighborhood and I asked for an estimate to do exterior paintinf of my entire house. Jayden surveyed my property and gave me a very good price to complete the job. They showed up thr following morning, power washed the house, then the next morning their crew of 8 very nice people started painting and others were fixing rotten woods around the windows and whereever they see it and fixed it before painting. I was so impressed how very professional and polite their entire crew and very efficient. Then the owner also helped out with painting, and did quality check and went around and looked at eveything. Then Jayden the guy who gave me the price for the job, did another final check and looked at everything again. They came at 8am promptly and finished the job around 2pm. I was so impressed how quickly they painted my 2 floor split level house. Thank you so very much Friendly Construction Inc. Thank you Jayden and your entire crew. I'm pleasantly surprised and impressed with Sam and his team. Sam was very responsive, quick to provide a quote, easy communication, and great rates compared to other quotes I received. The most impressive part is he promised to get the job done in 2 days. When his crew arrived, they covered, patched and finished painting my entire house within a day. Quick, efficient and quality work. No haggling needed. His crew were all so nice. Time is money. Hire these guys right NOW!!

Excellent company that we have used previously. Very professional and protects floors and other things (doesn't leave you with paint to clean up everywhere). Sam's crew patched and painted our whole TH and did a quality job.

Great experience working with Sam at Friendly Paint & Construction. His crew patched and painted the whole inside of my house in 2 business days. It was quite the production. I docked half a star because I found just a couple spots of wall paint on the wait trim where it was over painted. I would highly recommend this company.

I had the majority of the 2nd and 3rd floor done including ceiling and trim. Overall they did a good job. Very quick on getting in and out. They kept to there schedule. I had them fix a few things before they completed and there’s a few more that I found when they left that l need to take care of. Things like over paint on door hardware and ceiling lights. I would hire them again, however I would make sure that they make a follow up visit.

Sam is great, the communication was outstanding. He was very quick and able to do the job on my challenging time-frame. His painters were very professional and the work was great. The only negative thing was many tiny drops of paint on my hardwood floors I had to clean up and a few items of wood furniture that we found later had paint on them. Most everything cleaned up well so no major issues and I would still use them again and recommend them to others.

Keep communication open prior to, throughout, and at the conclusion of the job. Address any questions or concerns as they arise and they will quickly take care to ensure quality work. Management and crew all friendly and professional. Would recommend their services.

Sam came to give my estimate and was wonderful to work with. His estimate came in even lower than was first stated. The crew was friendly and professional. I would have given five stars, but they were a little messy.

The Friendly painting crew did a fantastic job and were able to complete project in one day when originally estimated for two. I requested a specific brand of paint and they honored that without an increase in price. Couldn t be more pleased!
