They charged less than the others but..because I changed the rooms to be painted, even though they were the same sq feet they charged me extra $350. Guy drives a Mercedes-Benz. He is not stupid. The workers were sweet. Not a bit of English.

Great job and clean and neat

Guys were prompt, fast and polite. Estimator was quick to reply and the finished my house in 2 days. Nice job.

Initially I was not confident that the job would be done in two days, but they did it! The crew showed up on time (very important) and worked two long days. Job was done professionally. Sam, the estimator, was responsive.

I'm very happy with the job done by Sam and the team at Friendly. Everything from the estimate to job completion was done quickly and professionally. They completed the full paint job of my 3- story townhouse in a single day including covering everything and cleaning up at the end! Beautifully done! Definitely recommend Friendly!

Very conscientious and attentive to my every need and change. Taped and closed off non painted areas. Caulked cracks and filled holes. Plus they accommodated my demanding schedule. I couldn’t have been happier with the results!

Great customer service. Sam (the owner) is extremely responsive and quickly addresses/resolves any concerns that might arise. The team sent out to paint the interior of my home and complete a few other miscellaneous carpentry tasks (exterior light replacement, crown molding/chair rail, new front door installation) was fast, efficient and produced quality work. Pricing is fair and reasonable. I highly recommend this company!

Highly responsive and attentive!

Workers were on time, careful with my belongings, excellent communication in that Mr. Kim (Sam) made suggestions on type of paint and color that were helpful and clean up was well done. They even left my nails in my picture gallery at my request! I was pleased with this job.

I hired Friendly to paint all the exterior trim and do some repair work on window casements and door trim. I was very pleased with the results from the estimator Sam through the multitude of workers who were onsite to do the job. They knew exactly what they were doing, were extremely efficient with their time and provided a quality product for a reasonable price. I was very impressed they only needed to be onsite for two days to complete the entire job given the number of windows and floors (3). Their project manager, who'd been with the company for many years, was fabulous. I would heartily recommend using Friendly.

Friendly Painting and Construction did a great job painting the upstairs of my house. Sam's crew was very good and we are very happy with their work. The price Sam quoted was within our budget. Other estimates we got I thought were extremely high. I got several estimates and Sam's price was more like what I expected a paint job of this size should cost. I took a chance on the lower estimate and was extremely happy with the results. Sam was very easy to deal with. He was not a high pressure salesman. I would definitely hire them again.

Professional and great value!

I originally requested bids from 3 contractors to paint my entire home. The bid from Friendly Construction was considerably less than the other two companies, which worried me that something was wrong. I went back over the bid with the company rep, Sam. After talking with him and then reviewing other reviews, I decided to take a chance on them instead of paying more. The results were exceptional. The team was professional, speedy and reliable. They painted my whole house (three floors) in two long days with a full team who stayed on the job until finished. They cleaned up everything when done and stood behind their work. Very impressive! I highly recommend them! Thank you to the entire Friendly Construction team.

Sam was great, had his team show up on time to begin painting entire home. Began work immediately, were cool with me watching and making sure everything was done as intended. Quality job overall and cleaned up afterwards.

They were available the next day. and did an amazing amount of work and finished the job in one day! When I told my husband they were done, he asked, "For the day?" and I had to say, "No, done done." "How is that possible?", he asked. "I don't know, but they are." I replied. And the work was as expected. and, done fast!
