Very pleasant and professional experience. Chris and Herbeth were exceptionally careful in my home. For example, they put plastic shields up on the corners of the stairwells so their equipment would not scrape or chip the paint. Carpets looks great. I would definitely hire again and recommend.

BEST EVER. I'm 70 and we moved a lot. Chris and Exceptional were noticeably better than any others. On-time, careful of furniture, placed protective barriers where their equipment tubes might rub. I believe they are so thorough that it will last longer than competitors. Their edge/crevice cleaning was a particular improvement over other companies.

Chris arrived as scheduled and looked over the area that I had concerns about with a black light. He told me that it probably wasn't worth cleaning since it was too saturated (the smell most likely couldn't be eliminated, let alone the stain). He gave me some ideas for replacement and phone numbers of a couple of businesses that might help. I was very grateful for his honesty even though he didn't make any money off of it. He told me what I needed to know so I could make an informed decision.

Wonderful! Chris and his team are amazing. Very professional and detail orientated. When they worked in the house cleaning the carpet, they were very careful with their equipment and our furnishings. We had two area rugs taken to their shop for cleaning. They were ready in a few days (earlier than promised) and look amazing. Chris is very reachable, always answered the phone. We will definitely use them for other carpet and upholstery cleaning.

Great quality & professional installation.

The majority of the carpet cleaning was satisfactory and several of the worst pet stains received special treatment and attention. However, we were told that a number of smaller pet stains did not require special treatment and would be removed via the normal carpet cleaning process. Not true. When the carpet dried, we saw that those same smaller stains that were supposed to have been removed without special treatment were still there. Very disappointing overall results.

I called and described that we needed to clean our sofa and loveseat to get out a really bad smell. Unfortunately, they were fully booked for the next few weeks. However, I was really impressed that the person I spoke with suggested some "home remedies" that worked like a charm. Although I do not need them this time, I would certainly call in them in the future since they were so honest.

They cleaned it. It was overdue. Two people come out. It is the same guy that comes out everytime, which is nice. They take their time and they are very thorough. I move everything out of the house; you have think I moved. I just get everything out of the way so they can just come in and it takes less time for them to move stuff and it is cause they don't have to. It is just more efficient for both of us. They are just very nice people.

Great communication with Chris. His crew were on time and the results were fantastic. Although the worst stain was still slightly visible it was incredible how much of it they had been able to remove. The rest of the carpet looked brand new. And his price was among the cheapest of the quotes I got. Highly recommend.

Scheduled service two days after my call. Techs arrived on time, professional and efficient. They removed the large, two-year-old stain on very light carpet that two previous cleaners had not been able to fix. I am beyond happy with their service.

Outstanding service. I was able to get an appointment for the day after I called. The cleaners arrived on time, they were polite and courteous, and did a fantastic job at a very good price. I won't hire anyone else in the future -- these are my guys.

They charge more for the pet odor clearing service than general carpet cleaners. The odor clearing did not really work (can't complain them as it just might not supposed to work anyways). Overall fine service just to remind that they charge a higher price for average vendors in the area

Despite the fact that I've been friends with Chris for some time, I happen to be a very particular person so it isn't easy to get a good review from me. But, having used Exceptional previously I know that they do a great job, are very efficient/quick and they charge a reasonable rate for the work done. The service this time around was consistent with my expectations based on what they have done before and for that reason I highly recommend Exceptional to anyone that wants to have their carpets, rugs or upholstery cleaned.

The guys were friendly and really professional and Chris the owner was wonderful he new I was so upset we bought this set from a woman on letgo and the overstuff chair didn't have any stains and assured me that they were in great condition I have a injury with a boot on so I couldn't go my husband didn't really check once he took the chair out this furniture was for our family room. Chris happened to be in Florida this was late when I called on the weekend he was so great and really assured me about his company and the men who work for he. Please believe me I was so happy with the results do not hesitate to use this company

They did a wonderful job cleaning the carpets

They were great. Fast, reasonable price, very professional. Ask for Herbert and Hugo. I have 3 dogs, so they had some work to do. Very meticulous and informative. This was the first time I've had this done, and I will call them again for sure.
